Great store with friendly employees! They have a gift for every occasion. Will definitely be back!

This store is great! Nice stuff & okay prices. My only issue here was the manager. I couldn’t help but notice her overly controlling her employee in such a negative way. The employee was doing AMAZING! She helped me so much & was answering all my questions about the products in the store, very professional. The manager was horrendous.. I felt rushed by her, uncomfortable & ended up not buying anything bc of her. Probably won’t be coming back mostly due to the fact on how she treated her employee, I can’t watch another second of it. Also, the manager will follow u all over the store as if your going to steal something...

Wow if like stuff and odd stuff that looks cool this your place

Really really annoying staff members following you everywhere. I was there with my sister for about ten minutes and five employees came and said would you like help. The same person tried to approach us two times when we told them we said we are just looking. I did end up buying something from there and my sister said let’s get out of here before they start bothering us again when she saw an employee coming towards us. They have cool stuff, but how are we supposed to shop in peace when they bother us every fifteen seconds?

Cool stuff but the employees keep following your every move assuming youre gonna steal. Nope, was just trying to buy Christmas gifts but kept getting followed so I left because they were making me feel uncomfortable. Any business that doesnt trust its customers, doesnt need my $$. Invest in some cameras, itll make your job a lot easier.

Wonderful shop full of really cute stuff. Love the L.E.D. pictures were beautiful and were lit by batteries. The best were all the cutesy, funny wooden signs for every occasion. Have to check them out. Really nice staff!

Cool stuff, too bad the staff is on top of you 24/7. They just stare at you while you shop and will not leave you alone. Hope they go out of business, they ain’t getting mine.

Horrible experience i stopped by thinking i would be able to purchase some gifts for my family for the holidays but boy i was wrong. The employees there dont care about anything except making a sale. They literally will try to force you to buy things and wont stop harassing you while you shop around the store. I truly feel bad for the teenage employees that have to put up with the managers bs. “This is a great item buy this buy that” i will never ever come here again i truly hope they go out of business.

Took my 94 year old Mom to the mall. She loved you store, so many unique gifts. The salesgirl was very pleasant and showed us some items that might be of interest to her.

My girlfriend and I walked around the store, and were extraordinarily annoyed to find ourselves being followed by employees everywhere we went. Though I understand that security is important (no one wants things stolen from them) but if I wanted to be followed around by security Id visit Moscow. I will never shop here again.

Went in here to look around as they do have some good gifts for people. The young workers are friendly - however after being approached four times with the same line.. I kind of knew something was up. I overheard the manager talking to the young worker about how he saw she was really trying but to not “waste her time on people like that” she explained she tried to get the customer to buy the larger item. After a few more comments, I felt guilty even purchasing an item here to condone that type of work environment for young kids along with the managers approach to customers. I felt like I was in the back office at a car dealership. Yikes.

Went there with two other friends and were touching the tester items, non stop approach from the employees made us say “we’re just looking,” so they’d leave us alone. Instead the manager told me if we weren’t going to buy anything we couldn’t touch the testers... Maybe I’d have bought more things if I could have tested them.

The staff was so incredibly helpful and attentive! A great place to pick up items for a variety of people

Only store I’ve ever been to that requires a receipt when their own store label is clearly on the item. Rude, obnoxious, jumped right at me, like literally ran over to me, as soon as i walked into the store and basically accused me of stealing, when i clearly walked in with the items. the sticker tag when trying to remove the items ripped and damaged the item. now i’m stuck with the damaged items because i lost the receipt. Never coming back here and spreading the word hardcore through the entire community. Not apologetic or anything just kept repeating “i need the receipt.” worse customer service ever! i hope it was worth it because we all know he could have if he wanted to, but now the lost a lot of business!!

The employees are nice but at the same time a little aggressive with trying to get you to purchase something.

*Walks in* .Now even 2 seconds Hi can I help you find something?. No. 10 seconds later This is a top seller .Thats great .These people hop on your back onon you step foot in the door. Its like a nagging wife.

This store is only good for window shopping. Lots of cool stuff but too expensive. Better off buying online.

Feel bad for the teenager workers, generally pretty good. Yet the manager is so rude. Easy boycott from me.

My friend and I went into the store because it looked cool and we were thinking about buying things but the workers there were very annoying and kept telling us about all of the gadgets in the store. we ended up not buying anything because the workers did not leave us alone and made us very uncomfortable.

I would give the store a NEGATIVE 100. Yes true there is a sign posted saying under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, but my kids who are 11 and 12 we’re standing right by the counter playing with the “tester” slime which in my definition would be allowed to touch considering it’s in a plastic bottle and it has the word TESTER on it! AND AM I NOT MISTAKEN THE TARGET MARKET FOR SLIME ARE IN FACT CHILDREN (you won’t catch me playing with it, but if they wanted it I’d buy it for them) Doesn’t make sense! The employees there are rude and obnoxious and make people feel uncomfortable… Not to mention follow you around like little puppy dogs, saying “yeah that’s really cool right“ “Yeah you should really buy this“ BAD SELLING STRATEGY IF YOU ASK ME… It gets quite annoying when you’re just trying to browse! So my kids came up to me and said the guy said we’re not allowed to touch anything unless we are planning on buying it! I approach the guy and ask them if that’s what he said… And he said yes that is correct, unless you’re planning on buying it you shouldn’t touch it… I’m sorry before I spend my hard earned money, I’d like to take a look at what I’m purchasing… And make a decision! I think that’s how most consumers shop! (RIDICULOUS) then the manager approached me and said “ma’am you have to understand they break something, Thats profit I can’t get back! Ummmm sir you charge THE ADULT THEYRE WITH IF THEY BREAK IT! I think most ppl know that rule! This store has some cool stuff in it, but I would never ever step foot in that place again just by the way they treat their customers, YOUNG AND OLD! This is the second weekend in a row that they just had something to say to my kids, Who by the way were not doing anything, we’re not loud obnoxious, they were just touching slime or things that said “TESTER“ OR “TRY ME” on it!! I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that was a one time occurrence, it’s not, THEYRE LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME!!! I advise all of you will steer clear away from this store otherwise you’ll find yourself really annoyed coming out of it! And don’t you dare go in with kids, EVER! They watch them like they’re deliquints... TRUST ME! Save your kids from the embarrassment!!! It’s quite PATHETIC!

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS IN HERE!!!! This store was bought by Gadgets & Gizmos, but is no longer even remotely child friendly. When it was Gadgets & Gizmos, there were a couple of items that werent appropriate for kids. In this store, there are full sections. There is a sex shop section(edible bra & g-string, penis everything, sex games) and there is a parrot that looks like the Polly Parrot that kids would get as gifts(that would repeat what was said), but trust me there is no similarity. When you walk by, the parrot will either insult you, say they want to f*** you, and that sort of thing. There are still some of the cute trinkets with the sayings(that are appropriate for all ages) that are what was sold in Gadgets and Gizmos, but this store is definitely for an adult audience ONLY.

Nice store with a lot of cool things but sales people are annoying and overly pushy. Stop trying so hard and let people buy what they want.

Very disrespectful staff, I saw the manager one time come from around the counter and get in a young girls face when the girl was simply trying to ask a question about the storys policy maybe she was just in a bad mood but she shouldnt have taken it out on a customer.And they follow your every move wherever you go in the store very uncomfortable and rude
