Always accommodating. Not cheap but honest, efficient and pleasant. They stand behind their work. That is why I purchase my cars at a dealership in High Point even though I live in Greensboro. It is the quality of their service.
Horrible Service Experience @ VannYork HondaOn June 2021 I took my 2015 white Honda Civic Hybrid in for an oil change and to repair a slow brake fluid leak, 40k on odometer.. The master cylinder was replaced ($4100 repair). When I received the car back I immediately noticed the car had reduced power/sluggishness, as if the brakes were always being applied. After driving the car for a few days I noticed the gas mileage was significantly reduced, 35 mpg after repair, before repair 49-52 mpg. I have since taken the car back to the Vann York 2-3 times. First they adjusted the calipers and stated there was ‘no code’ to indicate any problem. After receiving the car back with adjusted calipers I drove it for a week. It still had the same sluggishness as stated above and a manual check of the mpg was 30 mpg. I explained this to the service dept. Vann York service stated several technicians had tested the car and they stated that nothing was wrong with the car. I requested they manually check the mileage and I have no confidence this request was honored. They stated that I would have normal variations in mpg. I countered that a decrease from 50 mpg to 30-35 mpg when driving the same route to work and back was NOT ‘normal’ variation in mileage and I insisted the car be fixed. Vann York service continues to assert nothing is wrong with the car. The car has been at Vann York since 7/15/21, with no resolution to the issue.Anyone thinking about making a purchase at Vann York should be aware that this dealership may not be able or willing to properly repair their vehicle if repairs are needed.
Paid $1,100 to fix my car then they come and tell me that didnt fix the problem so they want to replace the entire motor for ANOTHER $2,400.Never again will I use this shop for anything other than factory recalls.

I thought my alternator was going bad (local auto parts store check). Turned out to be just the battery. It was still under warranty. Vann York got me in the next day on short notice. Replaced my battery and changed my oil. Construction is the only reason I didnt give them a 5.

Ive always serviced my car at Vann York without any issues. Because I bought my tires there with the balance rotate road hazard package there should be no charge for the service. After having the service performed, I was presented a bill. No big deal Ill just ask them to take it off..Instead if just removing the charge the service advisor argued about removing the charge. Yep I got angry. Its not that I was charged incorrectly,its that the service advisor argued about it the tried to bs me that the balance wasnt covered. Then he glared at me. The glare is what set me off. Guess Ill buy the Pilot Ive been shopping for from another dealer.
Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up having additional services, so the the oil change was free, plus an additional overall discount of $100+. Excellent service. Thanks again Brian Hughs for always being courteous and on point.
I had my car serviced and they were very professional and very patient with my many questions.
The vehicle service department is unsatisfactory. They do not want to service 2021 warranted vehicles bought from their dealership. You have to make a fuss.

I went to Honda parts online and a part I needed said $144.00. So I go to Honda dealers and the same part from them was $213.00. Looks like Honda parts online should be same as dealer. The man at the dealership said he did know where that Honda price was but I told him it was there parts online. He told me I cant price match somebodys else part. But I show him it was same honda but online so I needed the part so I paid $226.00 for the part. They need to take the parts online off if they are not going to honor the price on there web site.
I bought my car completely remotely from Vann York Honda. Leslie, Richard, and Chris were all straight-forward and helpful from quoting a price to delivering the vehicle. Leslie was courteous & patient walking through the documentation and setting up the car. I would definetly recommend purchasing from Vann York again.

Horrible !Will NEVER go back there and warned my friends & family too not to go here. The sales manager( I believe ) has to go back to school and get educated before he comes to the Sale floor. We nicely offered a price to initiate a negotiation over a car and he yelled at us to get out of the building without any discussion of the price of the car. We have a recorded video of the entire interaction where you can see how rude and unprofessional the sales manager (or associate) was to us. This happened in February, however, that does not mean I will not let the public know this dealerships true colors. Whether it was a racist rant or an unprofessional morale, NO customer should be treated the way we were treated. The video has been posted on Facebook and does not have any intention of being taken down. Skip Vann York and go to a more TOLERANT, accepting, open-minded, and PROFESSIONAL dealership-- there are tons 5 minutes down the road.
