CJ the manager was a terrific salesperson- informative and eager to share a wide and useful body of knowledge that was extremely helpful for us. They carry a large inventory of diverse products, and that also makes it easier to make a decision. We bought on the spot. Delivery people were excellent. The only hitch was poor software powering their automated delivery arrangements, but that is an issue their corporate center (like many) needs to deal with. Highly recommended!

Seth was awesome. He got us the exact mattress we needed. We were at the end of the 3 hour delivery window. We asked the delivery guys to mask up. The driver did. The other one wore his mask under his chin and removed it when he got inside. Im pregnant and trying to stay well. We told them that. He didnt seem to care. The mattress is great and Seth was wonderful. One of the delivery guys blatantly not masking up is a problem.

Editing my review from 5 stars 1 because of delivery. The delivery was made next day but scratched our wooden sleigh bed foot board. We were promised to have it repaired 3 months ago. We have received no compensation or repair. We have left multiple voicemails and emails with Bryant Anderson and Juan with no response. Gashes in wood were made by delivery person putting box spring in frame solo instead of waiting on partner to help.

Never shopped for a bed before. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and made getting a new bed simple and easy!

The sales experience was fine. We were not picky so bought an $800 mattress in about 15 minutes. Problem was with the delivery and their 3 hour delivery process. (If you do not get the mattress in the 3 hour window they give you, then the delivery if free) So they were way outside of the 3 hour window and never contacted us. We had to contact the store. All they could tell us was that it was on the truck. Eventually it arrived at 8:30 PM. When I called the next day they told me that there was NO delivery fee so there is nothing we can do but give you an apology. So thats the rub. FREE delivery. I guess they dont want to tell you that there actually IS a delivery fee, but it is packed in the cost of the mattress.
