👎 waited 8 he for tow while calling the office with promise of tow within 1hr for 8 hrs, they did not P/up till next Am 9:00:

My car was involved in an accident, They crashed my car inside of their tow lot which destroyed my $1200 Carbon Diffuser, the diffuser got to the shop cracked in half with red paint on it. When I brought this to the managers attention, they told me that they were not responsible for it, but ADMITTED, that they bumped my car into the red car behind me over the phone. They also lifted up my car and dragged it around (AWD Vehicle), which can damage the drivetrain.When I called and tried to then get in touch with the owner of the tow lot, I called multiple times for 3 days, to which he ignored me, I called back today and the manager told me the owner said he didnt care and that there was nothing he can do about it. I am a 20 year old kid, was nothing but nice to them. It is beyond me how a company like this can sleep at night knowing they do this to not only me but many others.I am calling the BBB and filing a police report. Stay away.

Expensive & Driver was 30 min late for Drop Off.. I was quoted $225 + tax then when I went to pick up they said its $250 + tax .. Boss/Office Worker didnt wear a mask and was sneezing/coughing without covering his mouth.. office looks unclean/dirty/greasy.. Hopefully you dont get your car towed because I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I spoke to Mike and Rich about a tow. I was in desperation mode and in a bind. They were not only kind and understanding but quick and honest as well. Then there was Ira the tow truck driver who was about one of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you all at AAAA-1. I appreciate you guys!!

My car was stolen from our house and dumped 3 miles from this tow company. Nassau PD requested a tow (instead of contacting us like they claimed they did) and AAA1 picked up the job. My wife and I showed up to retrieve the car, and were treated very poorly.Cash only, $260 later for storage fees and impound fees for a car literally stolen at 7am and picked up 2hrs later. When we asked why a victim was being charged these absurd costs, the employee stated because its policy.OK, called and spoke with manager (Rich) later and explained the situation. He didnt care, even after asking if he was OK taking money from a victim in this case. No recourse, no explanation wanted. Total scam. Makes me wonder if the thief that stole our car works for these guys.

We Called at 1:30pm for a Tow Truck, was told1 hour. Now it’s 5:30pm, still being told 1 Hour. Subaru Grand Prix Roadside Assistance needs to find a reliable and honest tow company for it’s customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My car was towed because my wheels pop the next day I went to pick it up they didnt let me inspect the car before giving it to me after paying the fees.! funny right.? But wait when my car got towed I had 1,000$ CASH in the glove compartment, these shady people are going to tell me I cant inspect the car before they give it to me. MIND YOU i payed 350$ for getting it towed once they drove the car out my money was missing my bag was also missing funny right.? Then the owner comes barking instead of being nice he comes barking about not being responsible. They kept going to the back to talk in private and made me sign a form that said they were not responsible for the money or anything stolen. I dont care about the 1,000$ i care about the principal they are running a business. But my attorney will handle this trust me they will pay that money back, even If i go to the town and put a small claim. I wouldnt even recommend this people they stole my money and was laughing about it.

Although I was returning a boot and not in a great mood, the gentleman on the phone was polite and even offered me an option to drop it off after hours to make it more convenient for me. So thumbs up for you guys

After getting into an accident I called the nearest towing company. They arrived pretty quick and took care of transporting my car to there shop without any problems. Overall very satisfied with there service.

Stay away from these guys. They are thieves. I wonder how police still allow this company as their authorized towing company. They change prices at their will. This is a total scam.

This place is a total and complete scam, avoid at all costs. There is currently a pending report to the police about their fraud and blatant scam in order to rack up storage fees. The woman who answers the phone is extremely nasty, unfriendly, and completely incompetent at best, if not conducting criminal activity at worst. A part of their scam is to continuously tell you that the person who you need to speak to is on vacation or out of the office and to call back tomorrow in order to keep inflating their storage fees. For almost a week, they refused to release my vehicle to my insurance company, who specifically advised that I called the police and file a report because they have never experienced such a blatant scam to increase fees. This woman, whose name may be Brooke, continuously will hang up on you, and continuously hung up on my own insurance company every time they would call her. They have this documented for days in their records and their investigation department is investigating. Stay away and if you have a similar interaction call the police.

This is a completely honest review:My car was impounded thanksgiving day due to reasons none of the readers concern. Basically it wasnt much of an issue getting my property out of my car after the piglets in uniform decided the wise decision was to leave my phone and wallet in the car up until monday... moving along I was told before by the law office I payed the settlement for that this tow company is going to try to steal from me and to call a detective while I was there if they tried to overcharge me... now I got there finally with the money I managed to pull out of thin air since the legal system doesnt have regard for peoples financial situation, I came with a release form, ID and Registration to finally get my own property back from the legal system of thieves that can somehow take your property then have you buy it back from county... It was calculated that the storage and tow fees would be $465-$490 plus tax... I asked the guy how much for my car and he said around $640, to which I gave a 🧐🤨 kind of face and said the price it was supposed to be... he told me Ny sTatE tAxeS to which I responded Ill get a detective on the phone and situate this to which the guy who I guess was the owner said Call who you have to man. So I called and got the bs run around since pigs arent too smart nor do they usually get involved in something not directly making them money... so I called the law office and they said the tow place can only charge tax at most... when I came back in I addressed the dude in charge and said Whats REALLY the cost of my car man?, as he dealt with other customers for awhile he did some typing on the computer and magically/mysteriously my charge went from $640 to $532... the only reason this place doesnt get 1 star aside from trying to rob me of $108 is because the lady in front wasnt bad and had a sense of humor, realizing Im a good dude but falling on a hard time.. the owner apologized for the wait and was cooperating towards the end so I dont hold any grudge, play the bs race card or anything, but its the principle of the thing. I shouldnt have to be told by a law office that works for Nassau County that a tow company working with the county is full of thieves... Im not really taking out my problems with this crooked system on the tow company itself but trying to screw me over $108 plus the fact THEY ONLY TAKE CASH this place really gets 2 stars. I went through insurance and they quoted $4000 but all they did was give me a new bumper and paint it they drilled my broken headlight into my frame and glued broken parts back on my car and on top of that they had my car for three months and disinterested order any parts for my car till I called constantly and then showed up and started screaming and I keep trying to call the owner to ask him about his shity work and he no where to be found and I bought most of the parts for the car before they worked on it so why was it a shity job and why did it take for ever this company is trash and no one should go there

This place sucks insurance made us use them took over a month of car will be ready tomorrow. Car eventually was stated as repaired had parts in back they forgot to install looks like someone who never saw a car put it back together. Its in worse condition than when it was in accident it leaks its missing parts worse experience ever. Avoid at all cost.

Really scammed us and our insurance company. Have them tow you to YOUR shop. He lied to my face and said they’ll just tow it over in the AM. Held it hostage and racked up bills for over $1000 to my insurance company. Insist they tow it to A auto body shop!!
