Chandigarh fashion is the best Indian clothing store I’ve been too. I went there for the first time to find a dress for myself and my daughter and they didn’t disappoint. They have a large selection of clothing for women’s and kids for both girls and boys as compared to the shops around them. Excellent selection, good quality, and very reasonable prices. The staff was very welcoming and the customer service was amazing. I promise you they will not let you down, as they genuinely take their time to find you the perfect outfit. They also have a tailor in shop that does all your alterations on the spot. If you need Indian clothes, I highly recommend everyone to check out the shop as I will 100% be back as a customer. Honestly speaking when the main sadder guy was working this place was a excellent place to shop. He didn’t let any customer go empty handed. Now that his son took over, he thinks he’s a powerful businessman lmao. He has no manner and he doesn’t care if you buy or not. He acts as if he is doing you a favor for buying from him. We had the worst experience today and don’t think we will ever return. RIP to Chandigarh fashion. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business.

I dont like leaving reviews but this one i had to. People should know that they are being ripped off. I was there to purchase but the staffs were rude. I was okay with that since i am the one spending money there but i felt like i was forcing the staffs to show me clothes. Each one was busy talking amongst them who ate what and how hungry they were. One of them left me in the middle to eat lunch which is okay but after that no one was there to help me. There was a guy who kept coming and taking the clothes from us before we make any decision to purchase. he was very annoyed and we asked him for help and he replied that hes helping someone else. ???? Yet he has the time to come and take the clothes from us to fold it and put it back. i have never experienced this kind of service and mind you this was for wedding shopping.

I went there for the first time today. This store had one of the best selections of Indian clothes I have seen in NY. They also have a wide variety of jewelry in every design and color you can imagine. The customer service was amazing; they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this place.

Extraordinary service! Sabin spent his time and patience helping me and my family pick the perfect outfit for my reception. They have a gorgeous selection. Must make appointment to view bridal wear, and well worth it, they are so generous and allow you to take your time and really pick the outfit of your dreams. Chandigarh is the best of the best in Hicksville. Amazing selection, both classic and contemporary. The customer service was great. I was in a rush to get a dress for a friends wedding and was so worried that I wouldnt find a dress in time. The lahenga I fell in love with needed alterations and their on-site tailor was able to do excellent work on short notice. I had visited here once but the behavior of the people working here are terrible. There was a woman there & a boy working there. I don’t want to go back. They are so rude. I think that customer service is very important and this store needs to learn how to do better customer service.

I was in the store for shopping and the service was not good that employer was not helpful that women was giving me an attitude I was very upset

You better speak Punjabi, or the tailor, Gupal, will not understand you w/o interpreter. I went to the shop for alterations on a saree, but decided to buy a Salwar suit. I then asked more than once that the saree blouse alteration be CANCELLED. I asked Gupal to only sew the 6 of the seam that had been opened to check whether the blouse could be altered. He did ALL the alterations that I cancelled and SCREAMED at me when I said there was a mistake! I was in shock. The tailor, is a misogynist & berated me in the store in front of everyone in the shop, including my husband, when I tried to explain that I didnt want to pay for an alteration I cancelled. Unacceptable and abusive behavior disrespectful to every woman in the store.
