Serviced my snow machine a month ago prior to the start of winter. They could not be nicer.. Fast, professional and responsive service.. After todays storm, the machine did not sound perfect.. I called, and the gentlemen there were super nice and ensured they would fix any concern. They did not make any excuse, just acknowledged me, the customer ensuring my complete satisfaction... I am!! Thank you!!

Auger belt was failing on my 824 2003 Ariens snowthrower. Parts are not easy to find. Not the first time these guys saved me in a pinch. Highly recommend! Dont forget to bring your model and serial numbers!

Went to massapeque location as they sole out of a snow blower ai wanted. They immediately found it at the hicksville location and suggested be there first thing in the am. I was there before they opened and was their first customer. Good customer service, in and out. The guy even put it in my truck with a forklift. Easy peasy. Will recomend their shop. Support local businesses!

I sent my snow blower in December for a repair. After getting it back the fuel start leaking. called over a month ago and was told they dont do pick up at this time. I called this morning and schedule to drop off. Upon arriving I was told they cant accepted, that i should bring back in November.One person doesnt know what other one is doing. Warranty work do not except. Next step is to report to BBB.

Paid for services and not done. have been a customer for years. Do not do business with them avoid them and tell you friends and neighbors

Good service for you power equipment. Most of the landscaping companies in the area bring ther equipment here for service. Parking in the back of the building is a bit limited. Have a few quarters handy. The cops will write you a ticket if they catch you not feeding​ the meters.

Purchased a snow blower here. Too big for my SUV, so they delivered to my home for a small fee, which I was happy to pay. Now that the machine needs servicing, they say I live too far away for them to pick it up, even for a fee. Disappointing! Im taking my business elsewhere.

Stay away, Dont take your equipment here, they take your equipment damaged it and then they tell you is not good. They return my equipment in pieces. STAY AWAY.

Dropped off a snowthrower for repair. Never received a call back on the status of the repair. I called back after 5 days and was told it wasn’t even looked at yet and that it would be several more days before it’s even looked at. Take your business elsewhere.
