Very poor service,went 3 times to get medication,pharmacy receptionist told me there is no medication,Acc to doctor medication in the system and now she is telling me it takes more than 2 hours to fill out.So fed up from these receptionist.poor service,Receptionist don’t know how to deal with customers, pharmacy tech staff is good working at the back side.they need to in service receptionist how to deal with customers..

Terrible company to both for work and to be the customer. CVS health does not care about anyone or anything except for making money. They keep filling auto-refilling my prescription even though I asked them not too because I moved earlier this year. Tried calling several times to correct this error but could not get a hold of anyone. Wait time for someone to answer the phone is over 20 minutes. I wish I didnt have to do business here anymore but my insurance company bullied my family to use to horrible place as our pharmacy despite having a previous pharmacy that was a family own business.

Negative zero stars for the employees work here including the manager.Because the manager dont care customers and dont take actions on the customer complaints this place is becoming more and more messy day by day.CVS should take immediate action for the misconduct and insulting staff behavior towards customers at this location.I request everyone who had problems at this CVS to please reach out to BBB for complaints and make CVS accountable.

Kim is the best. She pointed out a couple of products which I might - and did - want. She was more than helpful and jumped on a register when the line grew to no more than a couple of people. Thanks!

It was very pleasant shopping at this CVS. I found everything I needed.

Open 24 hours which is good. Very nice friendly staff. There is always a long line at checkout, usually because a customer is arguing about a coupon or sale. The parking lot is crazy, I dont like driving in it.

I wish I could give CVS 0 stars cause thats how bad they are. They wont fill prescriptions that are 1 day early, when a Doctor calls it in. But if the medicine is controlled they treat everyone like an addict. This place should be ashamed of themselves they dont care about your well being. They dont care if your sick, all they care about is following there corporate rules, do yourself a favor, if you need medicine, dont go there, on top of there heartlessness, youll be waiting for your meds for an hour at minimum. Customer service is non existent! If you like being ignored & talked down to this is the place to go.

The pharmacy is very slow with getting and filling medications. If they get a prescription from a customer that needs restocking, they just tell you to go to a different CVS nearby because its going to take a month to restock up on this med... This is what happened to me when I brought them my script. What kind of pharmacy takes a month to restock up on a medication???Edit 12/15/20 - appreciate that this CVS is open 247 despite COVID19 pandemic has slowed and closed down many local stores, so updating it with 4 stars

Horrible customer service. They only keep one cashier at a time unless its very very busy, and then the new cashiers walk away texting after their first customer. Had an employee, a manager I think, hold up the line even further to pay back the only cashier for their lunch.Also the cashier told me I couldnt use a coupon because my item was on sale. I replaced it, waited at the back of thr line again, and finally was told the coupon would work. Until I gave her my license and cvs card - only then does the cashier say oh actually this is on sale too, looks like you cant use the coupon after all

The two gentlemen working over night are kind. One offered me a seat while I waited in my Uber.

This place is horrible, customer service they have none in this store, pharmacy horrible they have no clue what they are doing especially the overnight crew this is the worst CVS in the area I suggest going to the Salisbury one the only thing is that they are not 24hrs but this pharmacy is hoorriiibblleee
