My husband and I worked with Neal Matthews to buy our new car and I cannot express how helpful he was! It was hands down the best experience either of us have had buying a car. He listened to our needs, took time to walk us through the process and was NEVER pushy! It was the exact opposite experience we received at another dealership. Neal took time to really understand what we were looking for in a car and helped us find the right car. We worked with Shane in finance who was also excellent! I cannot recommend this dealership enough if you are looking to buy a car!

We have bought 4 cars from this dealership. At first we were not impressed with the customer service, but we got a great deal on a car. Well, they must have some new guys, because our recent experience has been excellent. Sebastian was our salesperson. He was NEVER pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. He is the master at communication. Always calling me (99%) or texting me with all the details. And James the service manager is excellent also. He gave me his personal number, and every promise he has made has come to fruition. I love my new car, my wife loves her new car, and we both got great deals. Check this place out! I don’t believe you will be disappointed. Great service, great price, great warranty….and the free oil service and tire rotation for a year, icing on the cake. Just my two cents!

If I can give anyone any advice from this review let it be to get your car from here. While I’m sure the other salesman at this Hyundai dealership are great, Sebastian specifically is AMAZING. He is very welcoming and helps you with all your needs and questions for your buy. Not to mention I decided to stop in last minute (literally.. 15 mins before closing) and he still helped me until we left with my car! He is very knowledgeable with all Hyundai’s and took his time to go over every inch of the car with me to make me more familiar and comfortable with my new purchase. After purchasing the car I had a few questions about the car itself a few weeks later, I called Sebastian and he was always ready and willing to help me with any questions I threw his way. I know for a fact that if any friends/family are interested in buying a new car I will send them straight to him! Rather disappointed with the sales team here. This was our second trip here. Told over the phone that vehicle was there on the lot only to arrive and find out it had been shipped to another dealership (questioning the truth on this one). Walked around the lot looking for vehicles similar to what i was looking for. Found one similar, was first told the vehicle i was looking at was a 2019. Then before the test drive I was told it was a 2017. For a show or test drive fully loaded vehicle it was fithy. Vehcile had not been cleaned. Just drove onto the lot for show. Other vehicles for show on the lot were not the best looking either (scratched rims, scrathed paint, etc). After the test drive, I proceeded to go in and conduct business. Rather than working with me to try and get me into a car. They were more focused on financing and trying to sell me a $2,500 warranty even though it was clear I was no longer interested in the deal. In the end. I would avoid this place at all costs. Very unprofessional, very disorganized, overall bad experience. Rather disappointed in Salesman Spates and the sales manager*ps only star because I couldnt give it 0 stars or half a star....

I live in Atlanta and was home visiting my family when we came to Carolina Hyundai of High Point looking for a new vehicle. We were introduced to Brian Gibble first who was very personable and easy to connect with. He then introduced us to Sagar Patel who led us through the entire car shopping experience. Sagar was outstanding! He made me feel extremely comfortable with my first ever car purchase and his knowledge of the vehicle blew me away. Every question was answered and the detail that he shared peaked my interest even more. He was never pushy or aggressive. He allowed my family and I to have the space to experience the car and he served as a wonderful resource throughout our time at the dealership. We were concerned about touring vehicles during the pandemic and Sagar took all of the precautions (wearing a mask, social distancing) and put us at ease. I absolutely fell in love with the Santa Fe Limited and Sagar made it easy to move forward with the purchase. He texted to let me know updates and was available by phone for any additional questions that I had. Guadealupe Hewitt, the finance manager was also in constant contact to answer our questions and keep us up to date on the process. The day that I picked up the car and finalized the purchase, Sagar went over every single detail of the vehicle (all buttons, customizable options, and settings) to make sure I knew the vehicle inside and out as I drove it off the lot. With so many amazing tech features, the time he spent going over the car functions was invaluable. The day after I purchased my new Santa Fe, Sagar followed up to make sure I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my car purchasing experience was superb. We will definitely be coming back to the dealership for future vehicle purchases. Their service department is slow, I made at appointment to have my oil changed at 1430, it wasnt till 1635 when my car was done and ready. It wouldnt be so bad if the staff would explain why it is taking so long. Not to mention this is not the first time its taking a long time to do a simple oil change

