My experience was great! Staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite. I would recommend giving them a shot if you are in need of tires or looking for new rims for your ride.

I had a nail in my tire today, Saturday. I called Neal tire, spoke with Kevin and he said if I could get there before 12n they could fix it for me. (They close at noon) I got there at 11:15 and my tire was fixed and I was back on the road by 11:45. Kevin, thank you so much. Excellent job.

Pulled in here with a screw in my tire. They removed the tire first, then the screw & tire did not leak, so no repair was needed. Checked the pressure in my other tires and told me there was no charge! What great service! I gave them $ for some future donuts. Thank you!

We suddenly got a flat tire. They were closing when we arrived but they stayed open just for us! The employees were very courteous and polite. We chose to get a patch done. They were fast but did a great, solid job!

If I could give more stars i would! I had such great service and could not be more pleased. I have been having problems with my tires for months. Time and time again I went to different shops to get my tires balanced only leaving with the same problem I went their for. Neals Tire balanced my tires in no time! I have not had my car drive so smooth, thank you so much again!

Excellent job... Erick balanced 33x 11.5 tires that other shops said could be hard to balance perfectly... At 80 down the interstate perfect.

They do good work most the time. Tires and related services are fair prices. Some other things are over priced in my opinion,then again I do most the work myself. Just make sure they use a torque wrench and not a impact or your screwed.

I had a large screw in my tire, I travel for work and they got me in and fixed quickly.
