Since buying my house in 2013, I have gone to the Hermosa Beach Sherwin-Williams store about a dozen times--first to select paint colors for the interior of my house (I chose a scheme using five colors), then to buy all of the paint, primer, and tools. I had a professional crew do the actual painting. Since then, I have gone back when Ive needed additional paint or tools for touch-ups. I love the products, but its the service that really impresses me. Sales associate are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and appreciative of my business. I couldnt ask for a better experience!

The day I was there I came in with several questions no one at the Home Depot was able to explain and remedy. The salesperson was able to clearly explain all my questions, recommend paint, brushes, and match the colors I wanted practically perfect. I left 30 minutes later relieved.

They should really train their employees better. I had a really bad experience where the salesperson ended up selling me the wrong replacement paint. He didnt seem to know what he was doing and couldnt find my prior purchases in the computer. I went back the next day to return it (because I didnt realize it was wrong till I ran out of the other can and opened this new one and starting painting. What a mess. The wrong color next to the right color.) When I got there, the same salesperson was there and also an assistant manager. All they offered me for my inconvenience and lots of wasted time repainting that whole section, was just one replacement can of paint of the right color. Totally disappointing and terrible customer service.
