I purchased my Honda Monkey back in June and can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review. Especially when the customer service is on point. Thank you Craig for the easy sale and for leading me in the right direction. Great salesman but an even better person. I also want to thank the rest of the staff for their knowledge when it was needed for my many questions, even the dumb ones.
Got my bike..looks and rides great! Thank you Craig and steve for being nice and understanding to a new rider. 👍
Dont pay attention to the negative reviews.. if you buy a bike from a dealer there will always be fees and taxes that they dont have any control over... so the price will always be higher than you thought... they dont overcharge for prep fees when a lot of other places try to fleece you.. They are a smaller business and a little old fashioned.. so if youre putting money down on a bike you better be sure you want it... but the upside of them being old fashioned is they dont work you to purchase anything you dont need... I worked with Craig and he couldnt have been more professional.. he never once tried to BS me.. nor did he try to sell me any unnecessary gear and didnt waste my time at all... I am one of the first people to get a new Honda Rebel 1100 DCT in the NY area.. I put money down on a manual transmission and when there was no clear date on when they would get any Craig let me move my money over to the DCT that they had in stock..!
WARNING! Avoid this dealership at all costs! The customer service is ridiculously horrible. When attempting to purchase brake pads...the parts salesman left the showroom and went outside to drive a fork lift...with me standing there waiting! There were THREE other employees standing around in the empty showroom doing absolutely nothing. It was 19 minutes before the parts guy returned to take my payment. No apology. This was my second (they were rude and unhelpful the first time...but I figured everyone deserves a second chance) and last time conducting business with Champion, as this establishment is a disgrace to the Honda brand.
Literally the most unhelpful dealership. It’s almost as if they don’t want your money. I wonder if it’s just a front for something else being that they seem to never sell any bikes.
One of the worst dealerships on Long Island service guy and mechanic thinks he knows everything always rude and upset. Every time I go to Champion Honda I leave empty handed or the same I went in un-helped and un satisfied. Try CrossBayMotorSport great service and always helpful always willing to talk like if they’ve known you forever.
I didnt purchase yet, but Craig was helpful and informative. Absolutely no pressure for a sale. When I am ready to purchase, I will go back and update my review to reflect the buying process.
If I could put zero stars I would. If you have any respect for customer service DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a bike from these criminals. I was excited to get my first service take care of. Unfortunately it turned out to be a horrible day. I have never been treated with so much attitude and disrespect. Upon bringing in my bike for service I kindly asked if the 1st service was included with the purchase of my 2021 Rebel 1100. My wife even reminded me to ask because we were certain thats what they told us. The owner Steve who said he would be servicing the bike at that point pushed the service paper back, threw the pen down, crossed his arms and said No nothings for free, if you think thats the case then leave now. I kindly told him I remember being told it was complimentary with the purchase. He then got even more enraged and I started to feel uncomfortable at this point and left. I returned because I had signed a service agreement that I wanted to have shredded before I left. I asked the salesman Joey to retrieve the paperwork because I didnt want to deal with Steve anymore. He then said Hey you dont address me by you you better address me by my name. I laughed to myself and said Thats how this is going to go? He said Yea thats how this is going to go, what the F are you going to do about it? At this point he was so enraged, it felt like at the drop of a pen. He threatened me, saying he would mop the floor with me, called me a bi***h, and got up in my face. Then proceeded to say I will pull your pants down and F*** you Get the F*** out of here Im not getting sh** for you! I turned my back and left. He followed me out gesturing to his genitals and mouthing Suck my D*** To add fuel to the fire WEEKS PRIOR, they initially signed me up for a Honda credit card at 24.99% interest without my knowledge, telling me I was accepted for financing. They wouldnt tell me the terms even after I made a deposit and I called back 3x that day. They kept brushing me off and told me to go home and relax that they will call me the next day....The next day came they told me to come down and pickup the bike and I agreed because the bike was ready to go and I was excited. I knew I would get accepted for a loan at my local credit union at a much lower rate. The credit card they signed me up for was going to negatively amortize. Bait and switch 100%. WHAT A SCAM. WHAT A DIRTY OPERATION. I will be contacting Honda International about these criminals.
