At first they did t find an issue with my car but talking to me and listening to what I was saying they decided to double checks some things and found the issue. I’m glad they were not persistent on nothing being wrong. Everything worked out great. Very helpful.
I went to this dealership because I no longer felt comfortable going to the other one in Charlotte. Right off the bat Johnny had already exceeded my expectations with how fast he got us checked in on top of the services we needed I will definitely be scheduling my transmission service on top of continuing my regular required services. Great service department. Took my 2015 in for the recommended transmission service. Was performed quickly. Mike Gilbert was very nice and professional.Dealership was very clean. I drove 90 miles to this dealership to get my service done. It was actually the closest, reputable Mitsubishi service center close to my house.

I was offered 4000 over trade in value of my vehicle, did not happen. I was promised check for 4500 if I agreed to purchase, has not happened. 1 month later, my trade in has not been paid off by your company and car payment is due, your company stated due to my previous loan company upgrading their system, I spoke with said company and that is a lie. In calling back your company over the past two days, I have received no answers and your company has refused to provide me with persons or phone numbers to contact those who manage your group.

Gabe was fantastic getting me into the new vehicle. I purchased the new vehicle on 5/28/21 I traded my 2018 Subaru Outback which I can say they did a fantastic job getting me more on my trade. I was advised the payoff on the Subaru would take 20 days and here we are in July and still has not been taken care of. While I was there I filled out the paperwork to have my existing tag transferred from the Subaru to the new vehicle. Upon opening my mailbox today I received a letter stating this still has not been done and I have until the 12th of July to fix this issue. I bought my original car here so I went back to upgrade. Everyone is friendly but when it comes to getting the paperwork turned it someone is falling short.

Traded in my vehicle and purchased a 18 f150 4x4. Did not know that the truck was in an accident, wasnt shown any paperwork that i had signed that yes i knew it was in an accident. When i went back to ask them about it, it took them 20 minutes to so called find the papers. When the little man showed me where i signed, my signature wasnt even on the line. It looked like i sign through the line. Ive never done, ever. And so now at random times the truck makes a very loud scretching noise on acceleration, the radio cuts off at random, sometimes doesnt even come on. Had to pay outta pocket to get a key fob with key made, then take it to the ford dealership to get the computer reset because it was set for certain restrictions on what i could do. THEN my bank tells me that Planet Mitsubishi didnt send the right amount for the trade in balance. They were 185 short from the pay off amount and i paid the ramaining balance outta pocket. I would advise to just stay away. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO SUCH AN INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN.

I used to get good service there when the service manager by the name of Jon worked there. But since they let Jon go, I have gotten ripped off by the dealership. My last two oil changes I was lied to about my air filter. The oil change before my last one, my air filter was brought to me in the waiting room to show me that it needed to be replaced. The filter had a small leaf in it. It cost me 40 dollars to replace it. My next and last oil change with the dealership was only 5,000 miles later and they once again brought out my air filter to me to say that it needed to be changed again. It was the exact same filter that they were supposed to have changed the previous oil change. It had the same small leaf stuck in it. I told them that I would get one from AutoZone and change it myself. When I left the dealership, my car was humming very loudly. When I got to AutoZone and raised the hood to replace the filter, the dealership did not lock down the second clamp on my filter. I tried very hard to get to lock down, it would not work. I took it back to the dealership the next day so they could lock it down. Then later on some man from the dealership called me to say that it was a different filter they had replaced. This man either lied to me or his worker lied to him. I have two different oil change reports saying that they recommended the air filter needed to be changed. And because of my dad, I know exactly what the air filter looks like. Also now only 1,000 miles into my next oil change, my warning light for the air bags have come on, when the dealership said that my car had passed all of their checklists. I will tell everyone of the untrustworthyness of Planet Mitsubishi of Hickory, NC.

Ladies be very cautious they have a salesman there that is not very trustworthy. We all know there are good and bad in all segments of society but Raul also known as Rico per his words he uses the name because WE cant pronounce his name correctly. I wonder now if that is actually the true reason. When or if you go to buy a new to you vehicle make sure all details are checked out thoroughly down to the key fob. Such a minute detail but if someone will lie about something that small imagine what else they will lie about. Get a car fax report and proceed with caution. Good luck to all.

Matt was my salesman. He was truthful and very honest about everything and explained everything to me very well. I would highly recommend him if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Incorrect parts were ordered twice in a row and was not informed before driving an hour multiple times through out multiple weeks. The gas leak and smell (which was my primary concern for visiting in the first place) still remained after I mentioned it multiple times, even after all the visits and driving/waiting time, totally about 11 hours. The only compensation I was offered for all my wasted time was a free oil change, which I would neverdrive an hour to get. No one took responsibility for what happened and only blamed other employees who happened to no longer be there. Even after I would call ahead before leaving to make sure the parts were there, I drove an hour and was still told that the wrong things were there, or not ordered at all.
Mr. Wallace is an outstanding n exceptional employee in the service department and he ensured my visit was outstanding n exceptional. Customer service done right. This dealership consistently provides friendly and outstanding service. Everyone Ive encountered is friendly and make sure you are taken care of. They show that they value their customers.
They full of it!! Talking about 0 down I drove 2 hrs in a bad storm for them to try to put me in a $500 payment a month car to can you get a co signer to come Monday we can put you in a Dodge caravan. I am over them it was a cold welcoming but on the phone it was different

