At first I was very satisfied with my order. I placed it in November and did receive my package within days however they sent out the wrong item, so I contacted them and they sent me return labels. A week later I call and they said they received it and sent out the correct item I ordered, that was over 3 weeks now. This was a Christmas gift that I could not give on Christmas Day and even now into the New Year I still have not received it and the tracking number is not helpful. I understand with the holidays we have to take into consideration delivery delays however I did my Christmas shopping online this year and received everything on time! This is very frustrating and disappointing!!!

Don’t spend your money here my order was canceled because I used a coupon twice due to haven’t no to use separate debit cards!! Terrible and grateful for the refund as I went and purchased items cheaper lol

Don’t shop here, the owner is disrespectful to people who spend money in his store. Poorly managed. They don’t even have any good buys in the store. I settled for my purchase, wasn’t all the way satisfied with it in the first place. Had plans on going back, but I would never and I don’t recommend anyone else shop there.Granted I was parked in a parking spot a little crazy, the owner wanted me to get out of his parking spot. I was doing a quick pick up. In and out. The whole parking lot was empty. And he decided to rush me out my spot like there was a problem with me parking there. But then try to get crazy with me like I didn’t jus spend $50 in there and was the first customer of the day. I will recommended all my friends, neighbors and family not to shop at nyc mode on WJohn in Hicksville.

Still waiting for my package that was supposed to arrive on 12/19 (2 days ago) to be shipped. Label was created on 12/16. Of course they took my $ in 2 minutes. Called the 800 number and it is only a call center. I was told I could call back in 2 more days. Terrible customer service. So much for that Christmas present.

I made an order on 12/10 and was suppose to receive it on 12/17. This was a Christmas gift and its 12/28 and the package hasnt gotten here and hasnt moved since 12/12.
