Love going to Starbucks actually preferred here more than douncan dounuts. I love how they take their time and make the drinks also very nice customer service very helpful. Also made me a baby drink whice had just milk and whipped cream he loved it...also all of our drinks was made perfect would definitely recommend comming here if you are in this location.

I have always loved Starbucks! This was my scenario today: it’s 5:45 pm on Saturday and their drive-thru is BUSYBUSY. I decided I’m in a rush so I’ll go inside, it may be slightly faster? There was no line inside and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The woman took my order & to my surprise, my order was ready right after I paid. This was my best experience at Starbucks and I think this specific location needs praise! They work hard and efficiently which I appreciate THANK YOU!

The staff is good with their service, however the drive-thru street needs to be cleared of debris and refuse. I only use the drive-thru there, and to see such unkempt conditions is quite a turn off.

Went in to get a drink and pee… the bathroom was disgusting, there’s no one on line to get a drink and they claimed they were too busy to clean the bathroom. Asked for the manager and the lady stated she was the manager but didn’t have time to deal with the bathrooms. Definitely going to contact corporate about their lazy and incompetent employees!

They make my drinks the absolute tastiest

Coffee serves here keep Starbucks standard. Not like Starbucks inside Target Store which one serves very low quality stuff, not upto the mark.

To lazy to keep their bathrooms clean and open and blame this on COVID very rude! This is also illegal to serve food and drinks in New York State and not have a working bathroom

Ordered a tea lemonade and the cup had a small hole in the bottom of it. It got all over my clothes and car. I called this location and they said oh call the corporate office but doesnt give the phone number or email. They really could care less.
