Fuel island had no receipt tape. Reduced convenience by having to go inside. Even then the tape ink was hardly readable.

While it was bigger than any sheetz quesadilla I’ve ever purchased it was uncut and sloppy I’d rather have it done right than a massive blob in a box....only 2 stars because the young man tried but you could tell he wasn’t trained

This Sheetz is relatively clean. The bathrooms are usually well stocked and the employees are often friendly. It is easy to see from the road and it has plenty of parking. I have ordered food and drinks here in the past with no issues. I have never had any issues finding what I want or having to with very long for an order.

Was running out of oil on the highway, managed to make it here, they have really cheap oil right by the door and an employee gave me a cup they have for a funnel. Super helpful.

Pumps not working, had to see cashier before pump. Left and went where I could pump and go.

Richard is always so friendly. He remembers me every time I come in and it makes for such a pleasant experience. I often ask him for recommendations on the menu and he does not hesitate to let me know what he thinks is the best. Good Sheetz. Not in a bad part of town. Close to highway. Room for a big truck to get in and out (but only one or two at a time). No overnight parking for big trucks. No truck fuel. Gas is always higher than average here.

Excellent store!Its always well stocked, bathrooms are always clean, and they are always quick with my order. The staff is great, and the stores Manager is VERY nice!I literally go out of my way just to go to this store.

Love the drive through for made to order food. Love the 2 cents savings on gas. Can be a bit hectic but very clean and new. Love the cookies and drink selection

Decent store. Have one right across my apartment complex. Their food is okay. Im a daily. I wish their biscuits were a little better. There food is actually kind of high priced. I do love the little rewards program, although being a daily I rarely get anything free. I just realized they had reward points you can use. Ive lost over a thousand because its not really advertised. All in all for a gas station its above average.

You cant go wrong at Sheetz, this isnt my favorite Triad location, but the coffee is always fresh and the made to order food is always up to par. For some strange reason, their fountain drinks arent as good this location compared to others in the area.

I went in for a friend to get the hot dog special and it didnt happen. The women in the cooking area didnt even ask me if I had an order after two other people ordered and received their orders ( they were coffee beverages). I guess they decided to not cook food that day so people ordering food were just s**t-of-luck. That is another reason I dont care for Sheetz-poor service! I was very disappointed and they made me late getting back to work since I was on my lunch break (11:30 am). I waited almost 13 minutes before I left.I would have asked how long it will be but one women was busy make some coffee beverage and the other was just pacing back and forth and put on gloves a few times while hovering around the hot dog warmers but nothing ever happened so I left. Very bad experience.

For a gas station experience Sheetz has many food items​ to choose from. Make ur own ice cream, healthy food choices such as parfait, fruits, yogurt etc. Selection of coffee drinks, hot foods and clean restrooms. Easy on/off highway. This location has space around it to walk your dog.

Ordered hotdogs on my lunch break, got back to my office to find a long blondish brown strand of hair wrapped around my hotdog! I brought it back to notice that NONE of the food preps where hair nets!!! Long story short- I learned my lesson ordering online! Going forward I will be going to the store to order and if they don’t have on appropriate and RESPONSIBLE coverage I WILL NOT BE ORDERING THERE!!!!

One of the employee there did not do a very good job with preparing food the way we wanted it. The sheetz on Sandy ridge is better.

Worst sheetz ever ghetto workers all the way down to the manager went in almost 2 weeks ago bought 2 Lipton green teas only because you got triple points when you purchased 2 got to the counter had my sheetz card out and let her know I wanted it scanned (which I never had to do that’s their job to ask if you have your sheetz card) the worker was moving so fast she didn’t even get my card scanned told her I wanted my card scanned she told me it was too late she had already rung everything up so I called once I got back to work spoke with the manager she got all my info said she would call corporate to have my points put on my card which was well over 2 weeks haven’t heard anything back until I had to call her back today she was soooooooooo rude on the phone and had the audacity to tell me I can call her back tomorrow around 6 uh no you call me back that’s your job not mines I will never shop there again

California Cobb salad was 25% of the size of other Sheetz I have ordered this salad from other Sheetz locations MANY times. The amount of salad and ingredients was pathetic.

Got food from their today, and it tastes like they microwaved it all. I got the pick 3 sampler which Ive gotten from other sheetz with no issues, but this was aweful there. Id rather drive a little further to a different one.

Large station, well lit, open 24/7, good gas prices, store very clean, good made to order hot foods.

Theres a young light skin man that works there. Hes got a big mouth and thinks he is funny but comes off rude. Ive had to wait and waste time while he was hitting on a customer. Another time he was rude as he could be to a fellow employee. But shes a good person and played it off. His bubbly personallity is selective. I have to go there for convience of work but if i ever have the 3 mins extra i go across the street. He is mentally immature rude and doesnt deserve to be in customer service

They are rude and disrespectful to veterans and disabled people. Not to mention ignorant on the law. They should be sued, fined and fired. Do NOT use this sheetz.