We bought a BRAND NEW Hyundai from them and within a year the paint started chipping away. Come to find out Hyundai had painted all white Elantra’s that year with a compromised paint. They proceeded to tell us they would do one touch up (ASAP) and we were on our own for the rest. So needless to say the car looks horrible. Do not buy a car from this company because they clearly don’t stand behind their own product or believe in true customer service policies.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. My salesperson Roderick Jackson made the car buying process simple and quick which I really appreciated. Alternator went out on my car and I took it here. I wasnt able to speak with someone directly when I first called. Of course they were probably slammed with customers so I left a message. Got a call back from Zack about an hour or so later and I told him what I thought might be wrong with my car. I had to have it towed to their dealership and everything ran so smoothly. Car broke down Saturday night and I was back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. Zack was really great to work with and answered all my questions. He just really took care of me. I couldnt decide on whether to take it to the hyundai in Winston-Salem or this one. After reading the reviews (both had pretty good reviews) but this one had more positive reviews. Im glad I decided to go with Carolina Hyundai of High Point. Thank you guys. Ill be back if I need any more services for my car!

Had an appointment at 745 this morning to have two recall done on my Sante fe sport. Got there and was told that the recall are computer issues and that the computers have been down since Monday. This is Thursday was told I would have to reschedule. When I asked them why didn’t you go call me and let me know so I wouldn’t have taken the day off and I wouldn’t have driven 30 miles to bring the car I was told we have been trying to get in touch with everyone it’s worldwide. Well world wide is not my problem, your office on n Main Street in high point is where my appointment was that I made over a week ago that you also sent me a text to remind me of my appointment. Very bad customer service with an issue that is a recall. Have a little respect for customers in situations like this.

The gentleman that drove me home and back to my car didnt wear a mask and told me he had COPD and couldnt although my mother had COPD and MS and couldnt go out with out wearing oxygen and a mask and did just fine. Maybe he should stop working and just retire. Sorry my health and the health of those I love are more important to me then an appointment for car repairs. I will think twice before allowing this in the future.

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. They completely wasted my time. They told me that if I came in they could beat the price that we had negotiated. They called me telling me that if I came in they had major incentives that could only be given in the dealership. When I arrived they told me that the best price they could give me was 1000 dollars more than what we had talked about over email.Completely wasted time. I made a 30 minute drive for nothing. They thought that just because I needed a car that they could finesse me into a higher price because I was in store.

So pleased with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle at another area dealership and it took over two and a half hours for them to change my oil the last time I was there for service. I called Carolina Hyundai and spoke with Jared. He told me that his computer was not allowing him to make an appointment, but just to show up. I did and spoke with Jared when I checked in. Carolina Hyundai was able to change my oil, inspect my vehicle, and wash my car (something that never happened at the other dealership) all within one and half hours. A few days later I received an email offering two free months of Sirius XM radio as a result of recently having had my car serviced at this dealership! This is how customer service should be done. Other dealerships should take lessons from the great folks at Carolina Hyundai.

My tire pressure light was on, my husband took my car by the dealership, the gentleman at the desk told him to take the car to a service station and put 40 lbs of pressure in each tire and the light would go off. Never offered to have it checked out by the service team. So my car now has air and not nitrogen in the tires. I have requested an appointment twice this week online to have my car inspected, at the time of this post I still have not heard from them. Poor customer service response. The service guys are great, always do a great job servicing the car, its getting the service scheduled and the tire incident that prove their service department folks who schedule are a bit lax. This is my first Hyundai, and will likely be my last if their customer service does not improve.

A bit more back a forth than I care for but at the end of the to and fro, I felt like I received a fair and honest transaction. Sales people were decent people making a living. I have no complaints. Carolina Hyundai, better then most!

Service was quick and very efficient, waiting area was equipped with coffee and danishes which I thought was very complimentary! The staff was also very friendly. I will be back!
