Very friendly and helpful staff, low key, no pressure. My friend was so impressed he went back in 10 minutes later and made the purchase that he wanted to think about.

We got there and it was busy (as expected a week before valentines). My boyfriend had purchased a ring online and got shipped the wrong size, so we took it to the store in hershey! We had originally wanted to just get the ring sized but once i got there i wanted to explore a little more before we made a decision. We told the first girl our price range and she laughed and only showed me about 5 rings in our price range. (being a young couple we didn’t want to spend an arm and leg for a promise ring). so i made best of it and picked a ring i liked from the very small selection. After trying to process the return she just left, and we got placed with Barry. SHE WAS AMAZING! She was so helpful and showed me everything and anything in that store that was in our budget. She truly did everything in her will to put a smile on my face and find a perfect ring for me! 100% recommend Barry! She was amazing! Thank You!!

Terrible experience my engagement ring lost a stone before my fiancé even proposed. We took it to get the stone repaired it was supposed to be back May 26th after not hearing anything I called the store in which it still wasn’t in they told me not to worry it would be in today May 30th I even asked would it still be in with today being a holiday the lady told me yes it would be. I just called to see if it was ready to be picked up in which nope it’s not there still. The only answer I got this time is maybe Tuesday maybe Wednesday they don’t really know. I haven’t been updated at all unless I call them. The tracking form remained saying the 26th until I called them and then changed to the 30th and it’s still says ready for pick up May 30th. So who knows if or when I will see my engagement ring again because no one seems to have a clue as to what they are doing.

I live in brooklyn and called the zales outlet in hershey because i was going to hershey and Todd picked up and he was so helpful. He was very informative answered all questions. I then called back the next day got a very helpful girl and i told her Todd was helping me and i asked if Todd would be in she said he was in on sunday at 4pm. I went there on Sunday 11/10 Todd was not there but another lady was and she said Todd was coming in at 430 but she assurred me Todd would get the sale. I Purchased my wifes Disney Engagement ring for christmas with her and she was so helpful also. As i was finishing up Todd walked in and I explained he helped me over the phone and i was assurred he would get the sale. He was so greatful. I have to say this is a great location i wish the locations in brooklyn were this good. They are so helpful in the place or on the phone. If you need jewelery go here and speak to Todd if available you will not go wrong. The management here needs tp train other stores all reps i dealt with were fantastic. The sales attendant barely showed us one ring before we were asked blatantly how much we could afford.

My wife and I went to Zales, where we waited for 30 minutes without so much as a greeting. It was Valentines Day weekend, so youd expect more than two people working there. Frustrated, we went to Kays, where we were greeted and assisted immediately. The customer service at Kays was excellent, and we left with an upgraded wedding ring. The selection at Zales was good, but customers wont stick around if theyre being ignored.

I wanted to look for an anniversary and decided to stop in on October 24th at the Hershey Tanger Outlet Store. When we went in there were 2 employees sitting at the counter. Not ONCE did they stand up to greet us or even utter a word to us. I made eye contact with one of the women and she just looked at me and continued her conversation with her co-worker. When we decided to leave. One of the woman very loudly said Oh look theres my family as 3 of her family members walked into the store. Ive experienced bad service but this has to be the WORST experience I have ever had.

Had an engagement ring for 13 monthsSo far lost 2 dimonds. Just got it back today and guess what. Lost another one. Not even 8 hours with my ring back. Said they will accommodate me. Ill let ya know!!! And the second diamond was knocked out my the Diamond Expert cleaning the ring!!!!

The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They really listen to their customers and guide them through finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Every time I go to Zales the experience is paramount!

Brianna is my go to girl from now on and Brianna with Zales in the Hershey Outlets has turned a first time customer into a life time customer :-)

I should start off this review by saying this location seemed to have a very nice variety of jewelry in most price ranges and the store itself was very clean and well organized.With that being said this is the reason for the two star rating. I went in looking for a gift that they didnt have in store. They thrn tried to sell me several items up to 5 times over my budget (which I had told them upon entering the store). They also signed me up for a store credit card without telling me after they said they could check to see if financing was possible, which we checked, then I told them I wasnt interested in.Very pushy sales people and not helpful unless you have a lot of money to spend.I would not recommend this location.

Highly disappointed with how I was treated at this particular store. Not only did the man helping us write off that he checked and cleaned my mothers engament ring on her warranty, but when we came back to make a purchase we were not acknowledged at all. There was no one in the store, but two workers and one coustomer (who was being helped by the man who helped us previously). However, the woman available seemed as if she was trying to avoid helping us. She would try and busy herself with polishing jewelry or having small talk with her co worker. In the 15 minutes of us standing there not once did she greet us or asked if we needed any help. That was when we decided to take our business else where. I would also, like to mention that it was not only us who felt this way. Another couple walking out made the same complaint and left empty handed. I couldn’t help, but feel as if we were being prejudged based off our appearance and that is really upsetting.

This store has amazing customer service. I had a horrible experience at the harrisburg store on 22! The store on 22 never tracked my ring cleanings and when I had a problem my warranty didnt cover it because of that. So they created a loss of 120$ for me.So Im not going to lie I was a little scared walking into the hersehy store. I was scared that I could be making another bad decision. Boy was I wrong. The customer service was the top of the line. They did not push us into anything we didnt want! The manager was the one who took care of us. I told her what I wanted and she did not push me to anything else. We were on a budget and she made sure to get us the best deal. I will go back again! Everyone please take my advice and ship here over harrisburg if you want top of the line customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!