Always had good experiences here. Joey A. is a terrific employee. Answers all questions honestly, very informative, and always a joy to talk to. I actually left my wallet there accidentally and Joey A. found it, called me, held onto it for me until I was able to come back for it—great guy! Steve has always been very helpful and great to do business with as well.
The best and most reliable Honda service in the tri-state area hands down.No gauge pricing here!!!!. All legit and affordableBest service ever A+++++++++
The guy at the parts department is a stubborn person that thinks he knows everything. He gave me wrong part and when i showed him the picture of old and he does not want to believe. He says all sales are final and says bring your bike he will try to put it in, smfh. When I asked him for a refund, he started yelling. GTFOH. Never ever will I go there. Avoid at all costs.
I came in a few weeks ago looking for a bike and Craig was awesome! He helped me out and got it in faster then all the other dealers on long island, great service and kept in touch with me with what was going on!
Craig was super nice and helpful. Made everything so easy! He prepares you for the worst but ends up calling you sooner than you expect!
Think twice before buying from this place!!! Craig makes a mistake on the contract and then tries to twist things around as if its poor handwriting instead of telling the truth. When we asked to due something for the mistake which was a $900 difference in our favor they did not want to. I asked if they can throw in a helmet instead and wed still eat the mistake they refused but said theyll sell us a helmet at their cost, well low and behold that same helmet was still cheaper on Amazon so it definitely was NOT at their cost. Then they make you have to come back to pick up your registration and refused to mail it to us. We received our title in the mail for the dirt bike but they cant send a registration in the mail? They are far from customer friendly or trying to make a customer happy. Seems like there just out for the money then once they sell you the bike they couldnt care less about you. We will never return or recommend, Im sorry I didnt look at the reviews before hand!
BEST motorcycle dealer on the Island Big shout out to my man Craig very patient with me help me get my new 2021 Honda CBR 300 HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE !!
In early May I visited a number of local Honda dealers in search of a new CB500X, which were impossible to find anywhere. After calling Champion (which is a bit far from where I live), the salesman, Craig, told me that he expected at least one, possibly two CB500X bikes to arrive by the end of the month. The very next morning, I met with Craig to leave my deposit and to finalize the purchase. Craig was forthcoming about the uncertainty of when the bike would actually arrive, which left me somewhat hesitant to leave a deposit on a bike whose delivery date was entirely uncertain. Craig was happy to include a note on the purchase agreement that my deposit would be fully refunded if the bike was not delivered by the end of the month, which fully alleviated my concern. I had ordered the bike with a few accessories that I paid for in advance of receiving the bike. Unfortunately some of the parts were backordered and Craig gladly refunded the money I had pre-paid for the backordered parts and installation labor. My only complaint was the charges for assembly, dealer fee, freight and handling, which amounted to almost 13 percent of the cost of the bike. This seemed a bit steep to me, but given the limited availability of the bike, I wasnt in a position to negotiate. Overall, my experience was positive. Craig was very helpful and accommodating without applying any pressure that Ive encountered when buying motorcycles from other dealerships in the past.
Steve- the presumed owner - is knowledgeable but has an attitude- for him it’s 1) Steve first 2) Customers second.....I’ll be going down the block to Chief Equipment in the future
Worst expierience I ever had . The guy from customer was very disrespectfull and it was reason for to find a different dealership to get my bike.
Great service . Wont try to up sell you here
Go Now! Joey is the man to ask for, absolutely no pressure and was able to get me exactly the bike I needed. Was surprised by the other reviews on google but this place definitely checks out. Joey was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and caring as he even gave me a hand securing my new bike with tips on loading it into my truck.
Thank you Craig I love my new bike
It is an unpleasant place with people who have a disgusting attitude. I went to buy a motorcycle that I saw on their webside and they did not pay attention or respond, a crazy short white-haired man came out that I do not know how they accept it behind the counter and the Another on the phone conversation, thankfully I don’t buy anything from there ....
Wonderful experience, drove from Ohio after talking to Joey on phone. He was so nice and a pleasure to deal with! I purchased a bike and was treated like I was a valued customer. It was an amazing experience.
