This store has such a great and friendly staff. Everytime i am in there they are so helpful and just have a great vibe. I usually go here to pick up orders from online because the Broadway mall is just so convenient and never packed like Roosevelt field is. Since it is one of the smaller hot topics they dont have as much as some of the others but i would still rather drive further to them just for their customer service.

Vincent was very nice and helped me find what I needed. His store is clean and easy to shop in even during my last minute holiday shopping!

This is great place to go holiday shopping for the teens and young adults on your list. They have a great pop-culture-based clothing and other items.

Ive actually been there a couple of times, and I bought some twenty one pilots shirts, and one panic at the disco shirts, but I really want my chemical romance shirts, and black veil brides short, I wish there was free shipping theres so they can sell those shirts at my house, I wish, but its actually a really cool place, awesome structure, amazing people, like its epic.

Usually I enjoy going here, but my most recent stop here, the cashier was a total b*tch. Was shopping with my sisters, but this lady was rude and unhelpful. Hot Topics always been one of my favorite stores but this made me not want to shop here anymore.
