DONT DO IT! This is a metal works company NOT a door company.. SHES A SCAM ARTIST WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY, DOES 1/2 THE JOB AND NEVER SHOWS UP. MARCELLA IS THE OWNER.

Deposit of 50% given to Marcela Dufau. Manufacturing of the railing including installation was going to be in 3 weeks, no call no show, we have been calling and leaving messages without any response.2 months already since order placed still waiting an outcome. Reported to BBB and will start next process. No communication what so ever like the previous customers described.

Customer service is really bad, getting to response to your order is very slow, I felt like I was begging for them to take my money and do the job. They dont respond to text, emails or phone calls. Finally after getting them to start my order, they took first payment and they took 1 month to respond and when finally they get back to me, they havent started the job.The product is ok, but customer service is not.

The metal work is fine and good, but be careful with the painting of the door. If you buy the door from elsewhere like us and take it to them, then you take a big chance. We left the door with them for close to 4 months, all along trying to coordinate with them how to change the handles on the door lock. Pretty impossible to communicate with the wife who runs the front office. After speaking to her on 4 different occasions about the lock handles, they delivered the door on the installation day with out the proper handles. Never telling us anything till that moment. What was worse, they painted the door with out covering the locks and lock holes, which screwed up the expensive European three way lock system I had paid $800 for.. totally ignorant to the damage they had caused. All in all a C- for this experience.

Bad experience: We waited for an estimate for a week and a half and attempted several times to reach them, but they did not have the courtesy to return our calls. Finally we received a text message stating that they did not have the time to do our project. Poor customer service and poor recommendation.
