Mom was at Dr’s office and started on O2 @1:00 and had O2 supplies delivered and set up same day at 7:00. Delivery person was so nice and showed me everything I needed to know complete with repair and emergency numbers. Very pleased with service so far!

The delivery of everything was amazing. They were quick, efficient, had our items to us the day after requested. (The first hospital bed was very noisy, banged around while using the controls & bars were bent) All other equipment was nice, most being brand new.

We have been waiting a week for this company to bring out the oxygen concentrator for my husband who was released from the hosputal. We still have not gotten it and had to borrow a machine from a friend of ours. This is totally ridiculous. I would never ever recommend this for anything with their poor service

From the front office to the delivery technician, everyone at AdaptHealth have been very helpful. Chelse was very considerate and helpful with the process of setting up our order. She answered our questions and helped straighten out a problem from the hospital case management staff. William delivered the equipment on time and set it up quickly. He then ensured we understood how to operate the equipment and what to do if problems occurred. I recommend AdaptHealth for any healthcare equipment you may need

The company (Adapt) was supposed to call me first to set up a convenient time for delivery of equipment. Never did. Luckily I just pulled into my house from hours of shopping as the company driver pulled in. This was the second attempt at delivery. The last time I was actually in the store when another driver called that he was on his way. The technician was of course very nice and polite.

The ONLY reason I am giving any stars for this is because the technician that dropped of my oxygen tanks was very nice and made certain I understood everything before he left. Too bad he didnt tell me about the LOUSY customer service. I came on here to check the reviews. I always start with the bad ones. I saw that the owner Brad left his number and I called and left a message. I hope he calls back.The customer service is lousy. I called to have my oxygen picked up and they told me that I needed to have my doctor fax a notice to discontinue. My doctor sent the fax. Five days later, I called because NO ONE contacted me from the company. They claimed that they did not receive the fax. This was after I waited on the phone for at least a half hour. They gave me a different number. I called back and asked why the number was different. They said we have numerous faxes. Okay, I sent that number to my doctor. The next morning, the doctors office called to say that they faxed the number. The person from my doctors office even told me that they were informed that the first number was no longer in service. I saw in one comment that someone said how the office people lie. I concur. I read somewhere that there was not enough oxygen for people that need it. That could be a lie because it came from the lying Main Stream Media. Nevertheless, I am NOT using the oxygen and I am CERTAIN someone else needs it. I have about 6 oxygen tanks Only one was used up, the others are full and I also have a oxygen concentrator. I dont know how they bill the insurance company, but something smells fishy!!Edited on 20Oct2021: After I posted my review, I called the owner. He called me back and said my oxygen pick up would occur the next day. Someone from the company called Anna, sure nuff, the next day Anthony was there to pick up my oxygen. The owner made it happen. Dont hesitate to call him.

I am new with home care but I absolutely love Adapt. They kept up with me while I was in the hospital & helped make the transition home go very smoothly. They continue to keep in contact and make sure all my needs are being met. Extremely nice Customer Care and also both Technicians that have come to the house are also extremely nice, very patient, show respect, and make sure you feel comfortable with all equipment,etc. Everyone cares and helps to ease any stress they can for you because it is a big transition. I highly recommend Adapt and wouldnt want to use anyone else. I used another company for just one thing and it honestly was so frustrating and unreal. Adapt is the way to go

If i could give a review with zero stars I definitely would! This is a awful company! I am on oxygen 24/7 and now they talking bout you have to bring your tanks into the store and swap them out. That has to be the most ridiculous thing i have heard. How do you expect those on oxygen and even the elderly to do such a thing! I dislike this company a lot. Its been nothing but bad experiences after another.

Family Medical Supply in Lexington, NC is the best supply company of oxygen, ventilators, C- pap, adaptive equipment of all kinds, and wheel chairs Ive ever encountered. They are now part of a larger company, but they retain their same friendly, go out of their way to help you style Ive become accustom too over the years. Ive used them for all my medical needs for the last 7 years. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I used them for oxygen and supplies. There was a mix up at the hospital when I was discharged. The oxygen machine I was given was not working; after several calls to my doctor and insurance I was given the information on who my oxygen supplier was. I contacted Adaptive Health and explained my situation; they looked up my order from the hospital, completed it and had the correct oxygen concentrator and tanks delivered same day. Great company to have working for you. Great service and representatives who care. Keep up the great work!!

Horrible service!!! Dont let your loved one suffer do to their incompetence!My husband has been undergoing chemo and radiation for a cancerous tumor in his throat. The doctor ordered a suction machine to keep him from choking because he has difficulty swallowing as result of the radiation. I have spoken to AdaptHealth SEVEN times! We were assured that we would receive delivery yesterday. The delivery never came, nor did we receive a call saying it wouldnt be. After several more phone calls I was promised delivery today, with no explanation as to why it didnt happen yesterday. The second delivery promise was NOT keep either. My husband is suffering enough without feeling like he is choking all the time.If I could give less than one star I would!

Probably a good company but saturated with employees inadequately trained and impressed with themselves. In the past four years that I would rate as good, has been with their field service techs. As a retired VP of a large company I would be embarrassed to have surrounded myself with employees that their strongest strength was to fabricate the truth. Just a reminder to new potential customers, is that MediCare will not let you change your supplier for five years. Do your homework before you pick a company.

Khaled was very professional and very friendly. His partner (I didnt catch his name) was just as friendly. They did a great job installing the portable machine and explaining to me how to use it. If I ever have to use it I will definently know how to. I would recommend AdaptHealth company for your oxygen supplies and if I ever need them to come out again I would ask for Khaleem and his partner because I know that they are very knowledgeable about the machines and they know what they are doing. The lady that called to schedule the appointment was very nice also.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Adapt health now known as Palmetto Oxygen is stealing money from medicare. My mother has been billed numerous times for oxygen services that she has not had. They somehow have gotten her medicare information and are stealing money from medicare. I am now on my 8th phone call to try and fix this issue! You are crooks and shouldnt be allowed to treat seniors this way.

