This Starbucks location on Bear Valley Rd and Hesperia Rd is the bees knees! Efficient, great memory of my drinks (and I’m weird 🤠) and super friendly and hip! Is it just me or is everyone in that store good looking?! Wonderful people inside and out. This crew deserve everything the company has to offer and then some.The Yukon Organic Medium Roast is where it’s at!!!

I love me Starbucks.Staff here was friendly.Its a busier location due to the area, but still a good spot to get your coffee needs.

This particular location is probably the slowest one of them all-- each time Ive visited, which is maybe shy of ten visits, the line moves very, very slowly.I have no complaints about the quality of my orders but I believe that something can be done in regards to improving the time it takes to reach the intercom to place your order and receive it. I really would reccomend going the extra length to choose another location for coffee if youre in this area.

I ordered ahead and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. There was a line, but it went fast. My order was perfect. Easy peasy!

Ordered a regular hot white mocha and they made it iced for whatever reason. And then tried to get me to order my drink a completely way, as a latte in order to get it hot?! Ummm no. Hope they can get it together. Not everyone wants iced coffee just because its warm outside.

They got my order wrong then when I told them one of the baristas rolled her eyes at me. Why is it my fault they messed up my order? How hard is it to get 2 grande Java Chip Frapps right? Does Java Chip and Caramel suddenly sound the same? I think not.

I have to resubmit my review, the night shift crew had really bad customer service. I drove 10 min to get there, was at the drive thru 20 min before closing. There were 4 to 5 cars before me. By the time I got to the screen it was 10:05, nobody came to the screen to say a thing. I drove to the window because I got no service at the screen. Only to be told we cant make your order its past the cut off time. Keep in mind I was waiting my turn at the drive thru for 25 min. Had to come back home empty handed. Called the manager the next day to voice my complaint/exactly what happened. He was more than nice and offered us drinks on the house for the inconvenience. So he definitely made up for the bad night/experience the night before. I understand youre tired after a long days work but its not fair to be waiting, only to be turned away.

This particular location is exceptionally slow. Everyone is always really nice but if your have a time limit avoid stopping here.

Great service! They were quick to take my order and serve it! Everyone there is as friendly as the people you would meet at the local Inn-n-Out burger spot. They are awesome at what they do and my coffee turned out great!

The wait time in line was a little longer compared to other Starbucks. However, it was worth the wait because these coffees today were extra tasty. They made it just as we had ordered. The service much better than the one in Apple Valley off of Del Evans Rd and Highway 18 (They will not make your coffee the way you asked with some kind of bickering)

“The team in this Starbucks store needs to whop out a whiteboard and marker and sit the Crew down over there at the Main St/Jellico behind a desk and show’em how it’s done. For the crew here at Hesperia Rd/Bear Valley Rd is always on point, quick on the order, and provides the best customer service on not just as a Coffee Shop but as a business in general. You guys are f’en awesome! I always rather take the extra drive to this starbucks location than the closer one here on Mains st (They treat the customers like animals there!) Keep up the good work guys :).

Employees at this Starbucks in particular are super friendly and a great example of Starbucks brand. The register host made small talk and while I was working on my iPad I noticed how they remade a drink for someone that thought their tea was too thin. I thought that was a little ridiculous of a request from the customer but the employees were so friendly and remade it per the customers request. Awesome job all these guys (and gals) deserve a raise or big bonus!

I was able to place an order through the app for in-store pickup but when I got to the store the lobby was closed and I was forced to go through the DT. After waiting in line for 40 minutes to get my order they shorted me a chocolate croissant.

A small group of us visited this location half an hour before closing- most restaurant workers would be upset but all the employees were very welcoming and friendly! Shout out to David in particular - he was friendly and made us feel welcomed and got to know us instead of just shuffling us along. We will definitely be back :) thanks!

10pm crept closer as we looked nervously at our still full drinks. David assured us there was no rush. He even took the time to explain the changes to the Starbucks Rewards Program.The great attitude of all three workers last night made a big impression.Thanks again guys!

This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks. I dont like it nearly as well as the one near my home which has more outdoor seating, comfortable chairs and a couch and just feels more homey. The staff also wasnt as friendly as what Im used to. I enjoyed spending time with my friends and the toasted coconut white chocolate mocha that I ordered and the brownie was out of this world. The next time we meet were trying a different Starbucks which is larger and more comfortable.

So this morning went and got out coffee. It was busy like always and our drinks weren’t right!! I hate to complain but I called and talk to Mark and he was so nice and said to come back and he would make our drinks himself. We went back he made our drinks right and extra!! He changed my mind on this Starbucks for sure! Thank you Mark for being so nice and professional!

