Awesome customer service!~ My stylist wanted me to buy a type of hair. I was nervous to call because sometimes asking questions makes people upset. But not here; they told me about all the different brands that make that type of hair and asked me to call my stylist to make sure I got the right one. Also, I let the lady (I didnt get her name, forgive me) know that I wasnt feeling well and would send my husband to pick it up. The lady wished me a speedy recovery and made sure I got everything that I needed. Now Im on my way up there to pick up some more stuff!

The owner is a Beautiful lady and she cares about her costumer. My Daughter and I will continue to come from Midtown or wherever we are to purchase what we need. Thank you 😊

Great Customer Service! Well worth the drive.

I just visited their BLACK OWNED establishment. I was treated surprisingly sufficed to say, with respect. The staff was friendly and the store is WELL stocked with all the products of youre accustomed to. Prices were decent. Great adequate parking and location right off the interstate. The ONLY major drawback is that a vast majority of the products were priced. Im not sure why, perhaps from getting more merchandise or not being open that long. Im still happy to support ANY black business ESPECIALLY how were being treated at other establishments

I called to ask did they have a certain type of hair. They were so rude on the phone sounds like little teens, if you want support we have to be more professional. Make sure who answers the phone talk more professional, customer service can make or break you.

Please take the time to cater to Crescent Beauty Suppy which is a Black owned store. The store is clean, well lit, and well stocked with all things beauty. I felt respected in the store and felt welcomed. The people were friendly and available. It was worth the drive from where I live.My only one small critique is that the music in the store was too loud. With us wearing masks it becomes more difficult to hear each other and I have a hearing deficit. I would definitely continue my business at the store. Keep up the good work.

If you want your money took, go to crescent. They are disrespectful. They will not give you your money back or allow you to trade after I bought the item. Never left the store just wanted something different......shop somewhere else!

Out of all that hair. Dont carry a good quality of hair for braids and shades of salt and pepper hair.

I really wanted to like this place & support them and spend my money there but they dont have any good or popular products here at all. And this is my 2nd time visiting them, the first time was over a year ago and the most recent was about a week ago and still seems like the same old products are still on the shelves smh

I will continue to support because it is black owned. But when I called the store today I politely asked if she can put a crochet latch hook on the side for my boyfriend (since he wouldn’t know what it is) to pick up because he will be there in 5 minutes. She was like “no it doesn’t work that way he can just come in and pay for it” etc and was very rude. I asked politely and didn’t appreciate her tone. I understand if a store doesn’t put things to the side. I don’t have a problem with that at all since I myself have worked retail - but she didn’t have to go off and say it rudely. I’ll continue to shop there but I don’t care for the customer service or whoever that lady was who answered. Hopefully these associates continue to be trained well enough to represent a black owned business.Other than that, they have plenty of products and a great selection.

Me and my fiancé was looking to support (black owned business) Great he found a beauty supply store! Unfortunately my first trip there was NOT GOOD with the young lady that was there at the time. The young men was good at his job also his customer service was on point. Her attitude was awful, she wasn’t helpful at all. I didn’t return because I didn’t want any problem I had my children with me. It suck that, she’s the bad apple that drove out a customer.

Had a very big section of crochet hair. I wanna go back get try other colors that I saw. The ppl were pretty nice too.

I found out today that a former beauty supply place I used to buy my beauty supplies over 8 years ago is now owned by Crescent Beauty Supply, and I was very happy! The customer service from Latoya was great, and I found what I was looking for and more. I will purchase all my beauty needs at this location starting today. Make sure to read the quote on the side of the building from Maya Angelou.At last, a beauty supply business the Community can be proud of and support because the customer service is great and fully stocked to meet all your needs. You do not have to go to the beauty supply store on the same block as Crescent Beauty.

No sorry no thanks for calling..Nothing but click clack dial tone.... Called right down the street and they went to look... Told me we are out can order it and it will be there for delivery or curbside pick up.. Also gave alternatives for immediate use. And was gracious and courteous..

SUPER impressed! Marcel and the other gentlemen there were class acts. They spoke with every customer and they were familiar with the location of all the products. Ive been shopping at Beauty Supply Stores since I was a kid and never have I been this impressed by customer service.The Store was Clean, organized, well stocked and great pricing. Items were labeled, But I charged a higher price. When asked about the items pricing, told they were wrong. They need to lable there items right or educate their sales people. Went across the street and got same items for price marked.

Theres very few items that werent available here that youd find at supply stores that youd frequent otherwise. Very personable staff. Aisles are spacious enough to get through and view items. Prices are comparable. For the most part store is very clean, only suggestion is to perhaps dust items that have set for some time. It felt good to go into such a place with people who look like me, speak like me and understand me operating the place...not just being a mouthpiece/translator. Response time on social media sites is very quick reasonable. Hours posted seem to bee correct