I would not recommend a first time motorcycle buyer to purchase here. Nothing was explained to me, Craig basically just told me to sign here and here. They did not provide copies of what I was signing. I did not get a total before I signed anything. No useful information provided in packet with the keys. Did not call when they received my Reggie in the mail. I had to call them and ask about my “loan info” and reg as I had not received anything or heard from them in about 5 weeks. No billing statements received as they had incorrectly entered my address. They were able to change my gas tank to a previous years color which I did appreciate. But as a customer service rep myself, they are definitely lacking here.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAMM!!! DONT BOTHER DOING BUSINESS HERE! Steve is the worst.
Last week I went to buy some supplies, and while I was there I ask Steve for a quote on my motorcycle tire. I just call to confirm what we had spoken about and he jacked the price nearly 100 dollars! Up date. I specifically ask if comes with balance and installation, Steve answer was. If you purchased the tires with us installation is included. Scam! And Im not alone just read the others who review this business. 3.5 stars overall. I wonder why?
There is a very short man with white hair, nasty and unfriendly. If you are tall don’t go to that place
Just finished a long distance purchase on a vintage Honda from Champion. Steve was a big help with the out of state sale and I highly recommend Champion and their staff.
I wish this kind of Business wasn’t exist no more but apparently scammers will always be around, they tell one price when you leave the shop and when you come to pick up your bike it’s turn into double, they won’t give you the bike until you pay the insane amount they asking
They made a few bucks on a discretionary restocking fee, lost a longtime customer who would have far exceeded that amount in years of future parts purchases. Shortsighted, SAD!
I have financed a Honda grom from Champion Honda and let me tell you, Top of the line service. Craig was very respectful and understanding. They know what they are talking about and don’t give you any bs. Will definitely recommend Champion Honda to anyone who is interested in a bike/Atv
The guy behind the parts counter has an attitude when asked simple questions about oil. Go somewhere else where the staff is knowledgeable and respectful.
Worst Experience. Very pushy & they went around my questions & just pushed me to “sign sign sign.” DONT GO HERE. They opened a Honda PowerSports Credit card without informing me. My deposit was also not refunded after specifically asking if a refund would be provided. Had a better experience and ended up with a bike from CrossBay.
First time motorcycle buyer. Craig and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful with any questions I had to ask. They are all very knowledgeable and made my experience extremely pleasant and easy. Proud new owner of a CB650R and I’m loving every moment of it thanks to Champion Honda.
Awful Place, if you do this huge mistake of getting service done by them make sure you get the full price before you leave your bike over there, these people won’t give you the price and then when you come to pick up your bike you’ll find 600$ bill for tire replacement...
If you read the previous reviews you already know to stay far from this place, they’ll scam you about the price for sure and that’s just on top of the disgusting service!!
The worst place I ever did business with!!! If it was possible to do less than 1 dater I would do that, these people not let you know the total of the job the all-time and then charging you 560$ for 270$ Job!!! Unprofessional and very low scammers!!!
After taking my bike to many shops, i love that this place only deals with HONDA. Been here twice and everytime i am extremely satisfied with myservice. I trust these guys with my bike and life. Do yourself a favor and give yourself the peace of mind that your bike is being serviced well.
No inventory and lame website.
Would not visit again ! Bought a used scooter someone traded in back in the beginning of July. I’m from out of state. They were fine in dealing with me and I purchased the bike. Gave me a title and paper work I went back home to NJ. Didn’t want to deal with motor vehicle due to covid crisis and major problems with lines at dmv . Fast forward to august. Go to title and am told their is a lien on the bike ! Call dealer and they state they gave me a lien release letter. Total lie !! They never did. Found the previous owner he tells me they still haven’t paid off the bike as it shows on his account. Mind you more than a month has passed since this guy traded it in. Now I call them with this news and they (Steve) hangs up on me several times claiming I’m yelling at them which I definitely wasn’t ! All I wanted was the lien release letter. Previous owner now contacted them and that seemed to light a fire under their feet. Got the letter a few days later.Bottom line is don’t trust these guys to be up front, check everything twice and of course don’t yell at Steve 😂
My Honda snowblower was sitting for years and the gas gummed up the carburetor I brought the carburetor in and the guy showed me how to clean it and if I couldn’t clean it he gave me a very reasonable price to clean it tomorrow before the snow 100% recommend these guys
THE WORSE PLACE ON LI... I CALLED ABOUT A PART TO SEE IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE, BUT WHEN I WENT THERE THE PARTS GUY OVER CHARGED ME.A $4.00, PART THEY CHARGED ME $9.95+ TAX !!!!!! I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE PRICE, HE DIDNT CARE. THEY LIE, AND WAY OVER CHARGE..TRIED TELLING ME IT WAS A HONDA PART, EXCEPT IT WASNT IN THE HONDA PACKAGING...IVE BEEN IN THE MOTORCYCLE BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS, I KNOW PRICES, I KNOW PARTS.. WILL NOT DEAL WOTJ WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THEM.. I SURE WOULD NOT !!!
