Absolutely terrible time with Kay’s. Bought an engagement ring and had to have it sized. We got it re sized and it fit well. Bought a new wedding band and the ring did not fit well in the band, after 6 or so attempts sending the ring out to have the issue fixed the engagement ring broke and needed to be fixed. The ring was fixed and a new one was ordered in hopes to be here before our wedding. The new ring arrived and it was completely the wrong size and did not fit at all. Another new ring was ordered and did not make it in time for our wedding. Through the whole process we did not feel they knew how to fix the issue of the ring not fitting with the wedding band to fit right. There was a lot of I think we should do this or I think we should do that. A refund was offered but it was so low that it felt like a punch in the face. From now on I will not support Kay’s or any of the other companies under the signet jewelry umbrella. Do your small jewelry stores a favor and shop local and support small businesses. I will never recommend Kay’s to anybody quality and customer service is very lack luster and I hope no body has to go through the hassle I had to go through.

This store at Hersheypark Tanger outlets has been truly a very good experience for us.🤩 5-stars!We had taken our jewelry to the K outlet store every six months and the staff has been very accommodating even when they are super busy. The Kay jewelers that we originally bought our jewelry is at least 30min drive & this store is very conveniently located in Hershey.For some of the reviews on ring sizing: Occasionally you can pick one up the same day but don’t expect to go into a jewelry store & come home the same day with your purchase. The test ring you see on-site is usually a larger size so that many people can try it on for looks. Mostly, that one goes back in the case when yours is ordered.Sometimes you may get a ring where the stones fall out, it’s the style of ring & Kays will accommodate. They gave me an updated version at no extra cost.It’s a very nice friendly store overall!!!

My wife and I had just been to Zales, where wed waited for 30 minutes without so much as a greeting. It was Valentines Day weekend, so youd expect more than two people working there. Frustrated, we went to Kays, where we were greeted and assisted immediately. The customer service was excellent, and we left with an upgraded wedding ring. Kudos to you, Kays!

I thought picking out the perfect engagement ring last October and then wedding bands this October (both at their diamond show) would be a challenge, to find the perfect one. But KATRINA at this location is beyond great! She makes the whole process feel very personal, like you are her only customer! She knows exactly who we are as soon as we walk in the door our names and the piece we purchased as well! We will return here for every piece of fine jewelry we are looking to buy!

Always an exceptional experience

My husband got my engagement ring here not even 3 years ago. Over and over, diamonds fell out. Thank GOD he got the extended warranty AND I got the ring checked every six months. I cant tell you how many times it was in for repair. 2 weeks ago, they got an exchange approved for the engagement ring. Since they didnt unweld the wedding ring and engagement ring (that they promised to do); I am without BOTH a wedding ring AND an engagement ring. I had to pick out two NEW rings instead of ONE. Last Wednesday; 3/14/18 they sent the rings out for sizing. 8 days later, I still have NO wedding or engagement ring (now, its a MONTH without either). Today; they told me it would be another week before its back. Use caution when buying here. If you DO buy here, get the warranty AND get the ring checked over and over and over again. You will need it. I MIGHT have my ring back by Easter. In the mean time, I only look single. Im actually married. sigh.

I bought my wife a ring on Sunday. It had to be sent out to be resized. Was promised the ring by Friday. Didnt happen. I asked for Saturday delivery from UPS to have the ring today. They said they would. They didnt. No ring today. Have to wait even longer. Nothing but false promises and they dont live up to their word. Worst experience buying jewelry I have ever had.

I ordered a ring from this store location. First off, the ring which was fully paid for did not arrive on time. In less than 6 months after the purchase of the ring, the stone fell out. The ring which is still supposed to be on warranty cost about $33.00 to repair. Again I paid the repair cost and agreed to pick up the ring on a set date. Five days after I was supposed to pick up the ring, I was told they wanted to input prangs on the ring which would cost extra. I declined and asked that they simply repair and return the ring to me. They agreed, only to call me 2 days later and tell me my ring was not repaired and I could come and pick it up. They said that when I pick up the unrepaired ring, theyd refund my $33.00.Do yourself a favor, save the headache, and dont support this store location.

Had a lovely experience here shopping with my boyfriend for my engagement ring. This is an exciting experience and the manager was so accommodating. We had actually visited several other stores beforehand including Jared and a local jeweler. However, none of them were as good as this outlet when it came down to prices and selection. The only reason I’m giving four stars rather than 5 is because I wish they had resizing on site. It’s sad to walk away without the ring and have to wait a few weeks to get it back. Especially when you live about an hour away. If you’re in a rush to propose, I do not recommend purchasing your ring through Kay. I know my boyfriend is waiting a little bit so I will still be surprised when he does it . So the resizing isn’t too much of a problem. The only way you can walk out with your ring is if your ring size is a 6 1/2. That’s the standard size and if your finger is bigger or smaller you have to say goodbye to your beautiful ring for a little while. However, we had a great experience here and I cannot wait to go back. They give you so many discounts you don’t even need to negotiate prices. You just go in and they already give you all the discounts you could need or want. We paid half of what the ring normally costs. Don’t be fooled though, everything is always on “sale” but it’s nice to know we did a lot better here than we would have at a regular Kay store. And my ring is gorgeous!!! Also I’d like to add I think it’s awesome they take a photo of the ring before they send it in to make sure you are getting the exact same ring back without any scratches or damage. That’s a great touch and I find it very professional. Way to go Kay,***** UPDATE********I have knocked off a star because when going to pick up the ring, the gentleman put the expensive Neil lane ring we had purchase inside a typical kay jeweler box. Upon returning, he said “sorry I didn’t know this was a Neil lane ring.” And gave us a replacement box. Like excuse me? Way to try to rip us off. Really angry about this. Too bad because our original experience was so lovely. You can really leave a sour taste in your customers mouth by treating them so poorly.

So Kelly, the manager, has been dealing with a situation and also been avoiding any phone calls. Kay jewelers made the mistake and now will not help in anyway. Will not be going back to a Kay jewelers again.

Horrible Customer Service. Beyond rude. Will no longer be shopping at this store.
