This store has some good selections on facial care products

The staff here is hot and cold - there are a couple of very nice cashiers, and there are some who dont bother to look at you, speak to you or acknowledge you in any way. They make it clear by their attitude that they wish you hadnt come in....works for me. There are other stores to shop at.

The worst, dirtiest $ Tree Ive ever been to! Shelves always empty. I walked in today; walked right out. The last time Ill ever go there. Ill drive father to one in on Westchester drivr.

Although it is convenient, I drive to the Westchester Dr. location. Eastchester store is cluttered and the line is ALWAYS down the aisle. The short, lady manager is rude and unpleasant, but I had been able to overlook that until a few months ago. Thats when she locked the door in my 12yr sons face 10minutes before closing. He just needed batteries. When I came to the door, she yelled through the door that they had a line and that the store was closed. Then turned her back. We had been going there for years, but NEVER again!!

Rude customer service. Employee cursed at my Aunt. When I told my Aunt to call back to the store to ask for the general manager, the manager Kelly got smart with her and hung up on her. When she called back, the manager gave the rude employee the phone and she proceed to curse at her and then hung up on her. The employee has called my Aunts phone twice. I told her harassment complaint and never give them any more business. and not to

I ummm.... I dont expect dollar tree to be pristine by any means, but when you walk in and there is a cockroach that is as big as a 3 year olds hand...there is cause for concern. This store is DISGUSTING, disorganized, and has rude staff. I wont be back.

This store has really gone downhill since it first opened. They’re always out of everything I need and the cashier named Mary Frances is always extremely rude. She’s never at the register and acts like I’m ruining her day by purchasing items. I don’t shop here much anymore.

Ive never been where there were more than 2 cashiers to a store full of customers. Its very annoying to see other employees including the managers walking around an extremely long line and not help check people out

Everything was ok till I got ready to pay and the lady that check me out was so rude because I had a return/exchange. I have never had anyone to treat me so bad. So for her it would be -10.

They store was dirty unorganized. They let customers come in with out any mask. Wont be going back.

Everything for a dollar... WINNING! only issue is they usually dont have enough cashiers to cover the lines so the wait to check out gets to be a bit frustrating. They have ever holiday, party stuff, balloons, and even frozen food. Great store.

I think this is my favorite store ever. They have some of everything. Socks, toys, candy(huge array), pet supplies, food, electronics, kitchenware, you name it. The staff is always very polite. There is sometimes only one person at a register, so dont go during rush hour if youre in a hurry.

Lines always!! So dont be in a rush they seem slow on customer service. But they have every thing needed at a very low price. Love the Dollar Tree stores.

This location ALWAYS has friendly staff working. Whatever manager does the hiring, they need a raise or promotion, they have a knack for hiring friendly staff. That is awesome with hiring customer facing staff.Aside from the wonderful staff, this store is always clean and tidy, very easy to shop.I realize store layouts and selection vary, but I often find myself disappointed when visiting other Dollar Trees because their selection is never quite the same as this location. You guys have me spoiled and I like it.This location always has a wait time for the register but thats because it is always frequented by a lot of customers, not much you guys can do about that (I work retail so I understand budgeting, etc)This store always has a great look and feel and the staff align with the hometown feel that High Point has, keep it up!!!

I go there pretty often, but sometimes I wish they had more variety of certain items, especially Christian items at Christmas or other Christian holidays. No Manger scenes, no nativity scene snow glow balls...just snowmen and such.

This is a pretty nice Dollar Tree. Some of the employees arent too friendly. It is definitely bigger compared to some.!
