I did my homework before contacting them about the truck I was looking for on there lot (as should you).When I arrived they had the truck cleaned, polished and enough fuel for me to take it out for a spin. The sales process and everything I was signing was thoroughly explained and any questions where answered directly.You will immediately see by the vehicles on there lot that they do not deal with junk. Folks at King Dealerships are complete thieves. I temporarily did business with them (Sales and Service) before they went out of business here and found out the hard way that They DO NOT have you best interest at hand. They will sacrifice loyal customers to do it. I personally Caught and called out their TOP SERVICE MANAGER for lying about services performed and issues with my vehicle that needed to be fixed 2 times in a row. Thats whats rolling downhill in this organization by their top leaders. The TOP FOLKS are modeling manipulative, dishonest and unethical business practices. What do you think the subordinates are doing? They follow suite or get fired.Bottom Line: Dishonest, manipulative, unethical and arrogant. spend your money somewhere else yall.

The worst car buying experience ever. Please do not trust this dealership. I am still waiting on a call back from Ken who will not answer my calls because of a defective vehicle he sold me a few months ago. I have been lied to by everyone in the dealership about whats wrong with my car. Make sure you thoroughly check the carfax because they sell a lot of fleet vehicles and call them one owner cars. After the sale you are treated as trash and they do not stand by their word. I was told by a previous sales agent of this dealership about their fraudulent tactics and how they operate. PLEASE HAVE THE VEHICLE LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. There are plenty of other uses car dealerships so please do your research before buying from King Suzuki. You have been warned.

I stopped by the lot yesterday evening to look as I am planning to purchase a car within the next week. I was approached and had a brief conversation with a salesman. Basically, I experienced the typical sales tactics that used car salesman are known for but the most irritating was his absolute refusal to give me a price on the car. I asked twice. Because this particular car is the model I am in search of and has the features Im looking for, I decided to call the dealership and try again today. I was routed to sales and unfortunately the same salesman with the same pitch answered the phone and of course yet again refused to name a price until I drive the car and see if I want it. This type of sales tactic is first of all extremely outdated and secondly, is an insult to the intelligence of any woman with an IQ above vegetative. Mr. Clay just cost this dealership a sale because I definitely will not drive 40 minutes back there to drive a car that he refused to price.

CarMax would totally be worth your time. If your going to waste your time at King Suzuki in Hickory then your better off just taking a dump .