I just bought a used Mazda CX-3 from this dealership. The car is absolutely beautiful. I will be posting pictures in the sun as nighttime does not do it justice. My salesperson was Cameron Kerley. He was a very kind gentleman who was very knowledgeable able the vehicles that I was looking at. He knew the ins and outs of my vehicle and explained them all to me in detail. He put on my temporary plates and made sure that my Bluetooth was set up before I left. Cameron was never too pushy (as sales people can often be, which makes me uncomfortable). He showed me exactly the vehicles in my price range and knew everything about them. I would definitely go back to this dealership after todays experience. I have a feeling that I won’t be needing a new car soon but when I do I will be back to buy another car from Cameron. Highly recommend this place as everyone was friendly, warm, and there were even snacks and refreshments for customers! I really can’t think of anything negative to say! They even cleaned the car right before I drove off in it

I went in to Planet Mitsubishi of Hickory to take a look at their inventory. The entire staff was extremely welcoming. Every Employee I came across was extremely nice and accommodating. They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I ended up working with Terence Burke as my Sales Associate. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. At no point was there any pressure to make any decisions. We worked at my own pace and I was able to move at my own speed. I ended up deciding on the 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. I just loved it!! It rides so smooth and is really cool looking. Terence was sooooo helpful and made it such an easy process. Once I made my decision, Terence the other staff all chipped in and got everything done super quickly. I really wish I could give 10 stars!! Terence had Greg and Bryant help him. I also met Brody, Tony, Brandon, Rico and even Jon in Service. They are like a small family and you can tell they all get along and work as a team. Such a great job. Seems like the salesman dont know much about Mitsubishi cars, they trying to rush you to buy the car without even test driving it, because you need to be qualify. I guess thats how that dealer works.They do have a whole variety of newer models.

Lied to my mother. Basically she drew a small cash prize and had confermation number. Went in last said hold on since youre our winner went and chatted with office guys come back said no sorry no winner. You match with board but not on OUR SHEET. Really didnt like the place to start with. Lot of sitting, ignoring and cheating going on in my opinion.
After finding an extremely nice Lancer Evo for sale I contacted this dealership. I spoke to several people over the course of a week, and gave information regarding my credit. Was told by someone in the financial department I qualified for a loan on this car. That I was Pre approved for the car I was looking at. I drove over five hours to this dealer ship, after making an appointment, to no one even knowing that I had made an appointment. Sat down gave the same information again to be told there was no way I was getting into that Evo. He than offered to put me into something else that I could finance. The man I spoke to did not even try other possible solutions. To top off the entire experience, I received a call today about rescheduling my visit. I had been put down as a no show.

Salesman did not show up for appointment.The replacement salesman did not offer me any discounts for repeat business or for being a veteran. I thought there was a sale going on. They did offer to take$2000.00 off the sticker price of a new 2019. The Service Department is excellent, but there are issues with the sales department & management. The previous ownership were excellent to deal with and appreciated your business.

If I could give no stars this place would get it the car we ended up buying because my wife just had to have wasn’t there it was in there Charlotte lot after they told us it was there to come look at. They did finally get the car there after 2 hours and then the car was dirty and had an odd odor so they promised a full detail and we could pick up next day, next day came and the car looked the same after we decided to purchase it. Also during the sale there wasn’t a key fob so we were promised one to be made and even signed paper work saying they would have one made. Fast forward a month later still no key fob and we have called probably 10 times. JP the sales guy and Brody the manager as well as the whole planet Mitsubishi of hickory store are very unprofessional and unorganized I wouldn’t waste your time at this location.

Brandon with sales was amazing! The process was fast and everything was great. I purchased a truck which had not been cleaned yet and a tailgate that was heavily damaged. They promised to change out the tailgate, fix the ac fan which was rattling and detail the truck. Told me to come back before 5pm the next and everything would be taken care of. I showed up before 5 and they told me they hadn’t had time to get a tailgate. I would need to leave the vehicle to get the ac and detail done. I told them I wasn’t leaving it we could set up a time later for everything else, but I wanted the tailgate changed. After 30 mins the tailgate was changed out and I was on my way home. A week later I took the truck to get the ac fixed and detailed (cleaned). 24 hours later I was told the truck was ready to be picked up. First glance, the outside was cleaned. Once I opened the door, dirt and grime was under every seat, the windows had finger prints, the defrost vents were brown.. the inside was nasty. I told the salesmen this was unacceptable... his response- “well it’s a work truck, it’s supposed to be dirty”This is why I left one star. They cannot detail/clean anything. And then to get a response of “it’s a work truck”.

The customer service I received from Jon & Daisy in the service department was amazing! They were both personable & professional. Reason for not giving 5 stars has nothing to do with them or the service department. While waiting for my car to be serviced Jon brought an air filter inside from my car to let me know what it looked like vs what it should look like. As he is doing this and explaining why I need a new one a gentleman, who I will assume was the GM or someone of upper management wearing a suit, walks by and tells him “you have a customer waiting in the lane”. Totally unimpressed by the way he acted as if I wasn’t a customer as well and the manner in which he spoke to his employee. He may not have meant to come off as rude but it’s all in how you deliver the message. “It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it”.

My mother went to this establishment due to a flyer that was mailed. She has dementia and was of obvious unsound mind. The salesperson took her on a test drive and convinced her to buy the car for much more than it was worth. When I called to discuss the matter with the manager, they refused to nullify the sale or purchase the car back. Very unethical people and practices.
Great bunch of people at this location. We were greeted at the door and Tim was glad to help us and answer any questions. Jeff taught us some good financial tips and seemed very passionate about it . And Casey closed the deal answering all the many questions we had. We initially went in looking for a newer used vehicle but come out brand new and around the same monthly payments. Highly recommend these guys.
