I had some issues but Israel was really willing to support and open mind to address it and secure customer satisfaction.

Israel did a great job. Returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about my dryer and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant. I will definitely use him again if I need any appliances repaired.

The guy came checked my freeze and told me the compressor was gone but next day other tech came and fixed my refrigerator and he said compressor was good.

This man sold me a used Kennmore for 195. Paid 45 to deliver. It quit working the same night. I called him, he came late this morning and told me my fuse blew bc my dryer vents needed to be cleaned. Tried to charge me an additional 127 to clean them. I had them cleaned elsewhere and I can assure you that wasnt the issue. To add, the dryer I had previously never blew a fuse, always heated just fine. It only needed a belt which would have been easier to replace than deal with this headache. Do not buy from this man. He may be a good repair man, but he is a shady one. Selling people knowingly faulty appliances and trying to make his living on the repair side of things.

Israel returned my call quickly and was out the same day. He was on time, he was professional, he repaired both a refrigerator and dryer in one visit, and sent someone else for parts so he could get them done same day. He followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still good. The value for the price I paid was excellent. I was extremely pleased and will definitely use this service again should I have any other appliance breakdown.

I called Israel on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a voicemail regarding my washing machine. To my surprise, he answered my call and scheduled a next day appointment. I received a pre-call on Monday and was asked if it would be okay if he arrived earlier than previously planned. Israel was a few minutes early for the revised appointment time and was professional throughout his visit. In summary, Israel was very professional, both on the phone and in-person, was prompt with his appointment time, and communicated changes proactively. He also diagnosed the problem and was honest with me regarding repairing vs. replacing the washing machine.

My dryer wasn’t working and I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if I could get it looked at and see what the problem was. I didn’t expect a call back so quickly but Israel called me back and put me in the next day. He came out tested my dryer gave me the recommendations and performed an installation of new duct work for my dryer. He noticed that my duct work needed to be rerouted and gave me a excellent price on putting in new duct work. He did a wonderfulJob with that and eliminated possible future problems with my ductwork. I had a few other projects around the house and Israel did a great and wonderful job on that as well. Israel is very professional and has the experience needed to do a quality job! Highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Read the reviews before I tried him and I must say he DIFINTELY delivered!!!! On time, covid-19 ready, professional and very knowledgeable about his work!! As he worked quickly and sufficiently he informed me of a fire hazard outside. My vent is in the back of my gas meter. Today was a GREAT day! The Technician and his son were very professional. I had an appointment for the next day and he came on the day I called. They worked and got the job done quickly. He even gave tips on how to keep my dryer from running into the same issue and showed me that something was blocking my dryer vent. Which is what probably caused it to stop heating! I called 6pm Sunday night to get on the schedule for Monday. He was able to make it at 7:30 am Monday - I LOVED IT !!!! He cleaned our coils, and gave us honest feedback to the age of the Fridge. It was a honest, fair, and professional visit. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My dryer stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I searched online for an appliance repair company that worked weekends. Performance Appliance indicated that they did. I called and spoke with the owner Israel Carachure who said he would be out within 30 minutes. True to his word he arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. The supply store was closed on Saturday, so he had to wait until Monday morning to get the parts needed to complete the repair. Promptly on Monday morning he arrived and completed the repair. I am completely satisfied with Israels professional service and would highly recommend him. I will call him again if the need arises.

I was referred by SLT Properties on 7/21. I called and spoke with Israel who agreed to come out today, Sunday to repair my washer. This gentleman was personable and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the part and was able to make the repair in less than 45 minutes. The cost was MUCH less than other quotes I obtained and they couldn’t come out until Wednesday; this couldn’t wait since I had a full load stuck in water. Israel even took the time to explain how to avoid the issue in the future and with a warranty! Awesome! 💯
