Love this store, but things sell out quickly in the Summer when Hershey Park is open. Gotten some fantastic bargains here.

If I could rate this place as a negative 0 I would. I went in today to return some items I ordered for my mother online. The manager of the store was standing there along with another associate. They didnt even say Hello to me. They were just upset I interrupted their obviously very important conversation. As a side note, the associate who was standing there conversing with the manager was also there on a Friday evening when I brought my mother (83 years old with a walker) to this shop to look at a few items. This associate NEVER asked if she could help us with anything, and when I asked her about a particular size my mother was looking for, she TOOK A LONG SIGH, and got a pissed off look on her face and stormed over to the clothing rack to find the size. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE AT THIS TIME!!!!! I will never return, and I recommend you do yourself a favor if you are reading this and go to the outlet at Lancaster@!
