Cam, along with the other gentleman working last Saturday, were extremely helpful and kind choosing the paint plan for my new home. Cam addressed all of my concerns pertaining to selecting the correct products for my needs. He got my order ready quickly. I called later the same day to order more, and he had it ready to load into my vehicle when I arrived an hour early. I drove past another Sherwin Williams just to work with him. Its hard to find great customer service these days, and its a breath of fresh air.

Great quality paint and quick, friendly service. I place my order for paint samples online and then picked up a few hours later in the store. Easy peasy!

I went to the store for two gallons of Duration silk paint..there was only one gallon available. This was after going to a totally different store the previous day only to be advised they had none available. The sale rep was extremely pleasant, but I wasn’t happy about having to travel to another city to get the paint I needed.

Very nice girl. All I had to do was grab some paint remover and go and it didnt take long at all.

Grading scale is confusing. The staff was great. Very helpful. I just built our home and used all Sherwinn Willams product. Brought the left over partial 5 gallons in to have shaken and asked to have a small portion poured from the 5 into a sampler can as a keeper for touching up. Staff stated that they could shake the 5 and give me a can but would not pour from the 5. Company protocol prevents them from obliging. Not good. The little, obliging, things do make a difference. On Sherwinn Williams not staff.
