The best thing I liked about this Xiaomi store was that its open on a Sunday! In France! Wow!And I knew what exactly I wanted. I enter and ask for it. I buy it, pay for it and leave. The whole process was so efficient and took me just 10 minutes max.Really loved it.

Never ever buy a scooter from Xiaomi !!!!! Specially from this store.I took a scooter with 45km autonomie two weeks ago but when tested it it was able to go just for 22km. When i brought it back to store first they told me to come next day, when I come next day they told me to bring the charger and tire then in 3rd day they told me to change the tire and charged me 70 euros then told me that it gonna be ok now. But when i tested it was the same case, I went there for the 4th time this time they didnt behaves me well and after a long argument they took my scooter to repair shop and told me to come back after 2-4 weeks later.I had the worst ever experience with this store.Is it the service?

The employees speak English and they were happy to help me with my purchases, allowing me to test the products before buying them.

Beware: This is an absolute scam selling fake insurances. I bought a phone from them and their shameless salesman MOUNIR forced me to buy insurance which was suppose to be free for first month with possibility to cancel any time I want. In actuality, there is no way to cancel it, they just keep charging your account for 100 euro a month. There are many other people who have posted about their scam including SFAM insurance and HUBSIDE.

My friend broke his phone and needed a new one urgently, we discovered xiaomi on the web and called right away. Two hours later we got there, we were greeted by Nawel and Delphine. They were both extremely nice and efficient. It barely took 15minutes for us to pick a phone and leave.Thank you so much N & D! We appreciated your help so much. Great work! I’m sure I’ll be coming back.

Half of the staff doesnt wear masks, and the other half wears make with a shocking casualness (the nose not hidden behind it).Apart from that I had to wait 5 minutes in the middle of the shop before someone comes and ask if I need anything (I was clearly showing I needed assistance).The shop is clean, and tidy.

Generally the customer service is good and attentive.However their knowledge or information about current promotion is not up to date . I had to show them what’s on the Xiaomi France website promotion to make them realise that the current price .

They are all about fake insurances more than xiaomi phone. P.S: This is not actual xiaomi shop, they have posted 1500 fake reviews and paid local guides to write good reviews for them. This place should be closed as soon as possible. If you sit and read their reviews, all of them say BLK is a genius.I am starting a legal action against this boutique and Stay away from blk and mounir.

I went there to buy a phone.. the assistant made me sight several assurance/partners contracts without explaining the context/contributions... Be careful when a shop asks for your IBAN under the pretext of a refund a percentage of your purchase.. Ive wasted an hour calling these partners to terminate these subscription...I would put ZERO stars, if I could!