I bought a 19 Rebel 500 Abs. I feel I got the best deal I could get being that there werent many around locally in the color I wanted. Craig was nice guy. No issue with the transaction for me because I had my own financing. Thats how I buy most of my vehicles. I hardly ever get dealer financing because Honda offers a credit card which I didnt want. Im giving 4 stars because the gas tank wasnt full but I would purchase from them again. Will revise this review after my first service.
The customer service exceeded my expectations. Being a dealer I never used before I was cautious about the details they were telling me about a bike I was interested in. After further research on my own I realized everything the salesman informed me about was 100% accurate. I’m extremely thankful for that type of honesty as it was the determining factor in my purchase. I left with a new Honda Fury & the bike is more amazing than I could have imagined, I’m incredibly happy with the bike & the service from this place, will def be back!!
Had no problems buying my brand new CB300R through craig. Had the bike ready within 2 days. i was super excited to bing it home. They pretty much answered every question right on the spot, or called me with more information when I asked certain things about insurance and warrenties.
Bought a CBR300R and everybody there was really kind, helpful and informative. Craig was also amazing and super helpful. Definitely going back there in the future and would recommend to my friends!
Great selection of bikes, honest dealership! They have the best prices and the best bikes for sure !
The staff here is phenomenal. Craig introduced himself with a smile when I walked in, was willing to have a conversation before diving into the sales pitch and was the right amount of professional mixed with friendly. When it came time to discuss the purchase he was willing to break everything down and let me know where costs came from as well as his ability to work with a price. At the end of the day I walked out with a great deal on a bike and plan on doing business there again. The folks in Parts & Service were very courteous as well. Great experience here.
Great service, super friendly. Made sure I got my bike even through Covid-19 and the high demand.
Terrible business. How is calling the parts department a hassle for them. The elderly sounding woman who answers the phone is horribly inept at her skill’less job. You literally just have to answer the phone and transfer it or don’t answer it if you have a stick up your a**. It’s pretty simple, you people need to seriously reevaluate who you hire, sometimes bottom dwelling isn’t the best bet.
Unfriendly, uncaring, and just a bad experience. Im a nice guy and talk in a friendly manner and all I got back was attitude... Just call these guys up and ask if you can bring your bike down for an inspection. If youve ever had an inspection you know it takes roughly 60 seconds. These guys simply didnt care about me whatsoever. I asked for an inspection, and he asked if I could leave it overnight. Who the hell leaves a bike overnight for a 60 second inspection? I said no I am leaving tonight for a trip, and his slick reply is unless youre a special service member we cant help you... I bought my bike here, and they really had no care at all that I needed an inspection today. I called them the minute they opened, thats a roughly 8 hour window for them to inspect my bike. I understand its a $6 job and they make nothing out of it, but by refusing me you lost my business forever. Simply dumb.
Spoke with Craig on the phone twice before going up to purchase a new dirtbike. He was very informative and gave me a straight up price. I’ve had 10+ people I know all buy bikes from here and have an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone if your looking for a new Honda.
