The customer service at Sai Bridal is the best Ive experienced. The owner, Neel, was able to custom make my outfit in India, get it shipped and altered all within 10 days. I highly recommend coming here. I bought my bridal outfit here, and they showed so many beautiful options. I found my dress quickly, and was immediately in love with it. Got it tailored in a week, so it fit perfectly. They will listen to what you want. My fiancé got his outfit here too, which matches perfectly with my dress. They threw in our shoes with no extra charge, which are also beautiful. It was overall a smooth shopping experience. Neel, the main guy there, is amazing and is really passionate about his work.

I got two bridal outfits here - for one of them, I had asked Mr. Sharma (the store owner) if he could design an outfit I saw elsewhere from scratch and in just a month, he had designed it in India, and shipped it here. It was gorgeous and priced-well! I really didnt know where I would get lehengas since we couldnt go to India due to COVID-19 but Sai Bridal truly helped me and delivered high quality for great value for money!
