When you walk in your greeted by an employee. But you are also left to look around and not be harrassed, which I like. Eli is a great employee. (This is the Commack, NY location. Not sure why it says Hicksville.) He helped my husband and I out on getting a new bed. Was very knowledgeable about the beds. Unfortunately you, the company, dont have anything in stock at the store or the warehouse for a month. Thats bad. Yeah we get its Covid and what not. But if you offer a product in all the different sizes why not have those sizes available?? Needless to say we left without getting a mattress.
They have the trashiest and the rudest people ever when you call 1800 mattress. I would NEVER give them business. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. These low lives don’t deserve a penny
I PLACED AN ORDER IN LATE MARCH 2018 FOR TWO EXACT TWIN MATTRESSES. I RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT MATTRESSES AND HAS YET HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. SUCH POOR BUSINESS. THEY HAVENT CHANGED.
Delivery went really well. The mattress sucks. My back is now so out of whack. Worse than my old mattress. What can we do to fix it? I will send pertinent info upon request.
Apparently customer service is never open so thats cool.
