Friendly staff there and can usually find one thing to add to my collection.

The store is just like all Gamestops but the girl there was super helpful.

I purchased my x box 1 here,Ive always liked this store,they have so much to offer to customers. Yes cone here,check it out,nice mall too.

Some empty shelves they cant keep up with the PS5s. But the staff there is extremely helpful they really know what theyre talking about. One gentleman in particular Make sure you get the most money for your trade-ins.

Weak service, high priced

Call the store for my online order to pick up at the door, I was told I had to wait in line and come in the store when I didnt want to go. Seems like delivery@door isnt good.

Ive had issues with my x box one x, the staff is great. Rich and Rob and everyone else is pretty cool. I love this game stop.

Slow but good

Waited in line thirty minutes with a call of duty box displayed on the shelf. When I arrived at the counter I was told they were sold out. The box should not have been displayed if they were sold out. Also, no employees are available on the floor to assist customers. The two employees at the register were extremely slow and one them was even eating a sandwich (female Hispanic). Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed...Store was lame, hardly any product or collectibles on shelves, they had some new games, but lacked used games for handheld devices and most consoles..Not a good look for the new year
