Don’t do it. We got a van. They claimed it had transmission work done. Haven’t even had it 3 months. Having to dump $3000+ into it. Don’t do it. Unless you’re just desperately in need. Don’t do it.

Worst mistake I have ever made was going through this company. I financed a van through them about 6 years ago. A part broke shortly after I got the van. They refused to fix it. The part alone cost me over 700 dollars not including labor. I told them that after fixing the van, I would have to wait a week to make the payment because I just put my entire savings into the vehicle. He said it was fine, and he would wait until the next week. 3 days later his men showed up to take my van 3 days later. When I called to see the problem the next day, he said, Im sorry that you had to pay to fix YOUR VEHICLE mam, but we have rules. I couldnt even clean it out. They got a new part, and I was bankrupt.

Roberts moters has been good to me with both cars one I own and one Im leasing now..

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They will sell you anything, pieces falling off their vehicles in less than a week and they wont do a thing about it. The wife whoever she is has a nasty disposition. Selling cars over priced thats not fit to be financed.

Its a family owned dealership that cares about there customers. Everyone is approved. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from.

Have never used a dealership for any vehicle before here except to be turned down so didnt know what to expect, However we drove our 06 GMC Sierra that we fell in love with immediately home same day, With a trade amount of $1000 on a older vehicle I didnt think we would get. This is by far the best place and I dont plan to ever go anywhere else unless Im buying new, I can make my payment by phone or in person which is very convenient and the customer service is amazing I dont mind going there. They have been working with me in a job change paying at a later date with other income sources, I look forward to doing business in the future after I pay off this one. These are good people that will help you get into a good vehicle and work with you. They are the only dealer I know that also has a shop on site that will do payment plans for work needing to be done. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle! They also have a referral program!

Got a jeep on Friday drove it by Saturday the jeep was running hot. Monday i had repairs done a few weeks later another problem I called Robert motor and let them knw I was hung up on twice and then told to call their repair shop. I called and they told me they had to hear form the office before they could set an appointment. It been over an month and the only time they call is for an payment. The jeep check engine light is on everything on a jeep they charging me 10,000$ for is fall apart Channel 9 me please

I have been with roberts for 2 to 3 years now. The team working there was super nice and jumped up to help or assit me with just test driving, they all greeted me, asked if i needed any assitance, they were so friendly and helpful. They will work with you and help adjust payments for reasonable prices. I have had 2 vehicles with them, 1st a pt cruiser and then a jeep... And i havent had any issues out of it besides the regular issues driving a daily car. I love there customer service, they always make me feel comfortable and works with me. Great owner and great employees that try to help everyone that comes in get in a good reliable car that they can afford. Also have their own service center thats cheaper than any garage around and will work with you on payments of any repairs you have done. Ask for Slim or Wayne

Had a car a week it broke down they charbing me 35 an hour to fix what should have been fixed to start with. Im sure yall wouldnt want to spend your money on a junk car.

My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles from these guys. Bill and Wayne were wonderful to deal with. Their prices and payments are very reasonable. If you are looking for a no hassle buy here pay here place. This is definitely the place to go! They also have an on-site mechanic shop if you should have any issues with your car or truck.

Ive had my car diagnosed at several different shops and never have I been charge for it let alone as much as This place charged my employee. I will be sure and tell every body how you ripped her a new one and kept her jeep.EditI was told you charged her 277.00 for the diagnosis. Someone is lying and I dont believe its her. Funny thing is you kept her car because she couldnt pay the fee. I dont care who you are, thats a rip off. Gary

Terrible place to do business. Their cars are all junk. The mechanic shop here is crooked. Theyll take parts off of junk cars and charge you full price, try to sell you parts you dont need, told us our motor was blown but yet we cranked it up and ran just fine, it just had a catalytic converter going bad. Dont forget $275 for a diagnostic fee Oh yeah, we had to replace one already, a muffler that was rusted and falling off, and put tires on the first month because it didnt have hardly any tread to start with when we got it. Please PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! The mechanic supposedly owns Roberts he knows he sells junk go somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

At first glance, the folks that work there look rather homely, trailer trash type. I have heard several folks around Catawba county talk about how their cars quit on them after a few day of purchase. I would suggest another dealership. Basically, cheap folks trying to screw good honest folks over.