Thank you Craig!! I love my new bike
As someone who is a professional website developer and works with search engine optimization I find it rather suspicious that most of the 5 star reviews here came from people who have only left 1 review... I did not enjoy my experience here. I came to purchase my first bike and researched the full price of the motorcycle I was interested in along with the full used motorcycle inventory at Champion Honda via their website ahead of time. I did not mention this to the salesman to test his honesty. I was told they did not have any of the used bikes I was interested in, in stock (which I knew they had). I was then pressured on purchasing a new bike. I found it suspicious that the new bikes did not have price tags on them, only a monthly rate. I knew exactly how much the bike should have cost and it specifications only to be told incorrect information and prices in hopes I would agree to a sale that day. I was also told that the one model of a new bike I was willing to purchase was not in their store and every dealer on Long Island only had 1 of that bike if any. 30 minutes later I went to another shop to find 2 brand new versions of the bike I was told I wouldnt find anywhere. It felt very shady at Honda Champion. I didnt appreciate the sales tactics and deception. They seemed much more interested in getting the most money they could from me instead of working a deal. Something that is a shame since I was scouting to buy not only a bike for me but a second for my father. I would recommend going to a different motorcycle store.
Craig is a true gentleman that goes above and beyond to find the right bike at the right price. He is honest and fair. Doesn’t play the used car dealer games. Makes the experience enjoyable and hassle free. Wish most things could go this smoothly! Don’t waste your time elsewhere.
I’m not sure how there are any bad reviews on here. I’ve been dealing with champion Honda for a few years now and Steve in particular. It has always been a pleasant and seamless experience and I highly recommend them.
My first purchase to own a motorcycle!! What a thrilling experience! Craig is extremely patient and knowledgeable with a lot of advise to give in choosing the right bike.
Disgusting service and they scam with prices, stay far from this place!!
Craig was easy to talk to yet professional. They definitely know their stuff. They know how to ride so effortlessly and make it look so cool. I was determined to leave the store with a scooter. From start to finish was less than an hour (tried the scooter I wanted, discussed the price, taxes, and delivery charges, went to the bank to get a cashier check, called insurance company for insurance and paid on phone and lastly taught me the functions of the scooter). Overall, it was a great experience since Craig took the time to walk me through the step by step of purchasing a scooter and explaining how it works. They delivered my scooter on the scheduled date as well. I definitely will recommend Craig and Champion Honda to friends.
My son loves his Honda dirtbike Santa got him for x-mas. The staff here were easy to work with. I hate buying stuff like this because I feel like they are usually all used-car salesman. I’m sure they want your money here too, but I feel like they were fair. I worked with Craig. Seemed like a good dude.
If you are intelligent enough to read reviews before going to a shop you should already know not to go here... I brought my bike to get an inspection; my exhaust pipes were illegal which I knew but I was too lazy to swap them out and I wanted to see if I could get passed before I changed them and rejetted my bike. So not to my surprise the guy told me I failed for my exhaust so I said no problem Ill swap them out. Then what he said shocked me. He said that wasnt the only issue apparently according to him my license plate (vertical), turning signals and my non existent front fender were also illegal while he chuckled. This blew my mind because when I built my bike I looked up all the laws to make sure I was doing everything by the book and I did. I went home swapped out the exhaust and went to a different shop and passed instantly with zero issues. Its either this guy is a fraud or he doesnt even know the motorcycle laws. For a shop owner not to know the laws is pretty unbelievable so Im almost positive he was trying to get me to cough up money for him to legalize my bike. Not to mention this is the only shop that will ask you to leave your bike for 1-3 days for an inspection.... Complete joke of a business so if your bike is 100% stock and dont mind not seeing it for a few days then go ahead and get it inspected here. Just make sure to look over your bike before dropping it off and take pictures just too make sure they dont mess with it.
In this day and age, it is so hard to find knowledgeable sales personnel that actually want to help customers find just the right product that suits their needs, Especially being in the retail industry for over 25 years, one knows exactly what customer service is all about. It is comforting to one knowing that they made a great purchase and that the product will uphold its worth. Thanks to Rocco for the outstanding customer service we received, we are very satisfied customers ! Highly recommend!! A+
Went into Champion Honda over the weekend to look at the CRF250L, get some pricing and met sales associate Craig. He was informative and friendly. He drove a hard bargain, but at the end of the day he was able to honor a better price for the bike and was was a pleasure to work with. Well definitely be back!
