Have seen this place for many years but never went there. I called Friday to get a price to install a Led strip on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. They gave me a excellent price so I set up a appointment. Got on time for my appointment the next day and my job was done excellently. Husband and wife business. Excellent people. Also found out Miami Spring Hawk alumni like me. Really recommend them with any job you need.

This place has been installing radios and alarms in Hialeah for the past 30 years. Throughout the years, they have serviced all of my cars as well as those of my friends and family. They recently installed a double din radio in my Explorer and the car looks and sounds better than it did out of factory. Love my new radio!! I wouldnt trust anyone else to install a new radio on my baby... Strongly recommend.

Very bad customer service. I placed an appointment and they attended me about an hour and a half late. The installation had issues. When I went back there the man didn’t even answered me even though he was looking at my face, he just decided to ignore me. They never called me back as they said they were going to do. I would never recommend this place. Too expensive and very poor customer service

Had them install an inverter in the bed of my truck that I needed for my business. Installation came out great. The staff is friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend them for any of you car electrical needs.

Honest and quick service. I was getting ready to pay $140 to get my headlights replaced later on in the day, Ralph took a look and replaced my lights AND installed an additional set of lightbulbs for $40. I will definitely come back. He knows what hes doing (26 years in the biz) and is super honest and reliable.

Great place to get things installed in your car and super organized and worked pretty fast and the labor price is reasonable looking forward to making him my primary guy dealing installations on my car.

Edit: Just got a new subwoofer installed by Ralph. Amazing work, very very clean install, takes his time to make sure it’s done right. Not sure you can find high quality work like this in South Florida, much less Hialeah. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, he’s been doing this for his entire life. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.Had my subwoofer installed 2 years ago here, amazing high quality work for a good price. Ill be going back to them soon and hopefully my review stays 5/5!

Today I whent in to have my head unit, speakers replaced, add an amp, and subwoofer, a total upgrade to what I had and I am very happy with there professionalism, and very personable. I would recommend them hands down.

They are thiefs !! Do not get fool by the five star reviews left by family and friends! They are super expensive . I went in and ordered a replacement shell for Chevy equinox keyless remote, they did not have it in stock so it needed to be ordered. I got charged 40 dollars for the shell. The front desk lady told me she would call me when she got it so that I could come pick it up, I asked more or less how much it would take as my remote was falling to pieces and I could not open my car, she told me one week . Today makes two so my boyfriend and I passed by the shop today to see if maybe it was already there and they forgot to call, no remote yet . It is in still Orlando coming from China ! I had checked in Amazon and it was 6.99. I don’t mind the $40.00 if at least the customer service is going to be good, but the lady had an attitude, super rude and unhelpful, no manners, all they could say no refund or exchange pointing to a small frame on the wall . They were very quick to get my payment, but when I asked how long it will take, . They never mentioned it could take 3 weeks, a month, 2 months because it comes from China! Not to mention the rip off ! I will never purchase anything from this shop again !. I can just imagine how many people get tired of waiting, get the job done somewhere else and do not get their money back because of their no refund policy ! This people don’t care for their customers at all !! Please save your money, go somewhere else !. I’m still waiting for my 5 dollar shell from China! Check the internet guys ! Amazon prior to going anywhere ! :)
