Because of how I was treated by staff (two times) regarding face masks, and even though I could walk to this store, I will gladly drive to the Lowes or Home Depot, which are 15 minutes away, instead (or buy from Amazon or ebay).Per LA County: “There are some people who should not wear a mask, [...] people with certain medical conditions or disabilities, and people instructed by their medical provider not to wear a mask. [...] See Who should not wear a mask and Special considerations for persons with communication difficulties or certain disabilities for details and information on alternative types of face coverings.”
This store is a hidden gem! They have every inning inside-a huge amount of inventory. The shop looks small on the outside but it’s HUGE and very organized inside. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Parking in back.
Not too many love like this anymore Place Is isvery cool
Love this little neighborhood store...very helpful and do just about everything the other bigger stores do
This place is small, but has everything. The staff is very eager to help you find what you need. This is the perfect neighborhood hardware store.
So many times I find myself here for a last minute part.. for the most part they have a lot of useful parts.. they dont have everything, but what they dont have is available at the big box stored usually
Rude and disappointing. Needed a screen repaired, was told to leave and sent on a wild goose chase to another location. Luckily Anza Hardware on 190th was able to repair the screen, no problem.
They sure do have a whole lot packed into that little shop. But they had everything I needed. The customer service was excellent as well.
Helpful staff good energy!
Best mom and pop hardware store in Southbay. Support your local business!! Sonny and Chuck are so helpful!!
Amazing service. Staff goes out of there way to understand what I need. I’ve been there numerous times since buying my first house and always find someone willing to help my solve any issue I have
Had been helpful, but got there at 4:20 and then asked a questions and Joseph said he was closed and could not answer a single question because he was not getting paid. I won’t be going back.
Every time I go into this store I’m greeted by a variety of friendly faces who all want to do one thing...help you solve problems. The staff knows exactly where that one weird thing is that you forgot the name of. And if you don’t know what you are looking for, they got ideas of what might work. Yeah it’s not as big as some stores, but the expertise and great customer service more than make up for it.
Staff was not too friendly. Helpful enough but ... inventory and parking are good.
Its perfect for a neighborhood hardware store. If you have an odd fastener, theyre happy to help out. They certainly fit quite a bit of stock in this small location.
I love this hardware store. Great customer service and they have so much selection. A little bit of everything and way more of those hard to find items that the big box stores never have. You know, what hardware stores used to be before Home Depot and Lowes showed up. I love that it is close to where I live and that I dont end up spending half an hour wandering around a warehouse looking for someone to help me find something.
Great store with very helpful staff. Everyone is super helpful and they seem to have everything I’ve needed to keep complete my home projects.
Bought a caulking gun that I did not use. Went to return 2 days later. They would not refund. They claimed it was used. I told them this was the condition I bought it in. They flatly refused... I will NEVER shop there again. Its only $5!... this is a total ripoff place looking to scam you. I have given this place a lot of business in the past. I would definitely steer clear.
Boy the person I spoke to on the phone sure was rude. Told me that the store was full but theyd call me back and took my number. I will tell you to fill that store only takes three people. I drove over just to check if they had what I needed store was completely empty and the other person not the guy that was rude the first time but the lady also pretty rude. Now the guy never called me back and its been about a week Im thinking he probably wont be calling back. I guess its pretty hard to run a place into the ground when its been around that long.
Extremely friendly and even more helpful. I absolutely will be coming back. You dont get this level of customer service at big-box hardware stores.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of parts, hardware, power tools and hand tools.
Good store
The fat guy at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending, he was not helpful at all. He was very short with me and a few other customers that walked in while I was there, I would advise to spend your time and money else where to a place that actually cares and will help you when you ask for help the first time.
Great staff and large inventory. Support your local businesses!
Recently bought some electrical switches and cover plates. Very helpful and knowledgeable folks.
Fabulous customer service.
Have to drive about 10 miles from home to find out they did not want to cut a piece of glass I needed for my window. Sad thing is that I was transfered there frome Ace Hardware store in gardena
Limited selection compared to big box stores, but excellent service makes this my first stop
Good service, standard hardware store inventory.
Nice little ma and pa shop where I get all my hardware touches, such as lightbulbs, drano and the basics. A place where the service is friendly and they want to know your name.
The best service
Great place, very helpful, and very fun employees
Horrible customer service. Do not go to this store. Go to any other hardware store you can.
Great customer service
Has everything you need.