Took a generator here for a repair, they said they repaired it. We picked it up, brought it home and it had the same problem. So we took it back and they tried to fix it again. Guess what, still not working and they charged me. Also the person Steve that works there must have some of the worst customer service I have ever delt with in my entire life!! Go somewhere else!!! You’ve been warned!!!
Unless your bikes brand new I wouldn’t bring it to these guys. They will sit there and complain about everything. I’ve taken my bike there twice now and I always get it back in worst condition then I brought it in. and they never fix the actual issue. Besides all that Steve the head of service has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all
Sales man and service is great over here at Honda! I keep showing up with questions and parts and they always take care of me. Love the new bike!
Went in considering a new bike Ive been trying lots of used bikes out and own several but decided to possibly go new. Salesman made me feel like I was bothering him and treated me like Im a child. I was trying to price and compare things and one of his responses was Everyone knows this price its online. I was ready to walk out after 2 sentences from this guy. Never coming back.
I have had many occasions to need the assistance of the team at Champion Honda. They have always been straight forward, honest and an absolute please to work with. I have recommended many friends and family members and they all feel the same. So if you need anything that involves a motorcycle, ATV or even a snow blower call on Champion Honda. You too will be completely Satisfied.
BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DO NOT GET APPROVED FOR A LOAN THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT, THE FINANCE DEPT. IS VERY SHADY !
The sales person lacked a professional and courteous demeanor. When I initially stepped into the store and explained my desire to purchase a bike at that time he made a joke when I made an initial offer. He was not willing to accept my offer but in fact quoted more than what the bike was listed at. End result I walk out of the store with no purchase. The same day I was able to purchase a better bike for the same price somewhere else. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is serious about purchasing a bike.
Nice shop, good prices. I didn’t feel pressured to buy as I have in other places. Craig was upfront and we made the deal I could afford, I’m very happy with experience
I would not recommend any one toGo here & shop for an ATV orAnything I dealt with CraigThe salesman !!!Big Mistake !!!!!I left a small deposit on an ATVHe told me it would be ready inA few daysIn 24 hrs I changed my mindThese things happen ???People change there mindBut when shopping @ championYou cannot get a refund@ no TIME WAS I EXPLAINEDyou cannot get a refund !!!!!Never again will I shop thereOr ever recommend anyoneTo go thereThank you CRAIG keep the deposit !!!!
The worse place to go, they lie straight to your face to make a quick buck. Dont give no money down. They stole my money. I was told if u not happy with the numbers youll get ur money back so now that i didnt like the numbers they stole my money. Dont even waste ur time going to that place.
Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I have been riding Honda motorcycles since 1986. Ive ridden, lived and had my bikes serviced in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Virginia and New York. I know its my fault for continuing to try, but I have been left with three bad experiences. Bought new tires from them, they put the wrong valve stems or caps on. On the BQE, the brake caliper tore the valve cap and broke the valve instantly flattening the tire, on the highway at speed. Had them install a GPS unit. They connected the leads directly to the battery so the GPS would draw power 100% of the time. Three weeks ago, I had a flat on a Saturday. I was ten miles away. They could not be bothered to assist in anyway. I had to take six taxis over four hours to fix it myself. NEVER AGAIN.
Avoid at all cost, staff is great, owner is complete joke, only cares about money. Save aggregation go elsewhere.
Very displeased salesman not very professional paid for a bike cash could not even give you full tank of gas will be contacting Honda will need to find a new place for service work every thing in the show room has sold on it when it is not really sold really not a good experience
I wasn’t sure if I wanted a 300 or 500. Craig took his time with me as I sat on both and decided. Thanks so much!!!!!! I love my Honda Rebel 500!! Excellent deal at an amazing dealership.
The folks here have decades of motorcycle experience, and it shows. They are quick to address any questions or concerns. Steve is quite simply the best! Honda is high quality, and so is Champion.
