I like the location of this place because its close to my home. The facility is well lit and the gate hours are exactly what I need (open late til 10pm) the reason that I am only giving them 2 stars is because they raise your rent ammount too often. I am on a fixed income I cant afford a 10 dollar increase every few months, so I now have to look for a new storage facility and pay for a moving truck to move again 😵

I just rented a unit at the Hesperia location. Great company, well run, clean, very secure, and best prices for storage in this area. Assistant store manager Victor Bacab handled the sign-up process, very knowledgeable and courteous, and when my old truck was having mechanical problems, Victor went to a lot of extra trouble to help me out. I commend Victors excellent service, and highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

After having stored our stuff for about a year, I feel I need to edit my review. EVERTHING was coated in a thick layer of dust. There was some evidence of rodent tracks and poop, which was easy to see due to the thick dust. Every few months the rent went up a significant amount. We started paying $120 for our 10x25 unit. We had to move our things out after rent went over $180 and was still climbing.The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They listened to our needs and offered appropriate suggestions. The prices were about average, but the security of the facility and cleanliness of the units makes this an exceptional location to store just about anything. Overall, very professional, and i highly recommend this location.
