I received a all wheel alignment on July 10th, on my 2010 Ford Edge, they looked it all over and told me I had a power stirring leak (I knew but they confirmed and found) .. order the part and had it repaired it July 15 2010... so professional clean shop kind and not disrespectful due to being a women and not assuming that I didn’t know my vehicle... I had taken my vehicle for a alignment 4 days prior horrible experience.. they didn’t bash the previous job ... very pleased with the results of my vehicle!! Thank you Pursell auto repair! You have my future business!

I trust them with my personal and business vehicles. That are always truthful and tell me what’s wrong with no fluff. When others have taken advantage of me, Pursells has not and I know they never will. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Our company had a technician in Herrin for the day to do some work, and his van died as he pulled into the business where he was working. I called Pursell’s and spoke with Dan and explained our situation; he was very friendly and worked with us - we couldn’t get the vehicle to him until mid-afternoon and this was on a friday, but he still immediately worked on it when we got there. He replaced a bad fan motor and connector, and our tech was back on the road in short order. Thanks for the excellent service Dan, we sure appreciate it!
