If I can give Absolutely no stars to this place I would! Came in to get a match and was told 30-45 minutes. William the store Manager said to come back later for my paint. I figured ok I will go and get some food and come back later. When I returned first, they lost the initial sample I provided them and secondly they did not even start on my match! And to top it all off the this JERK gives me attitude. I am Definitely not coming back to this place, I eventually went down the street to Catalina Paints and was in and out within minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bad customer service... very slow for color match more than 3:30 hrs and color was not properly match. I went to Sherwin-Williams store and get the same color match in 15 minutes and it was very very close I was not able to tell the difference. There is a guy with a very bad attitude his name is Ali but they should check how they treat their customers .Firstly you never argue with customers, customer may not always be right but the attitude from the employee says a lot. I’ve been going to this store for this entire week and never have there been a day that I don’t have an altercation with him. He asked me to go get my products at another store, that says a lot about him and the poorly PR he posses.

Nicely stocked and managed paint store, helpful and knowledgeable. Great service, William the color and mix Master is a great paint technician, and delivers your order quickly. This store is open early, go in and get your paint fast! Great parking and located right off Sepulveda (PCH) in Manhattan Beach.
