This place has issues in understanding how to provide service. Nothing but an ignorant Manger if he was a manger. Ive been with Verizon for years and this store doesnt know how to help customers.
Its a phone store....I expected phones....they had phones. Unfortunately theyve been effected by product shortages.... like everyone. The key is patience. They were very helpful, friendly and informative.

Seriously the worst place.. they make it soo hard to cancel the service.. they make me come here and then they don’t want to help you out canceling the account.. so many people working doing nothing that could easily help, but nobody did because of course there only purpose is to sell you stuff! also when opening your account make sure they write your email right they made a big deal because my email was wrong spelled by them!

Woman who helped me was not friendly and insisted that Verizon NEVER gives away anything free numerous times even though I told her all the free things I was given when I bought my last phone. After calling Verizon I was told she should not have said that and was given complimentary accessories which were mailed to me immediately. Four years ago I went there and was treated very well so it appears the service has deteriorated since then.

This store is one of the best in the HD! There is always PLENTY of staff ready to assist and they are never pushy. They will always find a great deal for me! We have been customers for 10 years now and will continue to use the service. We have 5 lines of service and 2 tablets and pay less than $200 month and I never fear that WE wont have reception.
Scam artists. Dont deal with these guys in store. Make your purchases online or over the phone. They secretly make changes to your account to benefit themselves. This happens Everytime I go in there. Corporate is working with me to make sure that guy is reprimanded.
This is the only Verizon store I will do business with. Franchise stores always want to charge you for using good old American Cash. The other corporate store that I was in Apple Valley was very impolite and told me things that wasnt true. The employees here are all helpful and friendly.
Great service. Informed employees. A little pushy though. They had me buy a tablet and a HUM that I never use. Dont know how to use the HUM. I plan to take both back when the contract ends.

Ive been to many corporate Verizon Stores and have always received excellent service. Not at this store. Employees were more worried about socializing than helping customers. Asked them to move the data from my old phone to the new phone and was told that they dont do that. Then the employee talked down to me and said all they do is move the SIM card and we could have done it ourselves.Any other Verizon store gladly backs up the phone and gives you a new SIM.Verizon Tech Coach told me to go to a store to resolve an issue with iTunes that came with my plan. The store said if Tech Coach couldnt help, there was nothing they could do and I needed to call Apple. Apple resolved it in less than 5 minutes.I will never visit this store again. They need supervision and training.

Ordered an antenna for our home wireless phone. Charged for it, but sent it to the wrong address. 6 weeks later, had to spend an HOUR in the store for manager to be able to refund $11, charge again and order a new one. Went to pick up in store after they called; they couldnt find it. They FINALLY found it in their outdoor mailbox, where it had been left overnight. Go to a different Verizon store - it will save a lot of aggravation.
As always, this location is the jewel of Verizon stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
If I could give no stars I WOULD! The staff except for 1 person sat on their behinds. They were not welcoming or helpful. I brought my grandpa here to get him a major upgrade. The gentleman named Sam, that helped was speaking extremely fast, wasn’t really answering the questions without jumping ahead, and barely interacted with me although I was making all the decisions. People are so funny, they assume who has the money, they assume about appearances, and assume about complexion. If it wasn’t for my grandpa I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE ANY business here. I don’t advise doing business here.

I live in Apple valley not even a mile from the verizon store on bear valley and Apple valley rd. I use to love going there since i had switched over from sprint and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of SAM ABUKAMLEH. He was was very professional and patient with all the questions that i had to ask about switching over to them. I left the store very satisfied! About a year later my iphone was acting up i went back in and they said SAM no longer works at this store he is now at the one off main in Hesperia that day the other person that tried helping me just cared about me getting a new phone and just really wasn’t even interested in helping once he realized i wanted to see if there was something they could do about fixing mine and told me that if I wanted it fixed i had to drive down to the rancho store. So the next day i went to the store off main in Hesperia and spoke with sam and problem was solved within minutes and got a new phone in the mail. Last week i went in to the store by my house because my iPhone xsmax is acting up and same thing happened right away they sent me to the Rancho Cucamonga store! So I decided to call the other store and ask if sam still worked there which he does and once again SAM was very professional polite and right away fixed the problem and saved me a trip down the hill! I think of SAM now as a friend... Verizon you need more employees like SAM ABUKAMLEH!!!!!!!
After a horrible experience at another location, I figured I would go through the same with this place. Nope, they were excellent and helpful as well as understanding. I will definitely return to this for any future needs.

I love Verizon but I always have problems at this store the employees are rude and unhelpful they have no idea what they are talking about half of the time, they give wrong information out because they dont know there own product. I always try and go to another Verizon but always direct me back to this one because I bought my phone there. Be very careful going to this store they lie and you will end up spending a lot of money thats unnecessary. They rush you out the door if your not buying anything. They are very disrespectful .

This Verizon is awful. Edgar the manager is a rude guy and doesnt know how to handle business... can you believe he is the manager??? A staff named Sonia is very rude and unprofessional and should get fired. If this is how Verizon handles business I will gladly switch my phone carrier. This needs to be handled. Went to add 2 lines to my account.. I guess because I was black with tattoos and piercings the guy who was helping me alerted fraud dept and they red flagged my acct. Luckily for me I was who I said I was, had to send a few documents, and the red flag was removed within the hour. Went to a different store and had 2 lines added with no problems.... Shameful.. This store is the worst Verizon store that I have ever been to in the 14 years that I have been with Verizon Wireless.....The employees are not familiar with any of the companies policies, constantly contradicting anything that I am told on their *611 customer service number. They are also lazy and only interested in new sales and their commission checks. Go to the Hesperia Rd. Store if you really want customer service.
I just walked in around 6:52pm and was given a price for new phones, we were in the process of getting new phones, the sales representative ripped off our cases, threw them the trash and then ripped off my screen cover. Then said wait I cant give you that price I didnt realize that didnt cover your data plan. Well at this point my screen cover is off and he cant put it back on and he doesnt apologize. He says well that cover wouldnt have done anything for you. Well after he realized I was mad he said I will waive your next activation fee. I am leaving on Monday so now I get to fly with no protection on my phone because he screwed up. I have never experienced this in my life and will never return to this store again!!! Very poor costumer service! Please dont promise something if you didnt read the fine print!!!!!!

