Drove over an hour to test drive one car after calling and receiving an appointment time to come. When the salesman Rob Sendach first looked at me he decided I was not wealthy enough for the car I was looking at. After going over the numbers and trying to rip me off, he decided he wasn’t going to let me test drive the car that I was interested in. I walked out of there crying. I believe Rob thinks he works at a Lamborghini dealership not a Hyndi/Genesis dealership.Manager was very nice and helpful though.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming, if you are interested in a Genesis ask for David. Hes very professional and welcoming, his knowledge and passion for cars is very refreshing. I will definitely return!!!

Well very supportive on way the buy. Service was good first few months and now have called 3 times for a appointment to take care of tire sensor and have been hung up on and not called back. Had to resort to calling Genesis to get them on the phone to make appointment
