My Mother bought a Rollator walker from here within the last 2 years and her left brake wasn’t working anymore. I took it in and was told by front office they don’t do repairs there. I asked if they could refer me. A very nice gentleman who works in the store said he would take a look. He was able to fix it. It just needed some connections tightened. My Mother and I greatly appreciate his help. His name was Jermaine Jenkins. He was a blessing to us and a great representative for your business

Been calling for the machine for over a month and no one has ever called me back. I call the Drs office to get them to call these people and NOTHING BUT LIES ! THEY SAID THEY CALLED ME AND I STILL DONT HAVE A ANYTHING. I CALLED THE DOCTOR AGAIN TODAY TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL HELP ME WITH THE PROCESS OF GETTING A MACHINE. Im over that unprofessional place !!!!

Incredibly unhelpful. Hospital ordered medical equipment for my wife after an accident. Drive to pick up and they said they could not let me take it until the hospital sent notes explaining why she needed it. Ordered it online instead.

They lie to when you will get equipment. Respiratory therapist tells you one thing and front desk tells you another exact opposite information from what respiratory therapist says or any one in sleep central. Been two weeks with my night oxygen levels 60% and bipap machine broke and still cant get anyone to tell me when I will get new bipap machine; front desk says on back order; sleep central says we got equipment in today will check and call you in the next hour which should have been 237pm its now 539pm never called back. Monday Nov. 30th I called and sleep central said they would email place where machine comes from and they will call and let me know- never heard anything. Called last week before thanksgiving and thats when front desk at main local number states bipaps on back order. I need my machine and I faithfully pay my five year oxygen bill and 5 years old bipap but cant get new machine. Called lung Doctor to see if they could call and see whats going on with my bipap machine. So frustrated. Have severe persistent asthma, COPD, sleep apnea and bronchiectasis and cant get breathing machine or answers where everyone agrees and no one follows up as they promise you.

Most ungrateful company I have ever worked with very inconsiderate they do not relate message to pick up the equipment but yet they still want to bill you the full charges
