T mobile staff hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I was lied to by said male employee and was told there was no manager there. I said ok well I would like to speak to the person in charge. I was again told they were fired last week. 5 minutes later they put the regional district manager on the phone. Imagine that! Absolutely terrible customer service and refused to help because they weren’t making a “sale”. Despite the fact that I had made necessary changes (and it showed said changes on my end) they still refused to help because they couldn’t see it on their end. Instead of calling and the district and trying to figure out the problem and troubleshoot it- they just refused to help. Will not ever go back to this t mobile store. The one in Winston off Hanes mall blvd is way more helpful and have never had any issues from them- so this is your fair warning to stay away from this store.

The store Mgr Demiro help us and made sure he added all 3 lines, and he was a success! I highly recommend coming to this store !!!!!! He is awesome !!! Better then the last manager and very respectful and the store was clean

Was not terribly impressed with the information and advice we have gotten from this store.First and foremost, another T-Mobile store I went to said that this particular store (on Samet Dr.) one is not actually owned by T-Mobile, it is a 3rd party retailer. Take that as you will.Second, my family has been trying to upgrade phones for everyone. My wife and I live out of state and the rest of the family lives in NC. When my family went in to upgrade, they upgraded their phones and were told that my wife would have no problem upgrading. I went to my local T-Mobile store and was told that she would not be able to upgrade because my family had used up their promotional credit.My family went back in to see what was going on and was told that she had no idea why they wouldnt let my wife upgrade and repeated that my wife should have no problem upgrading. I went to a different local store to upgrade her phone and was told the same thing I was before (that my wife could not upgrade because the promotional balance was too low). I called this store (on Samet Dr.) and was passed to the manager who then confirmed that my wife could not upgrade.I get possibly getting it wrong the first time as my wife was not there in person upgrading, but when a customer comes back in and says another store would not let them upgrade, I would have anticipated a little more care in looking into why instead of wasting my time sending me back out to another store.Third, my family was told staying on sprint as opposed to switching to a T-Mobile Military plan would be cheaper in the long run because Sprint was going to switch over to T-Mobile and their rate would significantly drop. Come to find out today that that switch isnt expected to take place for another 3-4 years and switching to T-Mobiles military plan would save them 200ish dollars a month. Granted, the process to switch from a Sprint to a T-Mobile account is a pain, but still. Take it as you will.

Went with baby to get her a new phone/switch plans. Left with the newest Samsung S21 & iPhone 12 for free-(iPhone) !! Briana & Tim are the best, they work with you, patient, went into depth about our phone plans, etc they get you the bang for your buck literally. Highly recommend

I have been a sprint customer for 13 years and gone through many flex lease upgrades, but this merger with T-mobile is a mess. I was quoted $0 down and $33 per month to lease an iPhone 12 online through mySprintPCS account, but was told I would have to pay $80 down and $30 per month at this T-mobile store. The T-Mobile rep repeatedly tried to explain that the $80 would go towards the total price on the phone, but $3x18 months does not equal $80. The rep told me to take it up with sprint customer service. Sprint customer service had no explanation for why the stores system was saying had to pay $80 down for a new lease, and offered me a credit. I was skeptical but agreed, but when I went back to sign the lease on their iPad the monthly price listed was $32.50. When I asked about this, they shrugged and said “just buy it online then.”

Have had good service here. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful particularly upon upgrading (backing up, etc). My last experience was excellent.Wendover location was my go-to store but no longer is. This location also doesnt seem as busy.Waiting on the T-Mobile situation before I make another purchase but would definitely come back here.

We have now been waiting for almost 2 hours!!! It’s unbelievable. The ONE employee has been with one customer the entire time. She hasn’t broken away at all to attempt to offer service to any other customers. Others have given up and left. Horrible horrible customer service.

I would not recommend. While the people are nice.. They possibly dont know what theyre talking about or are baiting and switching you? Was told my bill would be one price. Got it, it was $40 higher. Went back, was told that I could have never been told it would be the price i was told. I asked 10 times for confirmation when I was getting the phones for a reason. Finally they agree they can get it down $30 but now Im being told that, no it could never be brought down to that low because discounts dont stack on the plan I have. Ive asked to speak to the district manager because I feel like Ive been lied to multiple times, but of course he never bothered calling back. Dont go here, theyre either poorly trained or liars. Either one isnt good. Im paying $20 over what I was originally told, $10 over what I was absolutely guaranteed by two different personnel of sprint the second time around.

When I walked into this store everyone greeted me right away. I had many questions about the new phones and plans and which was best for me. Adrienne was so helpful and took time to make sure I had the best deal possible. Very friendly and respectful! This staff will keep me coming back!

Demarius and Adrienne are the best. They lowered my monthly bill SIGNIFICANTLY and everyone in my house has a new iPhone 7. They made the process enjoyable and easy and followed it through from start to finish. I was very pleased with their customer service and how I was treated. A very positive experience. Id definitely recommend going to this store.

Have bought phone here for 10 years. Last phone purchased was for my son. Deal was 50% off they never applied the discount to our purchase. I have been dealing with it for over 6 months and still cant get them to apply the discount even thought I have a photo of the day I took it with the deal I was signing up under. Their mistake cost me over $200. Wont ever buy from them again.

My husband and I have had a few issues, and I just cant say enough about how great Demarius is. He is our go to person for all things Sprint and he has spent countless hours helping us, even on his day off. He is the Store Manager at this location and is such a valuable asset! If it werent for Demarius we would have switched to Verizon. Thank you, we appreciate you! Always awesome customer service!!!

Very rude staff and always short of staff, wait time is high, one girl was able to help me once otherwise no one knows whats wrong with service and they even dont know how to port number, most of the time their systems are down so dont go there.
