In ten years I have used Somerset Auto twice. After an accident, the last thing you want is to have to worry if your collision shop can handle the job or if they are overcharging you. Norm and Ed take that concern and throw it out the window. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, extremely fast and do an impeccable job! I picked up my vehicle today and felt like it was in better shape than before the accident. I am so happy with their service. If I could give zero stars I would. My uninsured neighbor hit my car and would only bring it here for the repairs. It took 2 full weeks to do what other collision shops said would take 3 days. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 to pick up and waited an hour for it when I showed up at 2:00. There was dust in the paint job, missing trim, clear coat all over the paint, and another piece of trim they broke. Best yet-- they literally tried to steal the floor mats out of my car. They told me I must have forgotten them at home, then miraculously found them in the owners sons car when I insisted they give me the mats back. Im taking it to another shop to fix all of their sloppy work and the broken trim.

Norman Dehko stole, hid, and stripped my vehicle just before he was locked up for insurance fraud. This shop and his whole family are crooks. Shop was put in another relatives name by the way, beware.

Talk about true scammers. They charge outrageous prices for tows and won’t lower any price. This place is one of the most shady places I’ve ever seen.
