The metro pcs at Broadway mall is superb. The customer service is best in town. I will prefer my other family members and friends too. The manager was awesome and friendly. This is next level of customer service experience. Thank you metro.

Great Customer service! Jahvon deserves a raise or something. he spent maybe a full our with customer care to resolve an underlying issues with my account and then still found a way to lower my bill even more. the staff is great here this will forever MY T-mobile store : )
Kartik is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind person. There was a issue with porting over my 5 phone lines (not metros fault) and my previous company wouldn’t cooperate to figure out what the issue was so Kartik devoted hours into trying to resolve the problem. Even during hours he didn’t have to give his time to help, he continuously helped. He even stayed way passed the closing time of his kiosk to help us figure out the issue and port over our lines. That’s how caring he is. He could have easily said that he couldn’t do it and have us walk away, but he didn’t. After hours of him trying to get in touch with my other company that was clueless and kept hanging up the phone in the middle of every conversation, he did it. I’ve never seen someone this determined and kind in my lifetime. If your looking for a great MetroPcs authorized dealer, go to this one.

On Saturday, Jan 16th, I stopped by this T-Mobile store in the Broadway Mall in Hicksville to upgrade my phone. I chose a new iPhone and was told by Dyshawn, the man helping me, that it was $0 down but that I would have to pay the taxes up-front. I agreed, and while I was waiting for him to process the order, Dyshawn gave me a screen protector and a phone case and told me: “These are included with the purchase of your new phone.” Taxes came out to $108 and I paid, thinking nothing more of it. Dyshawn proceeded to put the screen protector on for me (not once, but TWICE, since he managed to screw it up the first time).On Jan 21, I was looking at my T-Mobile account online. Dyshawn flat-out scammed me. There were two charges on my bill: $39.99 for the phone case and $49.99 for the screen protector. It finally dawned on me why Dyshawn did not print out a receipt for me in-store. The charges would have been there in black and white for me to see.I had already thrown away the boxes the two items came in but I called the T-Mobile corporate office immediately and was provided my receipt that Dyshawn did not give me in person. The charges for the two items were there, and the T-Mobile representative and I did a 3-way call to the T-Mobile store. Dyshawn answered the phone, and he said, “Sure no problem, we’ll take everything back without the original boxes, just bring it back to the store.”When we ended the 3-way call, the T-Mobile representative said that it was crazy he accepted the return request right away, with no questions. It was very clearly a scam, and Dyshawn knew he was caught.I live 40 minutes away from this store so I had to drive out of my way to go back to this specific store to return the items that Dyshawn attempted to sneak on my bill, under the radar.Conveniently, but unsurprisingly, Dyshawn didn’t have the balls to show his face when I arrived to give the items back. A con artist AND a coward. Another man helped me and my account was credited $90 for the items, plus $8 for taxes. I asked this other man if they scammed all of their customers, and he actually sort of laughed like it was a joke and said, “No, just you.”They have a whole system going on here, and you bet it’s been reported to T-Mobile corporate where I hope they take a long, hard look at this store. I am not the first, and I most certainly won’t be the last if they continue to be allowed to work in this store. They schmooze and flatter their customers to disarm them—Dyshawn actually tried INVITING HIMSELF to my HOUSE because he wanted to see the color of my home décor.Dyshawn and whoever else is involved should be removed from this position immediately. He fully banks on people not looking at receipts or online bills. He attempts to act personable to weasel his way into appearing trustworthy, meanwhile, Dyshawn is nothing more than a scam artist, who has probably preyed on many others besides me. A complaint has been filed against Dyshawn with the T-Mobile corporate office. I hope they take this incident very seriously and do a full investigation on this store.

This by far the best one,they started talking to me about my phone i had an iphone 5. i was complaining that my phone kept on dying to fast, so they recommended the iphone se. this phone a was a good fit.
We live about five minutes from our local metro PCS but now prefer to go to the kiosk at broadway mall. Harold works there everyday and ACTUALLY CARES about his customersI went last week to switch my phone to a second hand iPhone and Harold recognized me immediately (we were there two weeks prior). My infant was being fussy so he did everything he could as fast as he could. I could go on and on about my awesome experience there but just go and see for yourself! Truly one of the best customer services i have ever experienced :)

What awful customer service!Was there yesterday to get a replacement SIM card that I was told by the T-Mobile phone rep there would be no charge for and this store wanted to charge me $10 claiming it was coming out of their inventory! The lazy staff werent even willing to look up my account to see the memo that the rep left!T-Mobile just lost a customer. Its ATT now.

Excellent service and will totally recommend this store. Charnelle is by far the best customer service representative that I have come across. She goes out of her way to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied when they leave the store.
I went there twice this week to pay my bill. Both times no one at the kiosk. As a matter of fact it look like no one was there all day. Better off going to the MetroPCS in Westbury. At least people are there to work when open.
Horrible experience. They tried to sneak a case, screen protector and speaker onto our bill, even though the phone we were buying already had a case and screen protector. When confronted about it they tried to act like it was included until I asked very direct questions about it. I would give them 1 star, but I usually like T-Mobile.
This store deserves 0 stars, as the staff seems friendly, it is not. I added a line, told me second line was free. The store actually added total of 3 lines without me knowing, and scaled up the addon in services and phone protection. Avoid this store!!

If I could give this store no stars, I would. Very unprofessional, I had a repugnant representative just walk away from me rudely after getting his attention. This store seems to have no management whatsoever, whenever you need a refund they’ll always tell you “Come back tomorrow when the manager comes” and is NEVER there! Wouldn’t recommend to visit AT ALL!
Watch out!!! They sold me a plan for one price and when the bill came it was 4 times a higher price. It took me hours on the phone, time at the store, and money to get this solved.
Bad customer service rushed me out and didnt put through my trading and BOGO had to do it my self on line after looking at my account they didnt process all my discounts. Will not recommend this location to anyone!!!