It take too much time for one cup of coffee

Never gets my order right. Starbucks has the best matcha but they put too little so i ask for extra scoops but they never add it so my drink always taste like plain milk. I tell them i can tell they didnt put enough because the color is too light but they lie to my face saying they did. Im fed up with paying so much money on basically a cup of milk and wait in a 30 minute long drive thru. please retrain your staff especially the night crew.

Always take long going through drive. I called to find out delay. It was too many orders. I always have a quick and easy experience at my usual Starbucks. This particular one delays when I visit. Got messy drink. I asked for caramel. No caramel. I think the girl was being trained

This is my final review of this particular store. The fact that it was closed for a while should have told me that things had gotten worse but, I decided to chance them anyway. First of all, the drive-thru had a long line. Next, the employee at the window decided to have an almost 10 minute conversation with the person in the car in front of me. Finally, when I got to the window, the employee only turned to face me to give me my drink then immediately turned her back to me once again. So very rude. I will never be back to this location.

I always enjoy going to this particular Starbucks. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean highly presentable and welcoming when you walk in. every drink I get it this particular Starbucks is always spot-on. The prices are reasonable at least for Starbucks. This is a great place to meet with friends enjoy an awesome cup of coffee or whatever you may choose. They have food snacks and other drinks. All in all a wonderful Starbucks to take your business to.

Not impressed. Sparse seating...No comfy chairs or sofas. Took like 20 minutes to get a water. Cake pops were scrumptious, but wouldnt be in a hurry to return to this starbucks..

Amazing experience I have at this Starbucks, very clean, very best, very tidy and very customer service friendly... such great atmosphere as well, completely planned perfect for and occasion weather it’s business or family, it’s great to come here, great drinks and great snacks for sure! I went to the one on Bear valley and Hesperia road, I usually dont go to this one here.😩 Although I was closer to this one. I waited for 15 minutes on my order,frustrated I had to leave, but David the manager was good enough to honor me another drink when I came back. His act as a manager would be the only reason why I would come back to this location. Good customer service and manager skills is what will keep a business going.

They wer very considering and quick

I regularly have problems with my drinks being made correctly at this location. The drinks here usually taste watered down or have no flavor. Also, often I ask for no whip but my drink will still have it on top. Staff is friendly, but I just wish the drinks would be better quality. I havent had these issues at any other HD locations.

I always do mobile order before I leave my house, my house is a 10min drive... plenty of time to have my coffee ready and waiting by the time I get to Starbucks... my coffee is NEVER READY and I usually need to WAIT for another 10mins. Whats the POINT? Why offer mobile pick up at this location if you are not able to successfully provide this service? This Starbucks is a FAIL when it comes to mobile pick up orders.

I dont come to Starbucks regularly so Im not to familiar with their menu, but my daughter wanted to treat me we spent some mother daughter time together & the employees were all very friendly & they helped me figure out what I wanted & even recommended something I might like more of I appreciated that very much therefore I really enjoyed my Caramel Macchiato & Cheese Danish which was to die for😋..their customer service was 5 star as far as Im concerned & I will be back with my daughter again this time it will be my treat 😉👌 thanx guys!

Our order was wrong😥 sugar free vanilla doesnt mean No Caramel in the Caramel Macchiato....the young lady who helped us was nice as well as the young lady who made the drinks. The atmosphere was kind of off, they all seemed to be walking on egg shells.

Even though I went through the drive through of this place I still received good service. I vist this place alot and the atmosphere inside seems classic but trendy.

This is a sloppy store. Their Batistas have zero personality. They take forever on just one drink. The inside of the store is filthy. Oh and dont even get me started with the ordering through the app to pick up in store. Never have they ever had it ready for me, even after the 10 minutes it says to wait. I came in several times and ask where my drink is. Then theyre like oh, Sorry! Then it takes another 10 minutes to make my drink that half the time tastes like garbage.

Customer @ the register was taking forever doing several different transactions and they only had one line open....... My self along with another customer had to leave before we were able to order do to the wait.....

Purchased a $120 travel ember mug, I noticed there was no plastic wrap, which I thought was peculiar but i wanted it very badly and this was the only one left. I got home and plugged it in, noticed the inside looks burnt and there is obvious brown old nasty crust from what i can only guess was coffee. Somebody obviously returned a used mug WITHOUT WASHING IT. It looks like it was used for 2 years, now starbucks sold it to me as brand new. Of course I wasnt offered a receipt and didnt think to ask for one, now I have a disgusting expensive mug Im scared to drink out of and cannot sell or return.
