Tabitha was very helpful, knowledgeable and kept me calm during a prolonged call to get my Apple Watch replaced . You could really tell she was there to be of service and make my experience delightful! Give her a RAISE !!

Jessica was very smart and knowledgeable regarding anything T-Mobile or Sprint. She had to close out our Sprint acct. and switch us to T-Mobile. She figured out the best deals for me and my daughter on new phones and saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill. She switched our phones, reset them and transferred our pics, etc over. This took several hours to do and she was very patient with the process. She has a great personality and is very friendly. Jessica has just transferred from this store from Winston-Salem and I am so glad she did! We will come to Jessica from now on for all of our T-Mobile needs. If you need to set up service go to the T-Mobile store on N. Main in High Point and ask for Jessica and she will help you out. Thanks for all you did today!

I had issues getting through to Customer Service. Once getting through after 25 minutes of waiting, I talked to someone and then the call was lost. I called back. I waited another 15 minutes. Then, I decided to go to the store instead. I was helped by Josh. He went way above and beyond to get me the help I needed. He was still working through my issues both at night (on his own time), and he called me the next day to tell me what had happened. That’s what I call GREAT service!! He was excellent!

I came in today needing help with getting off an account and onto my own and Jessica let me know my options and best route. They are suppose to open at 10am. Yet the man and women opening the store come in at 10:05 with fast food in their hands and starbucks. They have 3 customers waiting outside. Its 10:30am and the doors are still locked and they are no where in the front of the store. Someone should have been here before 10 to have the store ready to be open. There is 2 people no reason its 10:30 and theres 3 customers waiting for a store to be open that was suppose to be opened at 10am.

I went to the T-Mobile in Kernersville first and after the little girl behind the counter gave me attitude about how I should wear my mask (I was wearing a mask by the way) I left there and took my business to the high point location where Taylor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not give me a lesson on how to properly wear a mask! My experience at this store was amazing thanks to Taylor.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sam at the High Point T-Mobile store. She was amazing at helping us to transfer from sprint customers to T-Mobile with ease. She was very knowledgeable and was able to do everything we asked. We will definitely come to her with all our mobile needs from now on.

I was originally with Verizon Wireless, I swapped over to T-Mobile, the kind sweet woman I had the pleasure of dealing with was named Heather, you will definitely know who she is! Probably the nicest one in the bunch! She got me set up and good to go on everything, Phone, Account and My bill. I’m glad I came to this Location out of all the other locations specially to deal with someone who was down to earth and had a sense of humor! Definitely recommend anyone going to go see Heather if you are interested in getting setup with T-Mobile!

The representative I worked was San. I enjoyed her taking the time to go through my account to see if it could be lowered and then she took the time to explain to me the purpose of the GBs as well. So basically I was paying for more GBs than I was using. I appreciate the her professionalism as well as her mannerisms. She gets a 100 on my scale.
