After researching a new (used) car for several months, I found exactly what I wanted at Marloz, a 2014 Nissan Altima SL. I did my due diligence as everyone should and was very impressed by what others had said about Marloz of High Point. Combine that with being voted Best of Southern Triad last year and I felt pretty confident about buying my car from them. Then I met a few members of their staff including the Sales Manager Jake Stutts. Any trepidation I may have felt about buying a used car was immediately erased as everyone made me feel like part of the family. I have a few blemishes on my credit (who doesnt) and I was concerned about paying an outrageous interest rate. I had been quoted something absurd by an online company so I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, Jake had worked very hard to find me an excellent rate (a little higher than a person with perfect credit would pay, but 12 points lower than the online company had quoted me). Plus the loan was with a local credit union which made things even better. I was pressed for time so I asked for the paperwork to be prepared before I got there. I e-mailed them some documents they needed and showed up about an hour later. I was told the paperwork was ready for me to sign, was taken to the finance managers office (who has been doing finance for 40 years he told us) and signed the paperwork as he described what I was signing. All in all, in took about 10 minutes. I was given the key fob, Jake took a picture of me next to my new ride, and I drove off into the sunset;-) This was the MOST awesome car buying experience I have ever had. No muss, no fuss and the car is AWESOME! I normally wouldnt go into such detail about an shopping experience, but I was so impressed I really think everyone needs to know about them especially when many dealers treat their customers so poorly. This is NOT one of those places and you can feel very comfortable buying a car here.

They put my mom in an awesome little SUV, gave her an awesome price, a deal at cannot be passed up, everyone was so polite and helpful I highly recommend buying a car from them! When we bought the SUV, we were told it had not been in an accident, the previous owner had a dog who she left alone in the car and the dog tore the whole interior to pieces. They had me sign a paper stating I understood that the interior had been damaged and had to be completely replaced. We were okay with that because the vehicle had not been wrecked, or so we thought and were told. When the registration and title came it said Total Loss Claim/Salvage Rebuilt. So I called Raleigh and they informed me that the vehicle had in fact been totally lost due to being totaled in an accident. This was pretty shady on their behalf. We should have been told that the vehicle was total lost due to being an accident and not that a dog tore up the whole interior. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!

I wanted a car at their partner location and they got it to this location in a day. I took it for a test drive and was blown away. Their customer service is oustanding also. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience. No pressure sales. Its a laid back environment. If you have interest in a car here, ask for Nick. The only thing is that they did not put a full tank of gas in the car for me. But I wont knock off a star for that.

Nov. 2014, I worked with Riley who went above and beyond to help me find a car. I hadnt established auto credit. Because of that, I was limited to a car around the price of $10,500. I was able to trade in a car I was currently driving, which boosted the price range of the car that I could get. I had to pay for the tag, title and doc fee, like any other car lot. Point of my review is these people are great! The salesman took photos of different cars and sent them to me while I was at work. He did any and everything possible to assist me. Currently, I am looking at their lot for another purchase. Good people, at least in my experience and one heck of a car, too.

I received a call from one of their sales reps. He sounded high but Im unsure. It was approx. 2 minutes long. It was extremely vulgar, derogatory, insensitive, and vile. Everything from attacking the LGBTQ community, to the homeless, and how my family was a bunch of crackheads. I reported this information unperson to the Finance manager who chalked it up to, people make mistakes. I will never purchase a vehicle from a business who cant define what a mistake is and is not and furthermore who hire employees with poor character and arent bothered with how the integrity of their values are treated by their employees-both on and off the clock. I will be pursuing further action in an appropriate manner. It is so sad to see businesses lose touch with the value of true customer service. Very disappointed at the leadership and entry level affiliates at Marloz.

SHAME ON THEM!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!They sold us a Nissan Rogue 2013 with over 75,000 miles on it for $18,0000!!! Put $8000 down. They were the furthest thing from friendly, not thankful or grateful for our business. The cover to the lock on the outside was broken and they took a lock off of another vehicle on their lot and put it on ours and by the time we got home it had fallen off... Wasnt even given a tank of gas. Worst decision I have EVER made.

When it comes to hospitality and just being overall genuine people, these guys are at the top of the list. They treat you like friends right off the bat and not just another person on the lot. I wish more dealerships were like this .

I bought a truck from marloz last year basically over the phone. Super easy to deal with and they deliver quality vehicles at fair prices. They also give you a fair price on trades. Brandon took care of everything and Ill definitely buy from marloz again. Overall great used car dealer!