First of all, the staff at the Greensboro store is extremely friendly which is why I hate to give such a low review. However, if you are on Medicaid and need durable equipment like a hospital bed, make ABSOLUTELY SURE Medicaid or your insurance is going to cover it. My disabled and Medicaid-dependent sister needed a new hospital bed, and I told them EMPHATICALLY to NOT deliver the bed until Medicaid approved. They scheduled delivery, assuring me Medicaid had approved. I had her old broken hospital bed removed. They delivered and a week later called and said Medicaid wouldnt approve because it was 3 months too early for her to receive one. They wanted to come retrieve the bed that had already been slept in! I went around and around with them over this, especially after hearing on their on hold recording how they were such good corporate citizens and donated durable equipment to those in need. I told them I felt misled by them. They said they didnt bill Medicaid until AFTER equipment was delivered and this was their policy! What kind of policy is that? I told them they could be a good corporate citizen and donate this bed. They flatly refused and billed my sister for the bed. That bill isnt going to get paid and I refused to let them take the bed back BECAUSE SHE HAS NOWHERE ELSE TO SLEEP! I have moved medical supply needs to another company so they arent getting those monthly Medicaid dollars anymore. I will never deal with them again.

Spoke to 5 people, 1 on the phone, 4 in the retail office. They said they called my insurance and I only had to pay my co-pay and no further bill will be sent. That was a lie, they never called my insurance. I called my insurance and they have no record of this agency contacting them. The co-pay was bogus, they only took 10% of the actual charge for the walker. They do not do things correctly. Do not use this place and I have contacted the BBB and my insurance company is filing a complaint against them, as well. BEWARE.

Im giving this company one star because it wont allow me to give zero. It was a huge disappointment on many levels working with Advanced Home Care. I understand and accept human error, however, in the 24 hours we dealt with this company it was error after error, that level of incompetence is completely unacceptable ESPECIALLY in healthcare! As my step mother was preparing for discharge late in the evening of Dec. 23rd a representative from Advanced home care came to her hospital room to provide discharge teaching and offer her an oxygen tank to bring home. First mistake, they should have provided discharge teaching to a family member too, they chose to do this only with the patient. Next as the family was home preparing to head to the hospital to pick up my stepmother, we received a phone call instructing us to call advanced home care and see if they had the specific wheel chair she would need, we did so, however the representative on the phone said she couldnt confirm for us if they had that one in stock. Well, they closed in an hour and we needed an answer, when we suggested calling another company the rep said, well hold on I can find out. She came back to report they did not have the wheelchair. Therefore, we had to locate one from another medical supply company. We got my stepmother home, she couldnt recall all the instructions of the discharge teaching because she was not feeling well at all and since they did not wait to share this info with family we had to watch a you tube video for instruction on their machine only to discover they not only gave us a oxygen machine (oxilife) with no power cord but with battery life that depleted within 30 minutes not the 6 hours as advertised. They also provided one portable tank that was suppose to have 20 hours of oxygen but was almost completely empty after only a few hours of use. We called the company after hour emergency service 3 times throughout the night, waiting hours for a return call, when they finally returned the call they said there was nothing they could do until morning. That was not acceptable as she would be without oxygen by then. Thankfully, my brother was able to locate a power cord for the machine and by 1am my step-mother had oxygen. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with this company, there were additional disappointments, but it makes me so frustrated just reliving these events of complete and utter unprofessional-ism and disregard for human beings that I dont want to go on any further. All I can say is I recommend no one ever use this company instead go with Family Medical Supply in Lexington, NC, they went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing!

This is one of the sorriest excuse of a businesss ever been to. when I first got my wheelchair broke and they refuse to bring me a new one and try to make me bring it to them and I cant walk. After plenty of complaining they eventually brought me a new wheelchair but it was too small for me. So eventually I have to bring it back to them and they replace it they refused again to bring me another one. Now I have paid my bill but they reported me to the credit bureau that I did not. So we are trying to get it off my credit. I would not do business with this company for anything. To think they are supposed to be helping disabled and elderly is a shame. I will say the ladies in the store are much better than the ones you get on the phone in the big office.

As a CPAP user for 5+ years Ive conducted business with Advanced Home Care - Greensboro on a number of occasions and I cannot think of a single visit or phone call that was not frustrating. They are simply NOT helpful. Its been my observation that AHC patients seldom come first, rudeness is common, and there is an attitude that the patients serve at the pleasure of the employee. I will not be going back.

Absolutely the WORST customer experience of my life. No stars for this company (although forced to add one). I wanted cpap replacement supplies and called them. They told me I needed a new prescription, so I went to see the doctor and the doctor sent in a prescription. When I called back to get my supplies I could not get a live person and was dumped into voicemail which stated I would be called back within 24 hours. No one called me back. Some days later I called back and when I went to voicemail I was told the voice mailbox was full, so no way to call in. I then went to the website and filed a written complaint. I was called immediately and assured that a cpap representative would be calling me back within 24 hours. THREE WEEKS LATER I get a call which I let go to my voicemail since I had already moved my business to another company.

I hand delivered a rx for a manual wheelchair on December 27th to the store counter clerk who took all my fathers info. On a piece of scrap paper. That should have been my first red flag! After 6 phone calls to this office and been given every excuse possible we still DO NOT have a wheelchair. What happened to people caring about their job and providing service for patients that they will be compensated for? This place needs someone to step in and clean house. After all we are talking about peoples health care needs not a summer vacation!
