These folks helped me determine that my washer was fine, that the outlet it was plugged into failed. I was out of state and he assisted my wife at home. Tested the unit to make sure it wasnt damaged and his fee was absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend these folks 👌

Excellent service with professional expertise

We were having trouble with our Washing Machine, they were able to send someone out the day I called, the Tech named Shawn (Shaun/Sean) was very polite and knowledgeable.After his initial diagnosis which was a bunch of change (2.00 worth) in the coin trap I didnt even know was there, he left, and then the Washer started acting up again, I was able to call the tech and he turned around and came back and took the darn thing about to try and find the problem.He was able to get it going again, but sadly were on borrowed time with this machine, but if we can make it until spring, Ill be happy.Ive used At Your Service for years, and they have never disappointed, I cannot recommend them enough!

Freezer was not working, called them this am came out around lunch time diagnosed the problem and fixed issue. Great guy knows what he is doing I felt like he went the extra mile to fix. Great service, great price will call them again if I need. Would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians have always been very friendly, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, no one ever answers the office phone. You are put on a very long hold and eventually made to leave a message . A message which is responded via text . I have been dealing with this company for about two years and in the past six months they have started texting instead of picking up the phone. Not my idea of doing business . Additionally, it took 20 days for them to replace a part in my dryer. That seems excessive . Moreover, they replaced the part and left and now my dryer is not working. When I called I was promised an email, which I did not receive, and I was transferred to someone else and got a voicemail and no one has called me back . I am taking my business elsewhere .

I dont know whos writing the reviews but I had quite the opposite experience. To start with, why would you name your company, At your service today when you cant back that up? They certainly couldnt with me. One guy told me they could fix my problem but it would be two days before they could get to me. I tried to find someone a little quicker but when I couldnt, I called them back and was told they couldnt fix my problem.The name ought to be at your service today... if we feel like it.

Called them up to fix a washing machine and they were able to come out the next morning and got in done in about a half hour. Would definately call again for any future appliance problems👍

After 2 minutes the repair man said it would be better to purchase a new one. He also said that he had talked to the owner and they agreed before he came out that was going to most likely be the solution. I was charged $68.00 for a couple of minutes of seemingly what they already knew.
