If you want your money to go to waste this is the place to go. Bought a portable ac from here that ended flooding my bed room floor. Tired to go back for an exchange around 5 but the place was closed even though there hours said they be there till 7. So since I couldnt do an exhange, and with this extreme heat with 2 kids at home, I went to another store to purchase another ac. Finally made it back to HDTV to get my money for the ac that flooded my floors and they refused. Would only do an exchange. Problem with the exchange is it was a smaller ac. Not even one that would cover the same amount of space. So now I have an that isnt worth the same plus all the damage done to my floors.

I usually don’t write reviews unless they’re bad but this was probably one of the best experience I’ve had in a long time. went in to the Hesperia location looking for a 55 to replace my TCL and totally fell in love with a QLED from LG! It was a bit more expensive than the TCL but I was able to finance without running my credit and only $39 down! Thank you to Jake for being knowledgeable and patient with me, I love my new tv!!