I have been a customer of Champion Honda for 8 years, and have always had an excellent experience. The parts and sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their repair expertise is second to none. I own several older Honda motorcycles, and they have been instrumental in helping me identify and track down hard-to-find parts. They are a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Beware, the owner tried to charge me $800 to fix my dirt bike. I fixed it myself with all parts costing a total $40. They will try to ripoff the unsuspecting buyer, go somewhere else. Do your research first and become an educated customer.
I have been servicing my 2007 VTX with them since day one. The staff is friendly and my service is always completed as promised. I wanted to replace my exhaust and they were helpful in finding the correct solution for me. My bike runs GREAT and they have always been fair. I would recommend to a friend with confidence. My expectations have always been met or exceeded at Champion Honda. A pleasure to deal with!
These people are rip off artists- they gave us a price, had us give them a deposit then they called back with a $2000 price difference - & now refuse to give us our money back & refuse to give a store credit - Spoke to other customers who said the same thing- I would advise no one to ever shop with these people- scum bags!!!! If I could post zero stars I would - they dont even deserve the 1 star
I bought a snow blower, generator & a motorcycle from them and have been very happy with everything. Im a customer for life. They have a great parts department too!!
Had to pick up a part this Honda dealership had it I think them very much it was for my motorcycle
After visiting countless other dealers I had a word with Craig and we put together a great deal on a new motorcycle. They won’t waste your time and are more than willing to work with you if you’re a serious buyer.
I love my Honda Goldwing and you will too! Thanks guys!! Great job. Special thanks to the fat bald guy
I dropped off my dirt bike to be repaired and they fixed it in less that’s a week with No problems.
I have owned a bunch of quads, and bikes over the years and most have been purchased from champion Honda because of their great customer service. Always very friendly and willing to help, even after my odd parts requests and poring through parts diagrams! My most recent purchase was an EU2000 generator and i could not be happier. The price was right and it was ready the next day. Whenever I bring in my 400ex or cr250r for service the diagnosis and cost for parts/labor is clearly outlined and agreed upon before any work is done.I wouldnt bring my machines anywhere else!
From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. I love my Honda Rebel. Craig took his time with me and made a customer for life!
Updated 3/12:I still wasnt sure that the EU2000i was going to work for me, so Craig loaned me one to try out. Now Thats Customer Service! These are VERY Cool little gennies. I was able to power my Sump, Fridge, and a few other odds and ends during the last outtage.Ive been researching a purchase for a Honda Generator, and Craig was very helpful explaining the benefits of the Honda EU2000i. Sounds like they have some good deals on those units.
Best motorcycle shop I ever went to. Everyone was very helpful and had what I needed at a great price. I would definitely recommend them.
I went in last Saturday to see Steve at Champion Honda. I have been dealing with him for over 30 years. Told him I wanted an ATV with a plow to do my home. He introduced me to Craig. Craig gave me an unbelieveable deal on a 420 Rancher and Drew did me right on a plow for it. ! Cant wait for more snow now. I am an old school rider, and have been around and dealt with them all. These guys are right on and the best. Take it from a 63 year old riding veteran, I wont let any other shop touch any of my machines!
I have been doing business with Champion Honda for years. I have found them to be straight forward and a no nonsense dealership. If you are serious about doing business they will do the right thing for you. I have experienced people going into the showroom and trying on helmets and clothing only to leave without making a purchase only to buy online. There is no need for that because of you bring in a legitimate ad from a reputable place they will meet the price from an internet advertiser and you can leave with your items. As a previous business owner remember one thing when you treat a business with respect then you will get respect in return.
Went to purchase a motorcycle and right off the rip the sales man was obnoxious and aggressively trying to rush me and gave no interest in what my purchase was. Hesitant in every question so I left. Called back a couple weeks later and the same nonsense over the phone. Theyve just lost a sale to a competitor out of state for poor service. Wouldnt go there if it were the last dealer in town!!
Amazing bikes and there cheaper then ct he can attest to this
Craig was awesome He gave us s great deal!!! Would definitely go back again!!
Craig was knowledgeably and courteous... let me know my options and the “layaway “ was the magic word...I’ll have my awesome snowblower by winter!!❤️❤️
Steve in service and the salesman Craig were very knowledgeable about the different bikes and which would best meet my needs. They patiently answered all of my questions and I love my bike!