I went to look at a blue Mercedes Benz. The car salesman pulled the car around for me to test drive and apologized for the wait. There was a ticking noise that was very noticeable. The salesman said that it might be due to a part in the engine that would require more money to fix than the car was worth.....hmmm, ok strike 1. After getting in the driver seat to test drive, the salesman told me not to cut the car off because he just jumped the battery....ok strike 2 at this point. Now Im really nervous but took the car on a test drive anyway. After the test drive the salesman noted my hesitance and made sure that I was aware of the fact that someone else stopped by earlier to see test drive this car as well. Im wondering how because the car wasnt even running!!! Anywho, I didnt purchase due to the reasons above and a few not mentioned. They dont do bank financing so secure your own of you decide to make a purchase and do your own assessment before you buy!!!

They are not truthful of their cars, I bought a car from there and it was really bad shape in two months I spent $4000.00 on it ie motor mounts, tie rods, wheels were wharped, fuel injection. I do not recommend them they are untrustworthy.

DO NOT purchase car from here. I purchased a vehicle (cash) from Marloz and it didnt last 30 days. The car completely fell apart and even when I gave them the opportunity to fix and make the situation right, the car needed more work (I.e. transmission). Even the Alpha Warranty I purchased with the car was no good and I had to come out of pocket for the brief time I owned the car. Save yourself, your time and your money.

Although I have never purchased a car here, I do currently work here. I started my journey with Marloz of High Point on September 5th 2017. I have to say that we all know theres no company out there that is perfect, you can accept the bad with the good and hopefully the good will out weigh the bad and you can enjoy your job. First we should be thankful that we have a job and say a prayer for all those that are unemployed and looking for work. I know from personal experience being laid off is never a fun experience. I can really say that I am happy where I am, and it gives me the opportunity to help someone find the right vehicle for their needs. I feel that the company is still growing and progressing even though 2018 will be their 25th year. The Family owned and operated dealership is fun upbeat and somewhere you want to bring your friends to, and not just to get the $50 referral fee. lol Proud to be a part of the Marloz Team serving our community of High Point and the surrounding areas. I absolutely hate getting pressured into buying a car and these guys will call you repeatedly and daily until I had to block their number. I was looking at one of their vehicles and the sales person didnt know anything about the vehicle he was trying to sale me.

These people have ripped off a very good friend of mine. They sold her an unsafe car that was rigged togethe and should have NEVER passed inspection. They TOOK the car from her and wont return it to her....they threatened to call the police on her and wont return her down payment. Im so disgusted with these people and they will get whats coming to them. SMH!!!! SAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.THEY ONLY GET A ONE BECAUSE I CANT RATE THEM ANY LOWER!

Spoke with manager Brandon Wedener who I felt was not as honest and reasonable as advertised being he tried charging 3k more than kbb value on a vehicle. Vehicle was apraised at near the price requested, by NADA. However that was for good condition. Lots of wear and tear inside same. Also told me he charged dealership fees. When comfronted dealership fees were not required under chapter 20 of NC law, Wedener simply stopped responding to me. I responded that i was interested if he would go between kbb and NADA values. No response. Make ur own decision. Def not good business practice to not respond to a customer, even if u dont agree ab the price. Do ur own research!!!!

Worst car buying experience ever. First the down payment price kept increasing, it was not was I was originally quoted. I was told it would also cover the taxes which it did not.Then the payments increased twice as well . Despite giving them 2 weeks to get everything in order with the paperwork, I still had to wait over an hour 2 times on separate occasions. The salesman was so pushy and indiffernet, I informed him I couldnt make a decision until I knew the payments which is where he lied to me. After buying the truck I then had to buy new brake shoes and drums that cost me another 300$. There is a problem with the drivers side door seal and its so loud, now I have to look into getting that fixed as well, the power outlets do not work and the speedodometer is off which I found out by getting a ticket. I was not speeding. So far ive put more money into this truck than I can afford. I will never buy another car from here and if anyone reads this review dont either, take your business elsewere

We bought a vehicle from them two months ago and it has been two months of hell. They promised that items would get fixed, but two months later, they still are not fixed! No one would return phone calls or even call when promised! Most communication required us to just show up at the dealership (which is difficult for those of us who work). I wouldnt buy another car from them if they were the last dealer on earth!