I had the best experience at the Verizon Wireless Store located on Main St., Hesperia, CA. The sales associate who helped me spent so much time explaining everything and, along the way, would periodically asked if I understood, or if I had any further questions before proceeding. Ended up going back two days later and purchasing more product!
Spent 1200.00 here and they didnt have a screen protector. But said if I got one. They would install. Well Ive been here for 1hr.do far and the guy that sold them cant take a minute to install. And seems no one else here is capable. Terrible service!!!!!
I have been with verizon for years I can tell u that lately i have been losing service like crazy. when I came into this store it took a while before we were even greeted. Once we finally got someone. He tells us he was going to get sim cards to help supposedly fix service issue. After 20 mins we see he is now helping another customer that came after us. This place is very attentive when u come in wanting to spending money undivided attention, however u can wait forever when they need actually need fix somsthing. Dont recommend u come to this place.

This place is usually very nice, but a man named Sam helped us today, and he was surprisingly impatient and almost lazy to take extra steps to resolve our problem. We actually called Verizon and had the customer service representative walk us through the necessary steps. Very disappointed with Sam. Worthless rude disrespectful ignorant lazy worker... When a customer comes into your store first step is getting off your phone to help 2nd step not being sarcastic with customers... Hope Sam learns better customer service.

I had a prepared phone for over two years From this store.. I never had any issues but my screen on my phone shattered.. so on February 17th I went to the store to buy a new phone and the guy that I talk to said if I bought a new phone on prepaid i wouldn’t be able to keep my phone number and if I wanted to keep it I’d have to sign up for a plan and that the only options had was those 2 options (prepaid-new number or plan-same number) so even though I didn’t want to I ended up with a plan... on prepaid I paid $50 a month and got 7gb of data... now my bill is always different and I get 5gb of data.... when he was signing me up for the plan he told me I’d be getting less data and that I would be paying MORE but he assured me that AFTER taxes I’d be paying at MOST $54 a month, I asked him serval times through out the conversation to make sure that’s what the price would be and he assured me every time..... I agreed even though I wasn’t happy about the whole deal (not to mention the only phone included is a crappy one it was also supposed to be FREE but it’s not, I pay $7 a month for it.)When I got home that night and got everything set up the bill was $69.63.... i called and talked to the person who set up my plan and he ASSURED me that when the bill actually came time to be withdrawn from my account it would only be the $54 and if it took out more that they would reimburse me... I set up a scheduled payment for $55 and it took that money out and said I still owed the raimaning balance so I went into the store and talked to a manager and he was upset that the guy lied (he probably lied because he needed more sales) he took off the remaining balance and said that the next bill should be correct and if it wasn’t to go in and he’d fix it again. The next bill was $45.67 so I never went back to the store. Now my bill is $57.64 (up $11.97 from last month)So today I called and talked to a different manager. I told him how I ended up in this situation (the guy lying to me and basically scamming me into a plan) and that I never had an issue with my prepaid but now my bills are always different he’s like “ok no we get it he scammed you and lied to you you don’t have to keep saying it.” He also said “I know for a fact that he didn’t say what the price would be after taxes because we train them not to say that” this pissed me off because I KNOW For a FACT That he did tell me that along with the people who went with me to the store. So I asked him how he knew that for a fact since he wasn’t there and I was. He then said there was nothing he could do.I understand that this bill is only $4 more than what was promised but it’s still an issue for me because I was LIED to.... the bill should have been what was promised and it should be consistent not all over the place. The manager I talked to was very rude and unprofessional especially when he called me a lier. I will be calling corporate and switching my cell services ASAP.Also something else that annoys me... I pay my bill on the 7th but my data doesn’t reset until the 17th... with prepaid I paid on the 7th and data was reset on the 7th.

I give this store a rating of 3 stars not because I was treated badly but for a few other reasons. Reason #1 being when I had a fiasco with my phone being stolen and this store told me that I had purchased my protection with diamond wireless and that it wasnt through Verizon so they wouldnt be able to do anything for me. Only to drive back to the other store and find out they were lying. Diamond wireless and Verizon use the same protection. Reason #2 when I finally received my new phone I went back to this store to get my phone activated and turned on the guy said it would take 15 to 30 min to start working 3 HOURS LATER it was still not working went to a diamond wireless retailer and they had it activated right there on the spot! Reason #3 went to verizon for a third time this time a different corporate store and the wait time was ridiculous there were about two workers there with four to five groups of people waiting. They dont give their employees enough hours and definitely should have had more people there to help with the traffic. Corporate stores CLAIM that theyre better than Diamond Wireless but even though I had a bad experience all together I wont be going back to that corporate store or any other.

I went in july 2 to make a payent on my pre-pay. They put my $100 on a bill pay ( there is no bill.) next day noticed my cell wasnt working, so I went back july, long story short 6 days later,I still dont have a cell, Its in the computer still under investigation according to the store manager, and THERES NOTHER THEY CAN DO !. Monday Iam contacting Verizon corperate, and the Better Busines B.