Yah the guys are nice but theyll tell you anything to get a car off the lot. Ive had my car for two weeks and already my thermostat and the container for my coolant had to be replaced. Looks like someone ducttaped it to keep it together long enough to sell. And best of all were responsible for it. They said they have all the cars looked at by a REAL mechanic but I fully believe they do quick fixes and send them on their way.You want a good Google review. Earn it.

Should have read reviews before we bought! Our fault! The thing is the car was wrecked... Our fault.. Ins covered the cost... And good ole Wayne was gonna make him some money off of it... Obviously that didnt happen.... He lost! Or he might be horse laughing right now... Cause he did a half a** job... and still charged extra after ins checks and that goes for his little tech boys too... We had to zip tie the front bumper...after we got it back... And numerous othsr things... till we could find a trusty mechanic! Needless to say he cares nothing about kids being in the vehicle... ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be SHUT down! Someone needs to have JESUS meeting with thus guy!!

At 1st I was happy with Roberts Motors, purchased 3 or 4 cars from them. Payments were made on every Friday @ 7pm for almost 3 years then my mom got sick and finances became a huge struggle and at 1st Wayne worked with me but he repo my car when I know he could have helped me not lose it. I asked if I could get my payments deferred and I got told NO and I asked why not? Wayne himself told me that I had already done that 1 time and that is all you are allowed, which again I understood. But here is the thing about that, I NEVER asked for my payments to be deferred, nor did I give permission nor did I sign any paperwork! And the day they show up with my file which I have to say was NOT accurate nor was it up to date! But it all makes sense considering that I only had 3 or 4 months to pay it off! So of course there was NO hesitation on taking it because he could get more money selling it at an auction. And as far as him accepting other forms of payment to help me keep my car, that didnt happen nor was brought up! I used to refer them to any and everyone, but the day he repo my car really upset me!

If I could rate Roberts motors with less then one star I would. This place will who do and swindle you if you get into an accident, Their cars have issues right out of the gate. I would not recommend anyone to get a vehicle through these thiefs. They over charge you by thousands for cars if your not carefull. Be sure if you do get a car from them, you have them to show you a Carfax. Alot of there cars have been wrecked and rebuilt to sell to the public for more then what the car is worth. They dont do basic maintenance on the inventory they have. Your better off getting a new car or dealing with another dealership then this one.

Wayne is a Excellent Man to deal with he straight-up straightforward hell do everything he can to help you out and get you in a vehicle I highly recommend them

For the idiot that made the comment and gave the one star, I havent even met Paul yet, but he has already assured me that hes going to take care of me. hes putting me in the vehicle that I want. hes the only person at probably 10 dealerships that I have talked to that is willing to work with me, because that is what is keeping me from getting a car, not making car payments, but a huge $2,000 deposit. Im a single mother with a small child and he knows this I never have $2,000 at once. Im in Mecklenburg County and Im driving up there to Catawba County to buy car from them, because I cant find anybody in Mecklenburg County that has been as kind to me as he has, its people like you that create the fake news that everybody believes now, its a shame that you can just get on the internet and say anything you want to about people! Being a former business owner, I totally understand the frustration from people that dont get what they want bad-mouthing a good honest person thats helping people!

I would not go back to this place at all I got a car from them it was8,000 so the motor blowed up 2 weeks latter well ya they said they fix it but turn around and charge me 2000 thousand more dollars for the motor I shouldnt have to pay for a motor that was bad in the first place thats 2 times he done me that way I a charger for ony 4 days and the motor blowed up in it ...so watch what u get from people and stay away from this place...

We have been doing business with Wayne since 2013 and have never had a issue with him...we always make our payments when they are due and he shows us how much he appreciates our business...if there was ever a issue he did his best to make it right and we appreciated that.

Worst place ever to buy a car. If i were you i would not waste my time. My mom bought a car there first week having it it blew up. My wife bought a suv there and drove it a week and a half and transmission went out on it. Anf my stepson bought a car there and we didnt even get home with it and it ran hot, they took it back to their shop and kept it 2 days and said they fixed it. I picked it up and brought it home and it continued to run hot i took it to my mechanic and they had sold my son a car with a cracked head. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE TIME AND MONEY DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. We was very disappointed.
