We bought 2 suit from this shop. One for myself n other one for my Niece to give as a gift. It was on sale. Lady in here did not tell me that it’s the final sale. It didnt fit my niece and when I came to exchange it lady behavior was very rude. I bought in advance I came back to exchsng after 15 days. She was very harsh and did not hear the problem. I have requested her several times n told her that I wasn’t aware of your policy so please do it only one time. But she was so adamant that she did not listen n did not care of loosing the customer. Not worried about loosing money but shocked by her behavior and attitude. I will never return n recommend this shop to anyone.

I would give this shop a 0 if there was an option. All this lady cares about is $$$. Super over priced and deceiving. DONT GO! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give this shop, and the owner zero stars I would. I gave a suit to get stitched, the owner took the money in advance and assured that if there were any problems,she would get them fixed. She even took my size fitting herself. Two months later the suit is still not stitched. Waited another month, finally the suit is stiched. Tried the suit, does not even fit it was too tight to even fully try. Told her it needs to be adjusted, too tight. She say oh you should show it to me. I cant even get it past my neck how am I going to show it. Waited another month, came back tried the suit, neck line was that of a child. Difficult to put the head through. The arms are tight, I tell her that the neckline is too small and the arms are tight. She blames me that I did not want a deep neck therefore it cannot be fixed. So I say fine please fix the arms. Another month later, my husband goes to pick it up and she says its not ready. My husband gets mad, then she rushes to the tailor and brings the suit and lies that it is done. I try it on at home, and the arms are still the same tight. I get sick and unble to go with the suit back to her till 4 weeks later. When I go back, and explain to her the arms were never done she says its impossible. I tell her that if you unstitch, the holes are still there but as you can see nothing was done. She asks me try it on one more time. I show it to her, according to her the suit looks fine to me. I tell her I cannot move my arms, there is no breathing room. She says oh now she will have to pay the tailor, I should not have held on to the suit for 3 months and then come back to get fixed. She placed the whole blame on me and refused to listen to me when I tried to explain. She says I will give you $10 and you go get it fixed yourself. Which really made me angry, do i look like a beggar that i want your $10. You ruined my suit, and charged me $45, I want a refund if you cannot fix my suit. She says ok, I will keep your suit and you take the $45. I said ok, give me the refunds, besides I cant wear it. Then she called me cheap and that I have no manners. Yes, I have no manners. If manners in her book is being rude to customers and bullying them and not admitting your mistakes. Then yes I dont have manners like her but I do work hard for my money which does not grow on trees. That shop has no value for its customers, it is a money and profit making shop. Disgusting people run it.
