Bought my first car here a few years ago. When I checked out the car the first time I was told it needed some work still and I could pick it up in a week. This included the electronic dash, radio, and blinkers not showing up. Cool thats fine, he was willing to work with my budget so I didnt mind waiting another week. Signed the paperwork and was told (red flag) if you need any work done just give us a call!I notice the fuel tank says full, but this seems odd to the family member who was with (and recommended Carlos to) me as he didnt know Carlos to fill tanks before he sold cars. Turns out hes right and the gas meter floats which I was not made aware of. Ok whatever, its an older car its not gonna be perfect. I get it home and take it out to run errands the next day. When I turn the car on none of my lights work which I was TOLD would be fixed. So my dad had to come to me and follow me home so no one rear ends me since none of my lights work. I also notice my steering wheel is out of alignment so I take my mom with me to another (closer) mechanic to get both those things look at. The mechanic comes in just a few minutes later to tell me not only are my tires dry rotted, but my chassis is being held up by VICE GRIPS. He had the car up on a lift to show us and sure enough the whole chassis is rusted and held up by a pair of grip pliers. We follow his advice and find someone to fix that and get the tires replaced ASAP as it was in no condition to be driven. Fast forward about a month and its a 50/50 shot that the car even turns on now. I spent over a grand trying to get this car fixed up over the 3 months I had it before an accident totaled it. I had brought these issues up to the office and Carlos and they pretty much told me its not their problem since I bought it as is. They sold me a lemon and expected me to come back to them for the maintenance needed. I was 19 working my first job after leaving college and this couldnt have been more of a slap in the face. Be cautious purchasing either cars or services from here.

I will definitely be taking my car here for any issues or maintenance, the pricing is great and they have always done great work on my car the times Ive needed them.

I took 4 used tires there to have mounted on my truck. They did a good job and were very nice. I think this may be a place that gets overlooked just because of the location or the looks. Dont judge a book by its cover. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

The owner straight scammed me. Did NOTHING to fix my car and charged me over $400. I go in the first day because AT and check engine light are on. He says to leave the car overnight so they can check it. Unsafe to drive is what he says. Call in the next day and says he did transmission flush and changed a sensor. Damn $400 for that...but okay at least problem is fixed. I go in to pick the car up and he says hes not sure the problem is 100% fixed....that he needs to keep it a little longer to better diagnose the problem. Okay sounds honest so I let him keep it. Then I call and he says itll be an EXTRA $300-500 because the problem ALL ALONG was the computer. Mind you this computer only costs like $100. He says if I truly need the car back its safe to drive because of the work he already did (what he charged me $400+ for). I literally get home with the car and my AT light turns back on and car starts having the same problems it had when I went in for a FIX. Seriously save your time and money!

My husband and I live in Statesville, but take all our vehicles here for repair, we even take my parents car here as well. We own a plumbing co so we have a few vehicles, I can honestly say we have never been disappointed in the work or the cost. The owner is so nice nice and wants to make sure you totally understand what the issue is and what is takes to fix it. I would highly recommend the shop.......;-))

Previous post is from owner or someone with them obviously. I would not recommend this place for inspection. The inspector does not even know how to do their job, a mechanic who is not an inspector told the inspector the wrong thing. I dont even know if the mechanic was even qualified to inspect. And there for did not pass the safety inspection, only by what the mechanic said to the person doing the inspection. I even called up the department of motors and confirmed my side. Sad to say they were wrong. They were probably making things up so we do not pass on inspection hoping to gain business. FYI 95 and pre vehicles is just a safety walk around inspection on the check list. Please keep making stuff up. After I left this place I went to another well known inspection place and they passed me, did not change a thing. What was wrong you say lol. I had a small import car, year 1989, with a different motor because my old motor just wore out from high mileage. Instead of rebuilding the old motor, I bought a new one that was a little bit bigger and had it installed at a reputable shop. That was all. I could go over the check list for the inspection, but it would be too long, and no where on the checklist does it say you need to check for an engine swap lol. Even american muscle cars do not have the same engine, some have bigger blocks in them. How do you explain that mechanic? lol. He was probably favoring the american cars and a typical import hater. On a good note I would recommend getting your tires done here excellent service on the top side.
