Office staff was nice, polite & kind. Although one yard guy was rude, had an attitude. My advice is if you dont like your job, then get your check & go !!! Other good people would like to work in your place.

Good safe measurers on this pandemic times

Whats to say: this built the South Bay. High quality lumber, knowledgeable staff, local people. Old-school lumberyard. Helped me bury my cat with scrap wood. That spells love to me. They are there when you need them. Going looking for local handyman carpenter who might be a regular there to repair my fence. I can walk there. I just like to hang around and smell the wood.

Excellent knowledge base and service. Ive been getting extraordinarily accurate and super fast service. I can park my car 1 minute away from the order desk, the cash register this 30 seconds away from my car or truck . 8 out of 10 times theres nobody in line in front of me and the other two theres one person whose order is already in process. I also dont find myself having to negotiate all the things Im purchasing down the aisles of the store rather most the items are outside in the lumberyard, where there is a team of approximately three to four individuals that know where everything is instantly and then typically load my truck for me as well.

The workers in the yard are friendly and buff. Customer service is best in the south bay. If I had a child Id be proud if he or she worked at Learned Lumber!

Just like most local lumber yards the prices arent great but the service is a little better than Depot. The biggest problem I have with this place is Ive been there at least 10 times and not once was the handicapped space open. Always Lumber or a forklift or something else placed there by the management. More than once Ive had to park really far away and make a very painful walk with my cane. Ive mentioned it without getting too pushy about it but no difference. Its a shame now I drive a little bit further most the time unless I can take the pain of having to walk.

Great Store for everything you need. They just need to edit their store hours, it says theyre open till 2pm on Saturdays, but theyre not.

Good workers great environment, every employee knows a whole lot . Recommended for any lumber, windows, doors . This is the place for it all .

Rip off. Make sure you know your numbers. Their price was double of what you can get from other suppliers.
